@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

That's it. This is my last month with @ThreeUK. I'm sat on the East Coast rail line & I only get an intermittent H+ signal most of the time. My work phone, on #O2 is a strong & constant 4G. Sick of this lack of investment in a service I pay for. That & prices rising. Its bye bye!

@ThreeUKSupport I have complained to @ThreeUKSupport for the extremely poor service we get for our money. Daily issues with internet, embarrassing drops in connection when trying to do business meetings, not being able to watch anything without buffering and yesterday 12 hours to send files ….

@ThreeUKSupport hi there, your coverage checker says I will get 5G at my home address but your website won’t let me order a 5G home hub. Can I order one somehow? Happy if I only get 4G but would rather have a 5G device for when your 5G network does reach us…

@ThreeUKSupport Via Wetransfer. Waiting for emails whilst we wait for a connection. We want a refund and to be able to cancel our contract as we have not received the service that was promised to us. Their response - we are having network outages, engineers are working on it, you still ….

@ThreeUKSupport I’m trying to cancel my mobile broadband but the procedures you have seen designed to make it impossible, or at least as stressful as it can be. I’ve tried multiple times to send you the ID proof you need but each time I’m told you can’t see it.
