. @ThreeUKSupport mobile coverage deteriorated and 4g gone in Tarvie, Ross-shire. We noticed it on Sunday 27th Feb. It's not total outage, and 3G just about available but there's definitely a problem of some sort. FYI

Hello @ThreeUKSupport, any problems or network congestion around Norwich NR4 area? All internet services are very slow or not loading, I’ve restarted my iPhone and also turned all data off and back on again but that hasn’t helped

@ThreeUKSupport Which is what I expected. So to be clear. When I move a business account (at three) to a personal account (at three) there is no other way but to go via a different network? And the service operator who assured me that this would work.... 🤦
