    @ThreeUKSupport I've had 2 companies confirm they were given my details by my network provider. Also, I have no desire to fix this within three, that would imply that I trust Three to mark their own homework.

    @vmbusinesshelp @ThreeUK I can handle the delayed response. It’s the lack of service for over a week and the girls trying to take payments from a phone tethered machine. Your SLA is well shot. Today an engineer came. “Oh nothing I can do. It’s an outage. No ETA on fix”

    @ThreeUKSupport @s0l_uk I have been told by a friend who has some contacts that these tests are supposed to be authorised by the Government and that these tests were not authorised. Clearly sending more than one is a terribly bad idea. Can you please go and check? And maybe we could have an apology?
