  @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had a saved voicemail that my dad left me on 16th Feb. He suffered a fatal heart attack on the 23rd Feb & yesterday I went to get the VM recorded but it has gone. Can you please help me get this message back? I felt like he had died all over again...💔

  @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

  @ThreeUKSupport - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

  Is it only me or does @ThreeUK phone company just keep suggesting **** apps to download. 15 minutes out of my life binning **** I don't fuuc#ing need. If I want I'll ask for it. 😡🤬🤬
