    @ThreeUK I now have 4 accounts on your system and no sim or 5g hub, and your customer service agents do not have the ability to sort this out over the last 3 days, can someone who knows what to do contact me please? Very poor service!! Not resolved Have had to email your CEO

    @ThreeUK When we have a power cut I also lose my mobile phone signal. This didn’t happen with my previous provider. Why is this?

    @ThreeUK Loyal customers are treated like crap by you. I hear the deals my friends are being offered for their loyalty to Vodafone, EE, O2 etc, and you offer me nothing. 11 years loyalty means nothing to you

    @ThreeUK Shame you cancelled my upgrade, 15 year @ThreeUK customer and you shaft me no reason given, PAC code requested I ordered on pre order day to receive it this Friday now i learn you cancelled it without telling me, loyalty seems lost on you @ThreeUK

    When you are on hold for so long and the messaging service has a 2 hour wait I am wondering if @ThreeUK can sort me a deal in the time @EE take to answer their phone. iphone 13 Free phone Plenty of data Around £50 a month (EE cheapest is £61) 👍🏻 Been on hold 30 mins so far 🤦🏻
