In the box was a cable that you put to another mobile not for plug to charge it up!! I have to wait until 2025 for my current crap contract is up!! @ThreeUKSupport nobody told me about crappie battery life you flog phones YET you pass the buck to the brand!

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I did receive a phone call and was told the issue would be resolved, but I have been told that before and it wasn't. I haven't yet had any written confirmation and I'm afraid I won't believe this actually is resolved until I have that.

@ThreeUKSupport I have the account number as it came on the letter I mentioned and have cancelled now, I was asking for customer service/complaints as I don’t feel it’s fair that I should be charged for the last month since it’s not my fault the contract wasn’t cancelled when I first asked

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have a router with a 3 4g SIM. No problems in the year and a half that I've had it but today it's so slow that it's unusable. Can't stream and it's taking ages to load a web page. I have tried switching off and switching on again. Everything fine on EE.
