    @ThreeUKSupport I'd just like to take this opportunity to tell you his disappointed I am with ur customer service . I recently signed up sim only with u as I wanted 5g. I have a 5g enabled oneplus7 pro phone. I've spent all day with ur staff telling me to try this, try that
