@ThreeUKSupport is there issues with three network in scotland. I've not had Internet most of the afternoon. Tried restarting phone etc

The entire way down Spring Bank (a major road into the city centre) I don’t get a good enough 4G service to use Apple Music or apps yet @ThreeUK just say that their services work there lol. Cannot wait to jump ship (tweeted from home cos it x doesn’t work x basically x anywhere)

Upgraded my contract with @ThreeUK but found a better deal so I went to the St Stephens store to cancel, got told they won't cancel under any circumstances, I went on live chat and they cancelled it immediately. Tell me why your staff think it's ok to lie to my face?

To confirm @ThreeUK - you have chosen Royal Mail as your logistic company to return this to you. If they damage it in transit back to you, I wont be held responsible. Your representative confirmed on the call, if it is damaged, YOU will investigate it at no cost to me.
