    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a ZTE router with b12 firmware and drops out for 10 minutes 4 or 5 times a day. This is a common problem (see your forums). What is the solution? I don’t mind switching to the Zyxel but ppl on the forum say they’re only offered another ZTE?

    @ThreeUK After commending the quality of service (170mbps) my three 5g WiFi internet has given me during my 30 day money back period I now get no more than 15mbps. It's almost as if now I am tied to the contract it has been turned down. The service is now woefully unacceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please explain to me why my signal goes SO DODGY whenever I’m in London?! It dips in and out of signal and even 1 bar on 4G is AWFUL yet is absolutely fine when abroad 🙃

    @ThreeUK any idea when mast work in Reading will be completed? Currently paying £70+ on phone and home network that I can’t actually use, and have been without for almost two weeks!
