    @ThreeUKSupport Only received it yesterday and is keen to keep it covered in the same way her previous phones were. Very much a long-standing customer and wanting to keep her insurance was one of the reasons she upgraded rather than buying the phone from Apple and going sim only.

    @ThreeUKSupport Please try later. Just give me the old white dongle back with unlimited data. Never had any trouble with that. The routers are nothing but trouble for many users.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport two days and SIM still not activated. Was supposed to be activated on arrival. No one can explain what the technical issue is or why it's taking so long.

    @ThreeUK Completely unsatisfactory service with changing my account, after 5 years being on the same price plan £11 you decide to up the charge to £27. We have had 3 phones with you for 5 years which are locked in for 1 more year, Guess who will not renew "4" contracts next year.

    @ThreeUKSupport Doesn't really help. She doesn't want a new number, she wants to keep her number. Which nobody can find on the system to do anything with. And she can't top up the old number anyway because it errors when she tries. She can't register on the app without knowing the new number.

    @ThreeUKSupport So it would be the 8th time with support? 8th time where I will be told that I need to restart my phone and then I'll lose the chat? 8th time that I will just have to wait 24 hours? Might be easier just to cancel the service all together

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue is across the whole M27 5 area - I’m not sure why the model of my phone would delay the works you are doing?
