    @ThreeUKSupport Ignore me. It just dawned on me there's a massive tree across the road (full of foliage) blocking direct line of sight to the router (Huawei AI Cube). Signal strength obviously not changing, but reflectivity of leaves is affecting things. Moved router to clear tree (just), work

    @ThreeUKSupport I select option 1 top up and buy add on, 2 top up with card, then select the add on I want, and after that the Scottish guy comes on, I select 2 to return to the add on I was buying, and then get the hang up message.
