@henry_sister @pmphillips @ThreeUKSupport Yep. I (or rather the family) had six phones with them at one point and there was always a problem. We all migrated to another provider and we’re much happier.

@ThreeUK It's disgusting. You claim our area has 4G (and we did have it for a day once, (but it went back to H+ and has stayed there ever since). I assume that's why we didn't get our emergency alert. You lie on your coverage page by saying we're 4G.

I'm on @ThreeUK and didn't get the Emergency Alert today @BBCNews. The alert did go off on my work phone, as well as the other devices in the house at 2.59. Didn't think it was that loud but did the job ok

@ThreeUK 2 of 2 phones in the home . Both using 3’s network and 4G , with emergency alerts allowed . Neither received emergency alert siren or message.

@ThreeUK Four people in my household are Smarty which I believe uses the Three network. None of us received the alert.
