@ThreeUKSupport 4 accounts set up fraudulently in my name after ID was stolen in a robbery, I told your fraud team in February and they have cancelled 2 of them (the cheap SIM only ones) but i got a letter saying I've missed payment on 2. Fix this or next step is the ombudsman

@ThreeUK hi, is there any way of boosting my signal in the house? Moved into new house CO94JD and service is really poor. 1 bar 4G is the most I get and it still struggles to connect phone call, no chance of internet.

@ThreeUKSupport I have unlimited darts but every time I open clubhouse it’s on for 30 seconds and it closes. I’ve checked my phone and it isn’t the problem because on WiFi it works perfectly. What’s going on?
