    @ThreeUKSupport So @ThreeUK I called again today. Went through the same process again explaining the problem. Got transferred to the Customer Service Team only for the call to drop again. Your team call me back, I answered, no voice at the end. This is the worst #customerservice I’ve ever had.

    @ThreeUKSupport your mobile data is still shockingly slow in the DN158HX area. I was told it would be sorted weeks ago. If i could cancel my contract I would.

    Dear @ThreeUKSupport Feb 12: Telephone support. Complaint dealt with amicably, refund agreed. May 24: Lots of calls (and hours) later, I still don't have the money we agreed. What is actually the point in calling? Complaint unresolved, do I contact OFCOM now?

    @ThreeUK I get a message everyday asking if I'm happy and want to close my complaints account. I'm not happy with what you're saying and want everyone to know how bad a service you gave me and my family when I needed you most through lockdown.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I am out of service from three and my number is not working I can not get online due to my bank because I get OTP since 21/05/21.I requested passcode on 21/05/21 ref 30751492 not yet generated by back end team 0n 24/05/21 at 16:45.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport. My wife @jmfcampbell has had over 10 calls to Three to reclaim £80 of charges made in error. On the occasions she’s been put through to the customer service team she has been cut off. Is there someone we can escalate this to please? #customerservice

    @ThreeUK I’m a 3 customer but when I had a look online at the best deals for my new phone and contact I’m getting better deal from Fonehouse on 3 than directly from yourselves. However, this means I will be getting new phone number. Will I be able to keep my current number? B

    @ThreeUK poor service and no special treatment for loyalty. Shafted aside. I'll be leaving when my contract runs out. I wouldn't recommend anyone after the service we've just had #Threeuk
