@ThreeUKSupport By the time you replied it was working again but experienced issues again since 11 am this morning. It was also useless on Monday. I was offered a discount of half my bill for 1 Sim but I have 2 sims so it should be for both really. So unhappy with the network issues!!

@ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK this s20 fe 5g is a dire phone. 4g is quicker than 5g wont pick up signal yet my s9 does and the phones are side by side. Gps on google maps wont work when walking. No support from google and samsung say contact google. Enough is enough

@ThreeUKSupport Happens wherever I go. It's a real problem for me now. I have restarted multiple times a day and nothing changes. I keep having to go to What's Ap to call people back.

@ThreeUKSupport I have mentioned it when I spoke to someone over chat last Tuesday but no follow up questions regarding the account or phone number. That person said there are no issues. Then I received a call from the Tech team on Sunday. 4G was working fine again 1/2
