@geezerpaulr I left the money grabbing Vodafone 4 years ago for @ThreeUK I think I must have saved at least £2000. I’ve never had any problems anywhere in the World, data or calls. On the S.Coast ATM & on 5g. I would recommend them.

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I'm trying to send a text from Croydon UK, to a British friend who is currently in Dublin. I'm being informed it's not being sent. How do I find what the issue is?

  • MartinCox0155 Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUKSupport Okay sent me a text, which was successful. Seems the issue is either in Ireland, or my friend's phone. Thank you for your help.

  • m1ket Mike Taylor (@m1ket) reported

@speedsailor @ThreeUK I'm going through the same dilemma. Do I switch to Vodafone to get eSim support or wait indefinitely....?

  • VJ_Naidu040 Vijay Naidu (@VJ_Naidu040) reported

@apurvnagpal @ThreeUK These days customer service responds only to Twitter messages

  • JasonMo25436420 Jason Morgan (@JasonMo25436420) reported

  • adamhpking Adam King (@adamhpking) reported

Dropped @O2 phone in the canal. Moving to @ThreeUK. Old network @O2 flatly refusing to supply PAC code other than by text, which of course I can't receive. An hour so far on customer services.

  • jimboclinton James Clinton (@jimboclinton) reported

@Ofcom @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not allowing PAC codes to be sent via text requests and then forcing you to call in and be harassed into staying a customer! Now I have 2 contracts and can't move my number to the other provider

  • aarowate Aaron Waterhouse (@aarowate) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Webchat and technical can’t help me either, I am on the phone to them every single day. Every other tweet I read from you guys tell people engineers are out and issues will be fixed etc, but no one can tell me when my service will be restored, This is absolutely shocking

  • jimboclinton James Clinton (@jimboclinton) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No explanation has been provided, no ETA either, and unfortunately I'm still a customer of yours
