@ThreeUKSupport And I'm simply suggesting that someone within Three needs to resolve the error that they have made which may have led to my credit rating being adversely affected through incompetence within Three. So far I've not had any luck finding anyone who can help.

@ThreeUKSupport The only good staff you ever hired are in your kilburn branch and is the only reason I've put up with your crap everywhere else as far as service goes. Without them I'd have jumped ship years ago and quite frankly I don't think even they can keep me when I'm contract is up soon.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Did that and surprise surprise I am once again told to wait another 5 days! Oh and after that then your escalate it to your manager, because 3 failed attempts was not good enough for escalation. Also the social media team can email me but customer services are not allowed? WTH Y?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, our data rates drop to ≈0.1mbps in the Chesterfield area every evening 7-8pm exactly on Tuesdays. It's very disruptive as we have an important Zoom meeting at that time. It happens on both of our Three network mobiles and nothing else is using them. Pls help!
