  .@ThreeUKSupport Why am I only being given the option of 4 appalling value data packs? I'm trying to renew the 20 pound data pack & have topped up my account with that amount of money. When I click the button to renew the pack it wants me to pay again. Help me or I'm going to EE.

  Need to log in to the @ThreeUK app to change my password but I get an error message whenever I try to log in using the, "Forgot my password" email they send so I guess I'm never logging back in
