    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone yesterday they put me on hold and it cut out this has happened lots of times now, I’ve been told there are no issues in my location when there clearly is. I’ve tried resetting my network settings turning my 4G off literally everything.

    @ThreeUK mobile broadband not been working since Saturday, I have online learning tomorrow that I’m going to miss unless this happens s fixed.....are you also going to refund a lack of service like water company does, otherwise what do I pay for? @zXzSWITCHzXz

    @ThreeUK The lack of empathy in your company is disturbing My dad has late stage Alzheimer's, you won't let us cancel his account even with power of attorney and worse you are expecting him to cancel it himself? I'll be going to @Ofcom as this is unacceptable @alzheimerssoc

    @ThreeUKSupport I have sent a complain to your complain department because you said you have sent me 2 envelopes out now to return and cancel my contract been waiting since 16th of December even your complaint department haven't got back to me after 9 days so going to ofcom know

    @ThreeUK previously tried cancelling my dads account, he suffers from alzheimers & is in a care home. Customer services has refused to cancel it without speaking to him themselves. Had no choice but to cancel the direct debit & now my mum is getting threats from the baillifs?!?!

    @ThreeUK for last 2 hours im not getting any calls and neither I can make calls to anyone. Worst network, never trust three and don’t buy them...i will be more happy with ee or Vodafone. Really bad network and service
