    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @jan2086 @ThreeUK @O2 Exactly I’ve got non existent signal in my town centre and after numerous complaints they don’t seem to care to fix it and now when I complain they just ignore the complaint. They charge enough so they can fix the issue they just choose not to.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. I’m in the U.K. I can’t get the app, because no internet. I’m using a public network at present with my iPad. My phone is no good.

    @phillyonskem @ThreeUK It’s funny, @ThreeUK have just charged me double my agreed contract price & refusing to refund me? I’ve been a customer for over 10 yrs. I’m about to cancel my DD & cancel my contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did call your customer service from my husband mobile it also didn’t work. No one I could reach .. yes I can’t make calls and no roaming no internet at all. It’s nightmare. I even can’t use my sat nav.

    Sales call from @ThreeUK offering me a phone deal. I explained (very politely) that as I had been seriously let down by 3 a few years ago, leaving me having to buy a PAYG mobile when heavily pregnant so that I could actually call the hospital because my service at home had 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport once again Crappy Internet on both phones and both routers, check to see if there is a problem in the area. Internet(eventually ) says no problems. Phone three and get fobbed of with there is a problem in your area. So we will be cancelling phones and internet

    @ThreeUK Am so close to leaving three staff won't help me my Internet is being so slow ring 333 that's just a bloody nightmare I just want someone to come out 😡😡😡😡
