@MscharleneH @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom That’s terrible but sadly I’m not surprised. They did something similar to a friend. Offered to cancel the contract early due to the terrible network then sent debt collector letters. When asked they had no record of agreeing to cancel early. Ofcom WILL sort this out for you 🤞🏾

. @ThreeUK two new contracts, only one bar of signal & 3G only indoors & outside. Cust Service checked & poor signal here. Asked if could cancel but will be charged £170! A week I’ve been waiting for someone from ‘tech team’ to call me as advised they can improve my data signal?

What I will be doing, however, is to cancel my contract in the UK. I'll then take out a PAYG SIM with @ThreeUK. So I get the same roaming and none of the patronising guff.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m at the verge of having a complete breakdown. Unbelievable how incompetent your customer support is. your agents made a mistake and didn’t cancel a contract now I have a letter demanding money for a device that I returned and I’m owed a refund for!

@ThreeUKSupport When you make a payment through your bank you put a reference to help the receivers allocate the money- he didn’t put the correct thing. Yes from our end. I’ll find out at 1:55pm if your end is happy or not.

@ThreeUKSupport I used the link yes. I spoke to 'Peter'. He said there is still no response from warehouse. Also I spoke on the phone to a Raj, said the same. Ongoing since August. Always the same, but my credit rating being affected by missed payments. Been a 3 customer for 12 years or more!
