@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, three told me yesterday Netflix had admitted it’s their problem- obviously it’s not Netflix- please just be honest and admit three has an issue, too many people only on three having the same problems

@ThreeUKSupport @AmieLambley @ThreeUKSupport why are you still not admitting this is a three issue. All other networks work fine and going via a vpn works- suggests an issue at your end

Find a more diplomatic way, be truthful. @ofcom - they're at it again, constant lying, but their own higher lever support people admit the service in London has been broken for 7 months and that they withhold this info from customers
