@ThreeUKSupport Months, never used to be this bad, but gradually getting worse. I don't see what I can do, you need to fix the antenna or increase bandwidth. It's not my phone, as I've tried multiple. I'm only able to send tweets by going to another area of work and using WiFi (not supposed to)

  • anderson_cheng Anderson Cheng (@anderson_cheng) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am currently not on Three yet, as I just ordered a new Sim Only Plan. I called 0333 338 1039, and your colleague told me I need to wait for the sim card delivery to fail first in order to change the delivery address. Which is going to take a while.......

  • mr_bridger ROSPITALITY (@mr_bridger) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I gave you the postcode to start with. CV56UB. I really struggle to get on 4G where I am, so rely on 3G. And that's the problem. 1 bar 4G I can just about get a useable 4-5 Mbps down. 3 to 4 bars of 3G / H+ I get nothing down.

@ThreeUKSupport On top of this, your adviser has just LIED to me. The phone isn’t coming. So I’m a day off down, will need to take another one… I’m done with this bullshit.
