@AdumaMum Ofcom can usually close your account free of charge if no complaints have been resolved, Id suggest a stronger network, @ThreeUK are literally THE worst network from all the major 4 1. EE fastest speeds and most reliable 2. o2 average speeds but stable 3. VF unsure 4. 3 ****

@ThreeUKSupport Hi - I received confirmation my number has switched but the phone settings still shows two and I apparently have two lines and one doesn’t have service. I’m also unable to make calls so cannot call 333 to find out. Is it possible the change is still happening
