@ThreeUKSupport I was waitin over an hr before been seen. Just to be told by staff to ring on my phone instead of there’s to be told by customer service speak to store manager about this, she’s too busy so tells the advisor to go on chat bot, what kind of help are ye, ye can pay for my fone bill

@ThreeUKSupport you just say this and do nothing. Just like your call centre. I sent more docs and I am told someone will call, they never do. I am the crime victim and you just must delete the contract on my name I never did and delete all data and confirm. But you choose to keep me in agony

Hello, @ThreeUKSupport, my mobile broadband internet access has been down *all day* in Clacton CO15. I've had to buy £10 of bandwidth from another provider to do vital work for my Ambulance Service studies. When are you going to fix my broadband, and will you pay compensation?

@TrueFarnz @KristenSousa @ThreeUK Nothing about o2 is unified other than the desire to ensure data is as bad as possible. But again, I doubt Three has any VVM - it’s another overhead it doesn’t see any value in offering.

@KiyleF @ThreeUK Did you ever get it sorted? I recently received mine and happen to be having the exact same issue… Phone gets 200-250 Mbps yet my Xbox Series X and PS5 gets between 40-50 Mbps. Nobody seems to be able to help from @ThreeUKSupport either!
