What is actually wrong @ThreeUK why can’t I speak to a human when I call the helpline. Why is everything ‘online chat’ then hang up. These times I’m calling because I cant get online and your sending me to ‘online chat’. Make it make sense please.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @simijourno Yesterday 9th Feb, my 3 wifi went down for the whole day. No notice, no apologies from 3. We were meant to just suck up till 6:30pm. Shoddy service last 6 months, yet I have to pay 60% penalty to get out of contract.

@threeuk think it’s okay to leave their customers without service for 24 hours, and the “work” they’ve done to “improve the service” has done precisely **** all. I’m better off and still expected to pay each month. £55 a month for the last 10/11 months for nothing

Been with @ThreeUK for 10+ years and honestly its disgusting how their staff talks to loyal customers with a rude and disrespectful tone and that too in a pandemic. Honestly if you guys don’t want to deal with customers issues then you might as well tell us. Disappointing.

@ShokerRajdip @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to raise a complaint for weeks, but every time I get through the advisor speaks then magically hangs up.. Its disgusting. About to send my upgrade back and go elsewhere. 10+ years also, they don't care.
