@ThreeUKSupport I've been with this 3 network for nearly 10 years but I'm done with you. The signal where I used to live was pretty bad, now it's appalling. I can get what you're offering at half price nowadays, I don't know why I've stayed so long, my bad.

@ThreeUKSupport perhaps would be a good idea to let your users (apparently all users) know that there is a data outage due to an upgrade? I did not have any mobile data for more than 24 hours now and no comms.
