    @ThreeUKSupport we’ve been using your mobile broadband for the last year but our signal is really very poor and often works better for us to use personal hotspots from our phone (we both use Three) to stream etc. Please help as it’s driving us crazy 😭

    @DameSazzle @TalkTalk @ThreeUK ive DMd that isnt going to fix the issue that its down you now have multiple reports in a specific area its clear its not US or our equipment its at YOUR end and by postcodes likely Broughton exchange

    @ThreeUK... Never tot that I will walk away from this network provider. Your services have been abysmally poor and distant to your customers How is it possible that a customers lost phone, cannot be reissued with a new Sim after 8days?? My Nos 07588115678😲

    @ThreeUK @ChelseaFCW I'd like to start 2023 off with a working phone but despite being flagged to other services as a vulnerable customer due to my disabled daughter three aren't prepared to make any effort to investigate a lack of service. Maybe look closer to home for some excellence 3.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah this is the problem.. it’s really misleading. I read until page 10 of the terms and conditions and then until page 29 of the price list to find this out. I want to leave but not pay the termination fee

    @ThreeUKSupport .. three loooong months trying to get £140 that you erroneously from my bank . Helpful people in call centre who admit your error ... still no refund. Not a great way to start 2023 ..not good for customer retention!
