@ThreeUK hi I'm trying to get through to customer service and it's a nightmare !! Need to put a pack on the phone as allowances have ran out and I'm going away tomorrow And I literally can't get through to a human !! Have also got an upgrade option so not sure which to do..

@ThreeUK more useless internet today in the Rotherhithe area of London. Two days in a row now. Any chance of these problems being sorted out properly? It’s very annoying trying to work when the technology is so hopeless.

@ThreeUKSupport This issue is still going on. It's fine for a few hours, then drops out, and has been doing that for 4 days now. I've rebooted and reset the router a number of times. Is there are specific issue that's causing this? It seems others are having the same trouble.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been told this for the last year now, it’s not really acceptable at this point… it’s ridiculous I’m paying for £25 a month for something that barely works to be constantly told it should improve and it never does
