@ThreeUKSupport The hardware at the base station must have reset as there was definitely a loss of signal and service before. If you see the screenshot in my first tweet this was on 3G only, normally always four bars. My main MiFi device is has a Three SIM and is fixed on 4G, that had no bars.

@ThreeUKSupport Also, is your website broken? I click on "log in" and it appears to be mistaking this for a "Register" process. Takes a dozen clicks and some swearing to get to the My3 login page.

@ThreeUK maybe your customer service would improve if you used UK based customer service Indian speaking colleague's don't understand a word you say and then customers get annoyed because of the language and then they don't help I have just spent my day to you and complaints

@ThreeUKSupport I have just ordered another SIM anyway. But another issue with this, which I explained in the email is I'm not sure what postcode is registered in the account, as I've moved since the account was started. I gave both postcodes, but wasn't informed which was correct
