    @ThreeUKSupport ..of network improvements and the great customer service I’ve received via Twitter. But honestly, the inability to send a text while in a shop or other indoor setting is infuriating. Three never used to be this bad, and it’s getting worse as the weeks go on

    @ThreeUKSupport What is going on with your top-up line? Two months running I've been unable to top-up because the call is interrupted by a plug for one of your other services, and then gets bumped to the 'if that's all, just hang up' message. Stop advertising on a top-up line.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Not sure how much you can do though if it’s just that the network is rubbish. From reading comments on your Facebook posts, I can see I’m far from being the only one experiencing a worsening service. It’s a real shame as I just renewed my contract based on promises…

    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    @ThreeUKSupport The network issues I’ve had over the past 12-18 months have been worse that the last 10 years with your company. The endless calls to customer service to be told endless excuses. Roll on January, x5 family member contracts all to be cancelled and moved to a new network!

    Called @ThreeUK customer care from my mobile handset, the lady couldn't hear me, due to bad signal.. Calling from London, UK. Presumably one of the major capital cities of the world. Amazing , isn't it? #NoSignal #NoCoverage
