@ThreeUKSupport I first asked you guys for a payment break you granted it, and promised you wouldn’t cut me off- then you did cut me off- and tried to charge me for the time I was cut off. I was told to cancel my direct debit with you guys so the payment does not come out

@ThreeUKSupport It's my account as it's in my name - Junaid Jamil. You've charged me for international calls but I requested this to be blocked on the account when joining. Then when I was charged £80 for my first month I was told there will be a credit of roughly £72 but that never came..

@ThreeUKSupport Help please! I’m in Australia and after calling your helpline on a few occasions and using the online chat, only today I find out that I need to pair the SIM card on the UK network! This is impossible right now. There must be a technical solution available.
