    @NeillGord @ThreeUKSupport But my iPad is Still working 🤯 Which is weird I have turned my phone off to see if that helps 🤔 but it still baffles me why isn’t it working on my iPhone or it could be my Sim card or my number has gone down technology is weird It’s one of those mysteries of the universe 🤯

    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @ThreeUKSupport I was not given a choice to leave since even after telling them was was running into difucltys keeping up with my bill I was offered no help then one day the phone stoped working both ways

    @ThreeUKSupport I fell into financial difficulties and I was offered no help at all to even catch up. I have a learning disability and a health condison and require a phone to keep in contact with my carer when I am out of the house.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Which is mad because due to their carrier settings I can’t change to 3G, it’s 5G or 4G only in the settings, I have to hope the 5G-‘d 4G are so bad that it’s moves me onto 3G automatically

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes- I’ve called for him and so has Mum- still got a threatening letter. We want to cancel and expect a refund of some kind. He has been paying for a service he didn’t receive- now we know, needs to be rectified.

    As @ThreeUK customers we need to get used to the terrible network. It has been bad since the 5G ‘upgrade’ and getting worse! They'll tell you it's your phone or congestion or to turn it to 3G or “work in the area” It's a load of rubbish. Why won’t they just be honest?
