@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@SMARTYMobileUK @threeUK We have had problems with network service in Ashtead, Surrey, for a whole working week. It is time to fix the problem by actually sending someone to the site. Your network status page seems to be inaccurate. Do you know what 'as soon as possible' means?

@ThreeUKSupport signal very poor last few days again ! Internet dropping and phone signal just two bars when it used to be full 4 bars !! What’s going on ? At the very least you could be honest with customers and have a pinned post if signal is having problems
