    My @ThreeUK phone doesn’t work inside my house, I’ve opted for a new supplier. I have a month on my contract with three & must give them 30 days notice. They are charging me for ending my contract. Their systems are down, can’t give me PAC code for 48 hours. System is broke!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, yes I did. Still not working though, adviser said they could see a problem. But confusingly your network checker says no problems in my area. Been told to wait 7 days for a fix

    Finally my @ee broadband is back up and running after being down since 5pm yesterday evening… though it appears they have zero idea why their customers had/have issues. So happy that my mobile is with @ThreeUK and that my data unlimited because hotspot was finally put to use.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is BAD. I have no contacts as not my number so I can't call anyone near him to even explain what's going on. You had ONE job. 15+ years of custom and you lost me.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have chatted for hours with your customer service team. Every time I speak to someone, instead of solving my problem, they create another one. I missed several hours of work stuck on these chats and can't do it anymore. Can you arrange a call back?

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing loads up, internet pages are crashing and not do not load. My phone freezes up. Apps do not refresh (not just WhatsApp but non fb apps). I got my phone in oct2020 it’s the iPhone 12 max pro. So I don’t understand what the issue is but while waiting for the apps to try and

    @winstano @ThreeUK I left them in 2008 after I left a dongle on the train, and instead of blocking it, they were trying to convince me that I just didn’t understand how it connects to my laptop and that would solve my technical issue. I’d rather not have a phone than ever use them again.
