@Virginmedia I just lost a £££ booking because your internet service has repeat faults and can't even mobile hotspot coz @ThreeUK is as useless and are already refunding me 2 months bills due to service issues. Terminating the contracts with both services, because WHAT?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK are indeed the worst mobile phone company ever. Lied about the three in touch app, always problems, now ppls phones going crazy? Ppl wanting to call thier loved ones and can't, I say go to @EE you'll get brilliant service from them.

@ThreeUKSupport my HUAWEI home 4G internet is not working. AGAIN. Nor is the separate 4G sim on my ipad I am really not happy. I’m isolated in a care home environment having stable connections is essential.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. No there’s no 3G either, she can’t send messages via iMessage or SMS, only option is to try to send via email but that is patchy at best. Will get her to contact via webchat tomorrow. If no service though all I can do is get her a sim plan with another carrier.
