@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Holly, yeah there are patches in Brighton and in Hove too where there’s a signal but no internet. I’ve had this same SIM card for at least 4 or 5 years I think, maybe even longer…

@ThreeUKSupport its been more than 2 months that I've had signal issues with my broadband. You have acknowledged these and always give me a date for these to be fixed but it still does not work and your website still says there are issues in my area. When will this be fixed??
