@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

  • amysoad Amy ⛈ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🦦 (@amysoad) reported from Ardersier, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

  • archifishal Alex MS (@archifishal) reported from Stittenham, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport do you have any inkling what the network requirements are for wifi calling to be offered? I've seen it in random shops, but not my home or work wifi for some reason

Anyone else facing issues of someone answering the phone but neither party being able to hear each other? Almost like the line hasn't connected properly @ThreeUK

  • numsky23 loretta obiudu (@numsky23) reported

@ThreeUK The worst network provider ever. Very Incompetent, rude agents who do not have a clue on what is going on half of the time. You guys have left me without a phone and sim card for the festive period and none of your agents are able to tell me exactly what is gong on.

  • Fidcon Lucy (@Fidcon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Pete, I have tried numerous times to call 333 and I have also used your chat. Useless. They also insist on asking for my personal data and my password details for security. What is the point of a password if you still have to give personal details over an unsecure network????

  • Justinas370 Justinas (@Justinas370) reported

@kels80 @ThreeUKSupport @kels80 Did they solve your problem? I contacted again and they said they fixed it now.. but only two weeks have passed!!! and they are charging me again full price. I don't know what to do, their custumer service is not existed!

  • GetMeAManager Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported

@bella_EB @ThreeUKSupport What makes you think the manager isn't going to lie to you? And from what you're saying, you must be a business customer? If not, don't mention your business.

  • GetMeAManager Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported

@dannifdx @ThreeUKSupport It's actually 30 days for fraud cases. Not 48 hours. Not 72 hours. It's 30 days. If there was fraudulent activity on your account prior, this is why. So in actual fact, Three are doing you a favour. The only problem is the inexperienced advice given to you.

  • TabithaTwitchi1 Tabitha Twitchit (@TabithaTwitchi1) reported

  • joekate ANDREW LAYBOURN (@joekate) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We’re working as fast as we can to build a better, stronger network in your area. How long does it take, been like this since September 😡

  • gortt and.re (@gortt) reported

@ThreeUK While still not planning to support 4g smartwatches? Hmmmmm
