@ThreeUKSupport I realise that. I was including three to try and get a resolution. Maybe you can work with them to fix this. Seems bizarre for them to not be able to send a SMS to any number.

Ok @ThreeUK I’ve been really patient but you’ve just cut me off again I’m trying to upgrade, I’m done with you unless you sort this out. 12 years mean nothing clearly. I appreciate you have system issues but I’m over it.

@ThreeUKSupport I landed in Australia on 1st April but cannot access any of my minutes, texts or data. Most importantly I cannot make calls or send SMS. Please help? I am on an iPhone 12, pay monthly sim contract, and Go Roam should work for £5 per day….
