    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Terrible service when trying to upgrade phone. Placed order on 16th January for delivery 26th January. Still no phone, waited for issue to be resolved before trying again, but still can't be done.....

    @ThreeUKSupport 2/ I'll go through phone again if I have any problems. Staff have always been super helpful with Three 3; it was a shame that in the transfer process, and then the calling back process, I was getting the cut off tone. Which was what sent me into panic bc of landline charge going.

    @ThreeUKSupport the 4g speeds in my area have been desperate for months now. i used to get over 30mb on 4g, now im lucky to get 5mb. every time i check your website its says: We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area. but its been that way for weeks.... any ideas when?
