    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with three network in scotland. I've not had Internet most of the afternoon. Tried restarting phone etc

    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @pauli1888 @ThreeUK They’re cheap, have generous or no data caps depending on tariff and data is quick when you have decent signal. International roaming also good. However customer service is terrible and coverage isn’t great outside of major towns/cities.

    @ThreeUKSupport I will do that too. Meanwhile you need to clarify as to why I should be paying for a service in the days your company is not delivering or honouring it’s contract of service delivery because of your maintenance works

    @ThreeUKSupport I bought the sim for 35 pounds and was told the data will be unlimited. It wasn't so I complained to 3. They sent a 35 pounds cash credit, which I used to purchase the unlimited data pack. Still not working.

    @ThreeUKSupport well i requested it to be changed yesterday when i was on the phone with someone who told me that this was basically normal since i paid on the website but it’s never happened before

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, it does. I have even tried it on another phone. It shows 3 and the signal bar is full.

    @pauli1888 @ThreeUK Maintenance been going on in Glasgow for 8 days straight now, at worst it was unusable (40kbps), 4G & 5G is now back up but seems to be about half usual speed. Message still on their status page but of course Three have a policy of not informing customers directly about outages.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told August.. I work from home full time, so basically just tough for me, deal with it, pay to travel to somewhere with wifi because of your inability to maintain connectivity on your network?
