@ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous follow up. How many hours do you suggest I spend with your support team? It's now been 6 days and several hours spent talking with *support*. I guess that's acceptable. No need to reply.

@GetMeAManager @ThreeUK @ChelseaFC You can’t take out a contract under 18, so not everyone knows you’re under 18 if you have one. Only reason mine is in my mums name is because they said i have a **** credit score but when i rang the company they used they said mine is next to perfect

@brightonsnapper @ThreeUK Shouldn’t be an issue if it’s within the mandatory 14 day cooling off period. Should also be free as well.

@ThreeUK shocking customer service, spoken to the call centre every day. Placed two orders and now haven’t received @Apple AirPods. Three asking for me to send my phone back then they’ll replace with phone and AirPods but not until 16/12/20. cancelling in cooling off period

@ThreeUK This was after I was told earlier it would take two hours. Then when that didn’t happen 30 minutes - now 2 days - appalling customer service. This is due to my order being “stuck” in your system. So your error but I’m the one that has to wait???

@ThreeUK Do yourselves a favour & don't put yourself through the pain of Three. Not once in the last 4 months have I had a connection issue when with them it was a multiple daily accurance!

@ThreeUKSupport So whats the deal with the network at IV30? 4 days now, my data speeds (if any at all) is a joke. You really need to start offering roaming for free.
