@ThreeUKSupport just spent two hours on to CS trying to update my contract. Got told I could get a deal that suited me, then got a call back to say I couldn’t get it and it would cost more for longer. Went round in circles. Poor service. actually felt like I was being scammed!

@ThreeUKSupport @NeillygNRG My contract says 12GB of roaming anyway, so no problem. Glad to know nothing is changing - I've been with 3 for longer than any other network and I have no wish to change.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, an update on this: I got my new SIM, it’s now activated so that’s fine. I get to my karate gym where I had signal problems before… same issues. I still have to manually switch to 3G to get anything to work. That’s never been an issue before, just started recently
