    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport do you have any inkling what the network requirements are for wifi calling to be offered? I've seen it in random shops, but not my home or work wifi for some reason

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for replying. I have tried all the workarounds each time I lose service and no luck. I have NEVER received a text or any form of contact about service outages. That is why I am contacting you. How can I get on your text/mailing list for service outage alerts?

    @ThreeUKSupport The order was made online, he was told to collect the phone from the Broadway shopping centre store in Bradford. When he went in to collect it the sales guy said "no we've not got it" & started serving another customer (without even checking if any deliveries had been made) 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer support said it was an error with your system and that’s why it was sent. Moving forward I’m worried now that I receive this text after almost 2 years. I need a written document stating that I don’t have any pending bills with you. How do we do it?

    Is anyone else on @ThreeUKSupport in Washington? Moved there and have had next to no 4G since. Signal regularly drops completely. Three have said they’re sorting it, but I literally can’t do anything on my phone. Obviously there’s no financial compensation...

    @ThreeUKSupport The point is the constant lies, failure to call back and recognition that there is a problem. 20 odd advisers I've spoken to! Just let that sink in!!
