Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

When he went in to collect it the sales guy said "no we've not got it" & started serving another customer (without even checking if any deliveries had been made) 1/2
