Terrible experience with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Sold a mobile SIM and 4G Hub to cover the period after we moved house, but not told I'd have to cancel the contract on the day I took it out to avoid having to pay for two months use. Had our phones with them for years too.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport is there any chance of a reply to my question on how long this outage is likely to be, we're now on almost two working days now. Not good enough, I'm afraid.

@therichpthomas @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Surely there’s some get out clause if they’re not providing a useable service?

@ThreeUK I thought that your customer service was more careful and attentive towards its customers. It´s a shame that I can´t get reasonable assistance whilst away from the UK. Need to consider changing Network provider, once I´m back in the UK.

@ThreeUKSupport I did that yesterday and they say there’s nothing wrong! I’m not the only one in my area with this problem either, and I’ve had to bow go buy a second phone so my sons school can keep in contact!

@ThreeUKSupport I do appreciate that but some indication of length of work would be good rather than the impression that it will be completed. Is there a expected time for completion? My livelihood depends on my having a working mobile service.

@ThreeUK are the biggest scammers I have ever dealt with in my entire life. 6 months of back and forth and they do not offer a single remedy. Thank goodness will no longer be a customer. I suggest and warn go with other network providers. They’re not worth the “deals” they offer!
