@chrisborrman @ThreeUK @virginmedia Aye, we have a few battery packs available for phones and we have a good data signal in the house. My main worry was getting an electrician on short notice without it costing a fortune but luckily found the cause myself.

@ThreeUKSupport set up a PAYG sim last month and it’s an auto renewal bundle, hasn’t renewed after the first month and now the offer I had (£10pm 16gb data bundle) isn’t available. How can to be reinstated? Call centre and on line chat no help whatsoever
