@ThreeUK what an appalling experience. I wanted to cancel (not move) my mobile broadband 3 number. I did it through the website. But incredibly, there's a magic 2nd step needed, which is not communicated, which is needed. And now they want me to pay for an extra month!

  • teammike Mike Ritchie (@teammike) reported

@ThreeUK I'm in the process of moving away from Three. I've provided my new provider with my PAC code (my number has already moved over). Is there anything else I need to do to cancel my contract with Three and make sure I don't get charged anymore?

  • doherty_matty Matt (@doherty_matty) reported

@ThreeUK hard to see how a new customer can get a much better deal than a customer of over 10 years. #timeforachange

  • Jc9393 Josh (@Jc9393) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have done this countless times and it never improves. Same old same old when my signal keeps dropping constantly having to airplane mode it to refresh my signal

  • avalard Robert J.E. Simpson (@avalard) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there any way of breaking down how much of my monthly bill covers the cost of the handset Vs the minutes/texts??

  • Rachybaby0812 Rachael Harvey (@Rachybaby0812) reported

@ThreeUKSupport had issues for nearly a week with intermittent connection and next to no upload speed! Making working from home impossible. DE7 6PY. Website says no faults

  • LDN_pressoffice Mayor's Press Office (@LDN_pressoffice) reported

Customers on @ThreeUK and @EE will be the first to benefit from high speed mobile access across the London Underground network. All stations and tunnels across the Tube network are due to have high-quality and uninterrupted mobile coverage by the end of 2024.

  • avalard Robert J.E. Simpson (@avalard) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK By my estimation I must have paid about £400 more over the last year in terms of the difference between the equivalent sim only arrangement and mine which includes a handset I already own. That doesn't seem like a very customer friendly situation.

@x_hLj_x @ThreeUK So you work for 3 network
