  @ThreeUKSupport shocking charge me £12 for 7 day European pass. Block it after 1 day for fair usage policy. Rude on support and tell me I have to wait to buy another pass as this one is active for 7 days. Leave me unable to use my phone for navigation in Europe! Scam!

  @ThreeUK your network has become absolutely terrible. The signal keeps dropping, data is painfully slow, and I’m honestly fed up with it. I’m paying for a service that I can barely use. Please fix this issue or explain what’s going on. 😡📶 #ThreeUK

  @TheBetterStuart @ThreeUK I'm on @iD_Mobile_UK which uses 3 and the signal is appalling everywhere. I won't be renewing when my contract ends next year.

  Why is dealing with @ThreeUK such a massive ballache? Cancelled home broadband 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive instructions from DPD on how to return the router. Nothing ever arrived. I will be charged if they don't receive it back. Tried to speak to them through live chat today. Takes forever to bypass the chatbot and and speak to a real person and when you finally get someone they reply so slowly it takes forever to sort anything out. Session times out while I'm busy trying to get some actual work done (that's how slow they are to reply). Website logs me out. I lose all the progress I've made. Try and log back in and their site is broken. Just ******* shoot me now.
