@ThreeUKSupport I have, continuously. Live chat disconnects, I can't get through on the phone because it doesn't recognise the new mobile number I've been given. I was apparently being called back with an update yesterday. Never happened.

@ThreeUK hey folks. What’s wrong with the 4G masts in Scotland? Was an issue pre storms. So no excuses there please! Signal says 4 bars and 4G but no data gets thru! Keep switching to 3G which seems to work better?!

@ThreeUK why has my mobile data not worked for weeks and your app was made by the most incompetent among us. Riddle me why I would pay a contract to not be able to use my phone outside the range of WiFi I also pay for? Useless company and can’t even get anyone in customer service

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm on the 3 Home Broadband at N5 Islington and there's very flaky and weak 4G broadband and no 5G at all. Restarted router, took SIM out and inserted again, nothing. Can't stream and websites barely working. My GiffGaff phone is working perfectly, no data issues. This is bad.

@ThreeUKSupport your network is absolutely pants! In central London with “5G” and I still get buffering and slow load times. Whenever I go inside somewhere signal also drops!
