    @ThreeUKSupport I have now had no WiFi from my mobile box from around Sept 2020. I have spoken to support and they said they would change the device, but none were in stock. I am still paying and you are in breach of contract. I have been aThree customer for over 10 years but

    @ThreeUK - what a worst again disappointment- #waitingforiphone12promaxfor2monthsin3upgradeplan. On 1st week of jan 2021 got upgrade iphone , have not heard until today but 3network took £79.0 fee on 15feb -billing for jan which I have not use service . What is this 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I am using wifi calling in the mean time. Looking at downdetector there are no reports of any issues. Any idea when this work will finish please

    @ThreeUKSupport @k8_st8 1/2 The resolution that was "reached" was that I would temporarily alter my priceplan (for 5 months) to unlimited data, and you were going to apply a credit to cover the difference, but you were supposed to email to confirm this was the case and that I wouldn't be........

    @ThreeUKSupport My husband's having the same issue on a different device, we're both using chrome. He's cleared his cache but to no avail, so he used the link provided and it worked. Doesn't make a massively good impression on new customers unfortunately.
