@ThreeUKSupport Not yet. I’ll submit a complaint later. The direct debit is cancelled before you steal the money. What even is a “coverage policy” as you didn’t mention that in your final bill text.

@ThreeUK This can't be true I'm with @ThreeUK and it's the worst signal I've ever had it's all over the country were I work it's terrible I've tried speaking to customer services and they are equally as bad cannot wait for end of my contract

Shout out to @ThreeUK for not solving simple issues, customer service and complaints team have 0% clue on how to deal with things. web chat team don’t even get back. Don’t eveb get me started on the stores, no one picks up 10+call- i walk into the store and people and chilled 👏🏾

@ThreeUKSupport I can see you didn't read the tweet fully as I stated the website dosn't work either regardless of what's clears , reset or updated and asbi can see from many other customers it's not an isolated problem

@timatkin @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Many companies offer free EU usage of your UK allowance, BUT it often needs to be and existing contract ie. before a certain date. We had EE and O2 when we went to Lanzarote last month no problem.

@SimonMiller316 @ThreeUKSupport I had same. Calls kept dropping out. 4 times on the complaint call, while they were literally telling me there was no issue! They did not seem to losing business.
