@ThreeUKSupport I was told three times (fri, sat & sun) my sim would be activated that day. Yesterday I was told ‘rest assured it will definitely be working by the end of the day’ shock... it’s still not working.

@ThreeUKSupport Re-registering made it work. I know changing systems might be painful, but you have to make sure your customers are moved seamlessly as well. Work on your documentation, I shouldn't have to dig into other customers error messages on Twitter to find the solution...

I’m seriously losing my mind with the @ThreeUKSupport live chat customer service. all I wanted was a replacement sim and suddenly the dude is telling me I’m gonna be charged £16 for a new contract plan?!

@ThreeUKSupport What I like is be able to leave without paying for an extra month becuase on the trouble I had. Your agent wasn't very responsive in trying to help says no one can do anything since it's his department that makes the decision.
