    @ThreeUK 2nd day no service. No push notification or message on Three app to say there was a disruption, I had to come on X to find that out. It's not hard is it? Everyone I've spoken to on 3 is still without service, not sure I believe near-normal. Is this a cyber attack?

    @ThreeUK You breached your contract thoughout the day yesterday and I lost £3000 yet in a call to 333 I was told I oweuld have to pay a fee to get out of my contract. The woman was in India and may not have known about the outage. Please confirm I get GTF out of your risible service.

    @ThreeUK Just made a complaint to the ombudsman as instead of trying to make things right decided to just close the complaint. Someone need to train your customer service team to actually know what customer service is and try help your customers instead of fobbing them off😡

    @8CW @ThreeUKSupport Three seems to be under-resourced in the UK. Some industry insiders are surprised it works at all. At least it could make more of an effort to keep users updated during an outage.

    @ThreeUK Mine has been down since Sunday with a problem in my area !! It's now Thursday ave missed hospital phone calls can't call them back as the household are all on 3 its a joke now
