Wow. Shocking illegal activity on my account @ThreeUK upgraded a 12 month contract to a 24month without my knowledge or consent. Agent put me a 5 min block chat and called me 'angry because I asked for an investigation and to cancel my contract today as its up TODAY!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura my problem is I used to work for DPD and you can not leave the new phone if you haven’t collected the old one so how is this our fault? Yes you’ve opened an investigation but this is down to DPD not me, you’ve told us you can’t send a new phone out? Why?

@ThreeUKSupport Laura the investigation is between you and DPD as I did not accept the phone! I’m now left with a faulty phone. You rather cancel my contract with no charges or send me a new phone immediately. I’m being penalised for a mistake DPD has made.

@ThreeUKSupport Same home postcode, using the Huawei 5G CPE Pro. Worked fine and fast for months then literally on the day three broadband because just three the speed dropped to less than my phone which the signal is awful on also

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, no error message appears. When I request a password reset it comes up saying that you have received my password reset request and that I will get a text or email with details to help me reset it. I have tried on 3 separate occasions over the past week. Thanks
