CustServcs only send replacement by Royal Mail, just before RM strike, will arrive too late for me going away. Rubbish service, so cancelling before I even started.

He has no service or even phone signal to get a code try to log into his Three app to check why. Roaming is all set up in his settings so should be working. Can you help?
