    @ThreeUKSupport So we are getting even less value from our Three contract’s? Thanks for your help though. Previously I have used 3 all over the world as part of my contract! I guess not any more!

    @ThreeUKSupport No I get that. But why are we being charged £2 per day? It’s not an issue for me as my contract started before October 21. But previously we haven’t been charged

    @ThreeUKSupport But the complaint was for them messing it up prior, this complaints person messed it up again? It’s absolutely shocking service. If it’s not resolved when I phone up in 30 days I’ll be looking to raise this further and looking to cancel this contract… not what I expected

    @ThreeUK Please sort out how you train your telesales staff. When I tell a cold-caller that I’m not interested, he should take the hint. Had to hang up in the end as he was so persistent. Not good.
