    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    Been thinking of switching providers as @ThreeUK โ€˜s reception/mobile data has been really bad these past few months! Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. Iโ€™ve used @ThreeUK for years. Theyโ€™re consistently good!!!

    Why do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!

    .@ThreeUK with the worst service & customer service of all time. online help gets told EXPLICITLY how my issue is YOUR FAULT, so YOU need to do something about it and got cut off by your agents

    Has anyone EVER been able to get through to a human when calling @ThreeUK got a problem ? Hereโ€™s a bot - problem not solved ? Hang up - go to the app? Bot - how are we accepting this as customer service ??

    How odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them Iโ€™m 3 staff (Iโ€™m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they werenโ€™t really from 3โ€ฆ.

    @ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

    @stevejh1973 @ThreeUK did you ever get your wifi calling working? mines been out for about two weeks now and nothing i do seems to fix it! itโ€™s infuriating
