@ThreeUK absolutely awful customer service just now. Trying to get a PAC code over the phone as my phone is broken. Advisor unable to understand that we cannot access the BROKEN phone, and as I can’t tell her the last 4 digits of a number called 3 days ago she can’t help?

@ThreeUK mobile is awful I'm in #blackpool and it's the worst service I have ever had with the service anyone else having problems l outside inside its crap think I will be finding a nee service next year 😳

@ThreeUKSupport So I go to register with phone, with password, put in email and it says “there is a problem, please contact us” No luck in contacting you, so I think perhaps the email is already registered? Eventually find out how to login by email, and I got that helpful error message up top

@ThreeUK I’ll repeat again as the advisor was really struggling to grasp this. The phone is BROKEN. I can’t access call history, texts, calls or ANYTHING.
