    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with three network in scotland. I've not had Internet most of the afternoon. Tried restarting phone etc

    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

I'm ready to leave now, consistent call drops, terrible service and broken customer account apps (my three app doesn't work)

    So @ThreeUK response to me not having any signal or internet is we will call you back with tech support in 24-48hrs How does that work when I have no signal or internet? @ThreeUKSupport Glad to see Three put customers needs first by having to wait 48 hrs to get phone fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport been trying to log in to the online top up,keep getting oops something went wrong try again later now been sent two security codes to put in i can't use getting really fed up with this and the fact still no signal virtually in Rh4 postcode
