@ThreeUKSupport I have access to My3 account, but there is no usage showing. It used to be so straightforward. I knew what I have used and what is left and I never finished my bundles. Now around this time I am always told that I have or almost run out of data bundles.

Bruh, @ThreeUK. A 3 day network outage is bullshit. Even more so that it's a known issue. I'm sorry, but how can you not have more information and an expected TAT for repair?! Did you maybe wanna inform your customers? Three days without internet. Are you serious?!

@ThreeUKSupport What on *earth* is going on with your 5G broadband? Four days I've been having issues now, and one minute I hear that it's fixed and then the next it's not and still being worked on?! And then earlier today it nearly ruined a £700 private healthcare appointment!

@ThreeUK more useless internet today in the Rotherhithe area of London. Two days in a row now. Any chance of these problems being sorted out properly? It’s very annoying trying to work when the technology is so hopeless.
