-
Alex MS (@archifishal) reported from Stittenham, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport do you have any inkling what the network requirements are for wifi calling to be offered? I've seen it in random shops, but not my home or work wifi for some reason

Jim McKee (@Highland_jim) reported from Alness, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
-
John 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@Iwantmytrain) reportedWhen @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.
-
Mike Baldwin (@Ralph_Hapschatt) reportedIf someone phones you pretending to be from @ThreeUK, asking you to read them a one time pass code, two them to **** off.
-
Alastair Herbison (@herbie_belfast) reported@Ofcom @VodafoneUK so never having been a customer of Vodafone today I received two letters about device payment plans being in arrears. Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
