    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with three network in scotland. I've not had Internet most of the afternoon. Tried restarting phone etc

    @ThreeUK Why is it impossible to get a PAC code?? 24-48 hours it’s going to take because of an error on your part. I can’t even cancel my account so I’m going to continue to get charged for a line I’m no longer even using because I gave up in the end and have changed my number!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you please fix your network? In Clapham Common is unusable, North London has no mobile data and wherever I travel in London, I barely get any signal.

    @ThreeUK Absolutely appalling customer service. I upgraded my contract 14 days ago and after speaking to 9 different people at Three via calls & live chat my sim still hasn’t been activated. No data or service, can’t use internet or receive calls.

    I had a day full of meetings at work, we use Teams and it kept crashing due to no internet. Wi-fi kept connecting & disconnecting and I was forced to drop the meetings. I am not happy with this service. It happens more often now... Any thought @ThreeUK?

    @ThreeUK why is three ripping of people for Samsung s22, s22 plus and s22 ultra? They are charging people more than Samsung for the monthly phone. I went to Samsung website and found deal (three network) better than three. Its around £20 per month difference

    @ThreeUK Hi! I switched to Three and submitted my PAC code to keep my number - it was supposed to change over on Tuesday 8th Feb, but I'm still on the original SIM number. What can I do? It's posing problems for account authentication on various sites
