    Had no calls or texts all day on @threeUK but after contacting them by webchat to cancel my contract they still think it’s appropriate to charge me an early termination fee. Needless to say I’ll wait the extra few weeks, cancel and won’t ever use their network again

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport As with others who posted. No service all day. Not good when I need to be in contact with elderly parents who don't have WhatsApp etc. What compensation? What is the real issue here? What timescale to revert to a service?

    @Lazybedstar @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn't bother. Just been on live chat just to be told they haven't decided on compensation and contact them when the issue is sorted. It's a joke at this point.

    @HeatherChloeDog @ThreeUK Same here. The oncologist was due to ring me today, by the time I realised I had no phone service it was past time for her call. I’m guessing she thinks I ghosted her so that’s going to be a fun conversation about wasted appointments :(

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Data and text is not working normally, am having to use my virgin media WiFi in home can't get access to 3mobile Internet. Voicecalls, Text I've not had any services since 7.30am, when do I claim compensation??
