  @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Very poor customer service. I have been chased for payment on a SIM I no longer have and did not know it was active. I am happy to pay the £25.44 but then you will reinstate the monthly bill and service which I do not want.

  @ThreeUKSupport 12 March 14:30 made a mobile (WiFi calling enabled) to landline call. My signal strength -112 Recipient on numerous occasions unable to hear me yet I could hear him perfectly. Call became unusable.

  @ThreeUK As your signal is getting consistently worse, we were pleased to find that we could use Vodafone when 3uk isn't working (most of the time where we are currently) however it says Vodafone is a forbidden network! Can you explain this please?

I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?
