@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport I have emailed them, had several email responses from them but the number they gave me to call goes to a CS team offshore. When I ask for a call back, the team who call me are also from offshore. No one can speak to me as my complaint is with the Exec Office and you're doing same
