Is @ThreeUK winding down it’s network in the UK? Signal getting more and more patchy for me and several of my colleagues to the point we can’t even rely on being able to make calls when we need to; let alone access internet content. What is going on?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still having problem with making call and receiving and i can't even send and receive text message. i have got a replacement sim card for three to see if it fixed the problem but still not working

@ThreeUK Absolutely fuming. Unable to get a data passport for Abu Dhabi, where I cannot get into any public place without internet access. Spoke to support yesterday who “fixed” it, but stuck again today. No 3 support lines open (it’s 11.10am here!) so stuck in my hotel. Livid!!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks- yes, my data is switched on. It was literally as soon as I arrived yesterday that my data has been reduced to a trickle. Feels like the whole network is overloaded😕

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, a cyclist stole my sister’s phone out of her hand. She’s been in contact with you, apparently can set up a new contract but her current one would still be rolling. This is a great expense. Surely you can cancel the one she has 0 access to? Thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I’m in the UAE for the next week. The problem is that you have to use roaming to get the £5 top up, which is a bit ridiculous if you’re going to make your customers spend a fortune before they get the day pass.

@ThreeUK I needed support when I found out my phone was refurbished rather than brand new. It was nowhere to be seen You declined to provide that support to a paying customers and decided to decline to take their complaints also

@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.
