@ThreeUKSupport I did and unfortunately it made it worse. This is a new sim (not even a year old), so I shouldn't be having these problems. £35 has just come out of my account for this month's payment and I am not able to use it. I had better coverage in Spain than I do in the UK. This isn't on.

@ThreeUKSupport Started work on my area on the 21/07 and still today i have no signal on mine or my partners device! We have had this cellular outage now for over 3 weeks and relying on Wi-Fi Calling but when out and about calls are missed! Whats the status?
