    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.

    @ThreeUK When will the tower in Ab11 be fixed? It’s been down for maintenance for 9 weeks now. 2MBPS download speeds just don’t cut it. Ask EE to borrow a competent engineer.

    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
