@ThreeUKSupport Yes. But no one is willing to see it through. I've had 5 promises of "will be done in 48 hours, rest assured this will be done". I'm now a month without my phone. An hour on chat yesterday passed to 5 different teams before I gave up. Couldn't ring lines were turned off. Awful
