    @ThreeUKSupport the system didn’t ask to confirm details Pete so I haven’t missed anything. I’ve also called via your app which I assume would of already pre loads my info but alas the level support there is as useful as this thread.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just in general. My home is fine, but in Bristol I had issues, in Plymouth I have issues. I'm having issues right now near Bovisand, although I've got 2 bars of signal I can hardly load twitter. I have spoken to other 3 customers who have all said the same

    @ThreeUKSupport the service is very much dis-satisfied and the agent name is Yashika who is very rude on the call when asked for manager. The network is really bad, am requesting for e-sim for the last 3 months. Customer service is very disappointing with mobile phone in contract

    @ThreeUKSupport I received a text on 16th August saying you were doing work in my area, is this still ongoing? Network speeds have been absolutely terrible in BT14 for the past month, at least
