    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    Have to start publicly complaining about @ThreeUK again. Long dialogue by email re: poor / no cell service dating back a month +++. Promises made but now just stalling again it seems. Unsatisfactory service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not full but yes it's the same 3 messages. I've turned phone on and off but to no avail. Don't worry about it will probably sort itself out I was just checking if there was an issue. I think I will remove the SIM card insert again and see what happens. Thanks

    @ThreeUK really poor. I called to receive a refund after ending my contract. 1st guy was v nice and professional. He then puts me onto a pushy sales guy insisting I take up an offer for £10 month for handset. WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. #hadtohangup
