@Hyperoptic never thought I'd be left without internet in London, so thanks for that, will be switching to @bt_uk asap. You will also be compensating me for my @ThreeUK bill because I have no choice but to hotspot my phone in the meantime.

  • stormyjoolz Julie Tempest (@stormyjoolz) reported

.@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport September 9 2022 made a complaint about an ongoing payment I had been paying out for years. I received this acknowledgment “Complaints ref 32669617”. Today I got a demand for payment of £29.86.

  • Bweqtop Adam (@Bweqtop) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's a Huawei router that can only connect to 5G and 4G. And it's not connecting to either and hasn't been for the last month. Even though I was texted that it was fixed while the Network status checker says "engineers" are still working on it for the entire month.

  • ciprianmiclaus Chip (@ciprianmiclaus) reported

@ThreeUK - your My3 password recovery on your website doesn't work. Your website is full of frustating bugs. It's embarassing!!

  • dounowhoiam Dan Simpson (@dounowhoiam) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Issues with no Internet today at M13 9QS so couldn't access tracking at bus stop despite signal, and 4G Internet dropped at WA14 1SG. When are they going to be fixed?

  • ianmcshane Ian McShane (@ianmcshane) reported

Hey @ThreeUK - Your website design decision to block pasting into the "change password" fields is 100% stupid and 100% pointless. You are actively making it harder for customers to secure their accounts and are encouraging password reuse. Happy #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth.

  • basherdrummer Barry Brewer (@basherdrummer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No problem - we’re an iPhone household, your 4G signal is fine so we’re unaffected by this but just thought I’d inform you that 5G had disappeared from our devices overnight.

  • MissRice_PE Josie Rice (@MissRice_PE) reported from Camberley, England

Currently paying £50 a month for an iPhone 12 and now just been given an iPhone 14 at £44 a month! Hats off to @ThreeUK for your quality service; you have made my morning!

  • stormyjoolz Julie Tempest (@stormyjoolz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m just going to have to make a complaint to Ofcom. Sorry. Been going on so long.

  • LFCSovereign61 Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Is your 4G ever going to be worth the amount I’m paying for it? The trouble I’m having loading websites and getting videos to play on You Tube is just not acceptable especially as I’ve been told my contract is up and all the alternatives are dearer than this one.
