    @threeuksupport i have been having issues logging into my3. I was advised to send proof of ID which I have done and has been accepted but still cannot login. Your live chat are not being overly helpful. Any idea on what I can do as still have no access to my account?!

    @ThreeUKSupport This isn’t the 1st time you’ve done this with no warning you did it last month as well it’s not on especially when I then have no phone and no home internet when I can’t call no one or them contact me in a emergency

    @ThreeUK I cant cancel my add ons when ever i try it refreshes the page. Have been trying for months and cant jus wasting my money now

    @ThreeUK my sim is up for renewal, a new user can get an unlimited sim for £16. You want me to pay £20 for the same deal. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years but now you’ve lost my custom.
