@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport do you have any inkling what the network requirements are for wifi calling to be offered? I've seen it in random shops, but not my home or work wifi for some reason

@ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

@ThreeUK Not a big enough network to cover the EU without extra roaming costs though?

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

@threeuksupport Hi, I upgraded from a 30 day rolling SIM plan to a 24 month SIM plan to lock in a cheaper rate before the 1st Oct roaming deadline. Does the 14 day cooling off period for contracts apply to online upgrades should I decide to switch to another network?

@oxfordteddy @ThreeUK @SMARTYMobileUK They said it’s only if there’s an upgrade to your contract, but haven’t said exactly what would constitute an upgrade - think a lot of us are going to find ourselves upgraded where there’s no material change (different stationery etc.) - and yeah, the 3 signal is pretty poor

Given the @ThreeUK news today, I might consider changing mobile network when my contract renewal comes around.

Disappointed to see @ThreeUK announce the end of Go Roam. Was a great service and the major factor in consistently re-contracting. No problem for them if everyone else caves I suppose but @O2 and @SkyUK Mobile looking like better options right now

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded my contract (early) today and the man said that i won’t be effected by the post 2nd Oct roaming charges despite the contact coming into effect 9th October as I upgraded today. Can you please confirm this as just want to be sure or I’ll cancel and leave.

@ThreeUK so disappointed by your roaming charge announcement. Been a customer for 10 years and now will have to go elsewhere.

@bigdavetrigg @ThreeUK Problem is no one other than O2 are offering it. Hopefully in a year in will change.

@richyj1504 @ThreeUK Their coverage is AWFUL! I was with them for years and years, moved to Vodafone and i was SHOOK! My phone was faster and you get coverage in places Three never could.
