    @ThreeUK Haven't noticed any difference in service...wonder why I am still a loyal customer some times when reception varies so much in the same place

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn't accept that as I cannot afford £56 a month. I would accept the previous offer provided by your customer service team in December for £44. I was told I could accept this offer "anytime" and there's no expiration date on the email they sent.

    @ThreeUK I'm due an upgrade soon and after being with three for yrs and hold 2 accounts along with referring my mum from o2 and getting barely a thanks you from 3, to then take up the offer of broadband which was never able to connect. When I complained I was lied to and eventually TBC
