@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

Apparently if you're on @ThreeUK or one of the smaller providers that use their network, you most likely didn't get the #EmergencyAlert Looks like I'm paying for a cheap tariff with my life

Hey @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why did no one in my family get the UK emergency test alert. We are all on #three. I got it on my @EE work phone ok though.

@mark_redgwell Are you on 3 or a network that uses 3? Seems like a huge problem they've had - I'm on @iD_Mobile_UK which runs on @ThreeUK and didn't get it 😤
