@ThreeUK you possibly have the Internet in UK after. Thank God my work phone is on the 02 network, I have been trying to log into some of my accounts online for the last 30mins until I used the phone with @O2 network so I maybe its time to move on from you after 10 years

@ThreeUKSupport there is yet to be a clear explanation. the compensation offered doesn't take into account the damage this has had on my work + that can't contact my family when we're in a pandemic and forced apart, not to mention the amount of time ive spent chasing ur team to get this resolved

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. It has been happening for the past few months, but intermittently. The past 2 days have been the worst (although it’s been fine this afternoon). Seems to just be my data, although I can’t be sure. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ll DM you my postcode.
