    @ThreeUK I've had to cancel my entire day because of you. I can't leave the house without my phone due to needing emergency contact and had to cancel my gym and cinema booking. Bills go up yet your service constantly goes down. I've also missed an important call. I'm sick of it!!

    @ThreeUK Sorry doesn't put money in my till does it? You've cut off my restaurant for an entire day, lost me numerous bookings, prevented me calling suppliers, prevented me making important calls. You WILL be compensating me for this, and I WILL be leaving the network. 2nd time recently.

    Hey @ThreeUK, your shambolic service has set me back a full working day. Now I'm going to have to work at the weekend to catch up and cancel my weekend plans. Thankfully, my SIM is free of contract, so I will be spending my money elsewhere as soon as my phone starts working again. You just lost a loyal customer of over 5-years.

    @ThreeUK No, you really dont know how frustrating it is to have barely working 5g, barely working 3 wifi, and have no other way to make the important phone calls ive been needing to make today! My issues will now have to be put on hold until next week as i can garuntee yall wont fix this.

    @iD_Mobile_UK not even been with you that long & this is the 2nd time you have had a sustained outage due to @ThreeUK do neither of you have redundent systems to cover this? Of course we wont get compensation unless its 24 hours, & "We are sorry" wont cut it, as good faith compensation is due!

    @wahmed84 @ThreeUK Can garuntee ya that @ThreeUK wont pay you any compensation for their **** up causing millions of pound in losses across the country aswell as ruining hundreds of thousands of lives because no one can make important phone calls like my bank account being drained. Yet i cant call.
