    @ThreeUK I'm expecting a new phone today but haven't had a delivery time text which was supposed to come this morning, I tried calling 333 but the menu just goes in a loop: Upgrades (3) -> Other (0) -> back to main menu. pls help

    @PottsMalc @ThreeUK the worst network provider I've ever had. Would not recommend them to anybody. I'm out of contract and have been for a while (no phone to pay off) still paying full whack and theyve put the costs up, cheeky f*cks. Going to sort a different network tomorrow

    @ThreeUK I have been struggling for THREE HOURS now, to set up the Mifi YOU advised me to get because YOU are having technical issues in the area i live. LIVE CHAT sends me to you tube videos and asks me to phone you, but no Human ever comes to the phone. At my wits end.Really bad service

    @ThreeUKSupport Same issues as the previous fault, when loading Netflix on any tv it brings up an error code.
