    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThatPodcastChap Never really noticed tbh in all my years - probably about 10% maybe at a guess. My 4G is on the side of the house. Waiting for @ThreeUK to upgrade my mast to 5G to upgrade to a faster modem!

    @ThreeUK so on a chat regarding the shocking 4G (or lack of data while on it ) and I get booted out the chat while waiting to speak to CS about early termination price. Says it all about your service right now
