Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.
-
C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.

FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedWhy is @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK crap in B43 Birmimgham? So slow.
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.

K (@KRUNAL1) reported@ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people

woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞
-
Tony Gee (@tonygee1) reported@ThreeUKSupport why is signal so poor on the 3 network, across multiple devices and numerous locations. It’s getting beyond the joke.
-
Álvaro Pétrus (@AcgbPetrus) reported@ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate
