  @ThreeUKSupport I fell into financial difficulties and I was offered no help at all to even catch up. I have a learning disability and a health condison and require a phone to keep in contact with my carer when I am out of the house.

  @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

  @ThreeUKSupport Yeah, with no joy. Speed test gives okay readings but can't access Playstation network or Netflix etc on TV
