@ThreeUK ever since installing Huawei router there have been internet issues: speed, drop, faltering service. Is this a problem with router or are there other issues affecting London W1?

  • jelichong jeli chong (@jelichong) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it automatically continues on a 24 minths basis straight after!! I swear I didn’t even login or clicked any renew/upgrade button!

If you`re a customer of the @ThreeUK network don`t expect your phone to work at Hampstead High Street London NW3. There is no coverage so it`s impossible to pay wifi parking or make a call. Thanks once again to the woman in the local #O2 shop who "lent" me a wifi link.

  • BecS_1007 Rebecca Shaw (@BecS_1007) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@ThreeUK Is there a Broadband issue in the ST4 area?

  • CatB_ Cat 🖤 (@CatB_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That's super unhelpful I'm surprised you can't just set it to cancel on expiry like most other phone companies can. Not looking forward to the next 4 months now but I guess a policy is a policy.

  • zophixan Zophixan (@zophixan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport guys, my partner and I have terrible data all across London. 4g is unusable and 5g works like 4g used to, this has been like this for the last few days.

  • domo13afcb steve dominey (@domo13afcb) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Just tried, appears to have worked. Little odd that it was only not working at work but have signal now so no worries

  • GordonGlover18 Gordon Glover ( Mr Star Wars ) (@GordonGlover18) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @antomilk I get the same no 8 times a day. Once you answer they hang up.

  • elondann elondann (@elondann) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The problems are with proper SMS text messages. So being on WiFi is not relevant, surely. I will test to see if I can text from another location (i.e. if the problem is only when I am at home).
