    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with three network in scotland. I've not had Internet most of the afternoon. Tried restarting phone etc

    @ThreeUKSupport was told I’d get a call within 3 days. Then got told it again. Then got told within 24 hours. Had to cancel my contract as no one could sort my bill out after being with you for 8 years. Dreadful

    @ThreeUKSupport 12. my telephone number that was historically with three and returned to the network 5 months ago AS A BUSINESS CONTRACT... so not only is she without the means to make or receive calls, they have screwed up the PAC despite my clarifying it needed to be the number

    @ThreeUKSupport hi! I spoke to someone on the live chat this afternoon and asked for my usage information to prove my phone's been in use for my insurance. She said she had emailed it but 8 hours later still nothing and I can't see it on my app or account 😭 can u help?

    @James_Crosby92 @ThreeUKSupport I’m having the same issue in L18. I’ve tweeted @ThreeUKSupport a few times but nothing happens. They either ignore you or just say there’s no known issues; there defo is though!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I just had the most surreal experience with your customer support (Nayan). An ongoing issue in Lewisham area for more than 4 months, I have no service and only feedback I get is, "wait 7 days" to see if that helps.

    @ThreeUK sincere question, do you guys have any idea that in the middle of STARTFORD, open air, only the sky above me, there is ZERO SIGNAL. Im not in an island or a dungeon. In the MIDDLE OF STRATFORD. Can you guys sort your signal issues?

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not working on my iPhone voicemail area like it did with O2. I need to have the ability to save the recording and didn’t realise it would be any different with 3. Is there a cooling off period with a new contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport 4. having realised they has set some new record for terrible customer care they asked me if "I wouldn't mind" giving them a 9 or 10 for their service that day on the following customer survey as anything less would be a poor reflection on their customer service...
