@ThreeUKSupport Yes, but only because your advisors kept going round in circles and I wasn’t getting the answers I wanted, really can’t wait to end my contract with you, it’s been nothing but problems

@ThreeUK Why is your service utter **** in my area..... Your masts can’t handle the traffic and ***** things up for anyone using it. Worst network I’ve come across

What a complete and utter farce ! It’s 2021, soon to be 2022, and @ThreeUK STILL don’t support @Apple’s elegant, native visual voicemail solution, despite claiming they’re ‘The network built for the Internet’. Visual voicemail was first introduced back in 2007 ?!? /cc @Ew4n

Does anyone know how to get out of their @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport contract? I have been with them since August and I have never had such awful service. On 4G I get no more than 5mbps, in Central London on 5G the speeds were the same. It is absolutely disgraceful, paying for what?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m sure it’s not an average of 5mbps though, on full 4G and even 5G, will be going into store to see if I can resolve this issue as I have contacted before regarding this and nothing was done, I can’t keep having no internet. It’s dangerous when i’m alone and need Google Maps.

@ThreeUKSupport seem very sensitive today and put me down as having raised 2 complaints when all I was saying was I didn't want to sign up for any new deals given my account had been closed for non-use during the pandemic.
