    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    Why did I ever leave @VOXI_UK / @VodafoneUK... @ThreeUK I've complained ever since my contract started about indoor signal and nothing has been done. Proud to go back to Voxi, and might even contemplate a phone only contract from Vodafone if there should be an option.

    @ThreeUKSupport when is the PAYG top up facility going to be up and running again? I’ve been trying all morning to top up on the phone and the lady in the 3 store says there’s currently an issue with this.

    It's a pretty competitive field but I have to say that @ThreeUK are the worst mobile company that I've had to deal with. Over a week to transfer a SIM and they've finally admitted they can't do it and now expect us to go to a store to pick up a new one. Utterly inept

    @ThreeUKSupport I have visited the store twice this morning, been on to Samsung who say there is an issue. The local store assistant put me through to your returns department who told me he couldn't help.. I have provided ID 4 times today to various people. Please have a senior person call me

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't know what the post code is in the middle of Hinckley. I was sitting opposite Jasper's on Castle Street so you have the precise location if you need it. As you saw from my screenshot I had a very good signal as you would expect.
