    I’ve never been so upset with @ThreeUK in my life. Phone them to discuss a signal concern. Explain what I do for work and that I need to have my phone to contact others. They suggest sending out a new sim but reassure that they won’t cut off this one until it arrives...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, Yes all calls and data works, but it's when I text premium numbers this occurs. I did have my spend limit at £20 and increase it to £30 in hope that would help but still no joy.

    @Trinniej @ThreeUK It's a minimum period. You know you have to give 30 days notice. You didn't give the notice, therefore you pay the same amount until you do. What's your problem?
