  @ThreeUK Can you please check why click on "reset your password" does not send email with reset link? I spoke with your customer service earlier today and the email address is current - meanwhile I have no means of accessing my account. TIA.

  @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

  @ThreeUKSupport Not been able to receive any text/sms messages since Monday. As a result, can't login to bank and missed GP appointment. When will issue be fixed? Status shows "there's a problem' but no useful info.

  @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport we offering early free upgrades but then making people still pay for their old phones aswell as the new phone!? 10 years or so I’ve been with Three and never had an issue upgrading but just clocked on my bank two payments had been taken out for a device

  Three (@ThreeUK) absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Just cut me off on business chat, previously useless in store and online. Constantly promised calls that do not materialize. Absolute joke...
