    @madebyburton @ThreeUK I don't know! They haven't admitted it if they are. The reception is incredibly low, to be fair. If there was a good connection but slow speeds I'd be suspicious.

    @TeaKayB @ThreeUK Try both sims at one location in the same box. Run speed tests and both should be the same because they are on the same network. If not then further investigation to find out why.

    @ThreeUKSupport .....constant for four months. Does one phone mast really need that much attention? I’m going to see what my options are with other companies. What gets me is I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and had no apology for the disruption, no real communication at all!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I only went sim only today as you cut me off and that’s my business number and I need it. I was due new phone yet again today but they said I cancelled it which I didn’t. Very poor treatment of a loyal customer. So goodbye. I can get new phones with Sky

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Colby. Please re-read my tweets. I know exactly what the issue is. My problem is exactly how long myself and other customers in the immediate area of this mast are expected to have to endure the disruption caused by never-ending maintenance!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I would be happy to share the full postcode on a dm but not for the whole of Twitter to see! My Dad’s signal is non existent & as I said in my original message we have tried dealing with 3 men but they have either hung up or promised to call back & didn’t.

    @HilaryMcGowan @ThreeUK Unfortunately not! It's a personal one which has been consistently poor. It's utterly unusable, yet they keep telling me it's fine. The 3rd person I spoke to on the phone today admitted there were long-standing network problems in my area, but the 4th went back to denying it.
