    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with three network in scotland. I've not had Internet most of the afternoon. Tried restarting phone etc

    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    I've been with @ThreeUK for over 10 years. I was told by customer retention when I tried to leave 10 years ago I could have this tariff for life. I've just received an email telling me that promise is about to be reneged upon, as you'll be moving me to a worse plan within a month

    @ThreeUKSupport I have restarted the device several times. I have reset the network setting as previously suggested. This is affecting calls and data in and around the area of my home address. In other parts of the city the reception is fine

    @ThreeUK You’re crap network doesn’t work anywhere might as well leave your mobiles at home if you’re on three network! I don’t even have permission to put the tower back up in central London so forget getting any network when you’re in central London. Stay away from three!

    @ThreeUK 8 days with no service in and around my home. You said maintenance but it's now been over a week of missed calls which is ridiculous. Don't know what I'm paying for.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi do you know if there are any issues with the network in the DN16 region as my friends internet dongle connects but there is no signal, there has been issues with the phones and dongle for the past 4 or 5 days, the phones are ok but not the dongle thanks.

    Three's customer services "authentication" steps are an absolute paradise for an identity fraudster, and I have zero confidence in their controls to stop this from happening. @ThreeUK, cut it out, get sensible, and stop asking me for more information as if it's yours by right.
