@ThreeUK poor customer service, had my phone for 3 months every month issues with my DD taking unortharised payments a week before my agreed date leaving me overdrawn and random payments of £40 now being taken! Do not go with Three! No regard for there customers

@ThreeUKSupport Ongoing work for months?? Because thats how long the issue has been ongoing? Yeah i have tried allsorts, ive been on the phone to 3 who sent me new settings which never worked. Its really starting to annoy me now

@ThreeUKSupport hi! I've been in the States for over a year now and have a contract with three which I'm forever having difficulty with. I have to manually change the network to T Mobile. Is there anyway this can be set permanently on my phone? I'm always having to change it back

@ThreeUKSupport not sure who to go to but just a bit annoyed at when I upgraded my phone I was told I couldn’t have the 512 gb iPhone 14 pro max but yet it’s on the website…. Also where’s the Apple Watch series 8!! Every other network has it 😑😑
