Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Its cool...ill just keep paying for 3 contracrs i can hardly use in my own home now ad the service has gone absoloutly poor..every phone call gets cut off..every internet app i open crashes because it keeps losing signal..it clearly looks like nobody from 3 is bothered about..

@ThreeUKSupport The numbers are identical each time but the last 4 digits change with each nuicence call. Im on 3 obviously.. my number starts 0745678**** exactly the same as the ones in question..its too much of a coincidence. Im only typing here because my signal is too weak to ring C.S

@ThreeUKSupport Let’s hope so. I’ve been very patient, despite being repeatedly “lied” to. As much as I want to stay a customer of @ThreeUK, being able to have dual sim capability via eSim is more important to me. If that means moving to EE, so be in.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve called that number many times, and it was the operators on the end of that number that told me there is nothing they can do within the foreseeable future, if you really want to help then get the mast in my area fixed I can provide details of where I am if needs be.

@ThreeUKSupport Have just checked and I'm using the right app. I also read the reviews and almost everyone recently has given it a one star because doesn't work! So, it's not an isolated issue! Would have appreciated a heads up on that a couple of days ago before spending ages figuring it out!
