    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport why is your PAYG top-up such a pile of 💩??? Been trying for days and still can't top-up, don't you want our money? And even when it does work, it doesn't work very well...

    Why did I ever leave @VOXI_UK / @VodafoneUK... @ThreeUK I've complained ever since my contract started about indoor signal and nothing has been done. Proud to go back to Voxi, and might even contemplate a phone only contract from Vodafone if there should be an option.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

    @ThreeUKSupport I call 333 but everything is automated. It is purposely designed so customers can’t speak to staff. I wanted to change the DD date but I was told to cancel DD etc. At no point was I told I would incur a charge for doing this. Would like a call back to discuss my contract please

    @ThreeUK i have had no mobile data availabe for 4 days and your website only offers this message "we are fixing an issue with our network in this area". Why am I paying for a service that you are failing to provide?

    @ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi my signal is awful recently in Cornwall TR area if there any reason for this? Considering changing networks because it is so bad, I rarely am able to use data.
