@ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@ThreeUKSupport you should allow your loyal customer to buy the passport with the wifi, and not spending money on the roaming. On top if the connection is bad there is no chance to buy it.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried to call and speak to them, and nothing, got passed to two sperate departments and neither would or could help. I really wanted to move away from Vodafone but looks like i have to stay with them, for the sake of the underwriting team switching an acceptance, sould be simple.

@ThreeUK yet another day in BT30 Downpatrick without any network coverage. Spent over 1hr on the phone but 'android operator' claiming it was my phone (I have two both no signal) Seems three were upgrading something but didn't send an SMS to their customers Must do better
