@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport Yep just received it, so let’s see how the replacement SIM works, 10 years Three customer and the last few months have been horrendous service with most important calls dropping such as medical calls, speaking with parents who are shielding...🙏

@ThreeUKSupport Why have I received a bill for £29 for last month when I was without the signal for about half the month due to my number being fraudulently moved to another provider and my account being closed due to that?
