@BubsandJacks @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport: someone has found a locked phone that is on your network. Would you be able to help find the owner? Or do you know if Apple can unlock the phone?👆 Thank you!

@ThreeUKSupport Not comfortable with this as a solution. My husband is also having issues, so not limited to me.

@ThreeUK I have been a great for many years. But what has happened to reduce your service to wreck? Dumped my 4G broaband earlier this year - 1mbps d/l. Now it's bye bye phone too. Sad to go, but service a shocking disgrace. Wife has also lost all service in Ireland on hols.

  • alrightmateyou Liam... (@alrightmateyou) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I'll give it a bash...what's the issue that you guys are trying to repair? I'm paying you guys for 4g right? Bit annoying that I'm nut getting the service.

@ThreeUKSupport Well since my network is so ridiculously slow... Not well as it takes ages for anything to load.

  • fofusion fofusion 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@fofusion) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately, I've tried all of that. I purchased the external antenna and we mostly get a reliable 5G service with full reception, so would be surprised if 3G was being used. Speed tests vary from 50-150Mb /sec so doubt it's on 3G much. Thanks!

@MetroBank_Help @ThreeUKSupport It does not help very much. I have the documents stated on that website, but what would be my next step?
