    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with three network in scotland. I've not had Internet most of the afternoon. Tried restarting phone etc

    @ThreeUKSupport I am no longer living in the UK, hence why in-store replacement is my only option and was instructed so by Customer Service (about a week/week and a half ago) - after circa 2h at the store and phone while in store they said I cannot get it back

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - unbelievable: travelled internationally to replace a lost SIM card (following customer services’ instruction) to be told by Customer Service I cannot get it back. Can any of you help over here,l/DM?

    I’ve switched to @giffgaff primarily because of their service design (including a really nice website). Tired of the clunkiness and poor user experience of @ThreeUK
