@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport please please increase/strengthen your network here St Giles High St, London WC2H 8AG - even though 1 bar of 4G, absolutely no data/phone in or out. And it has been like this for years. How about some of that 700mhz allocation you have!
