    @MrMKimber @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK OMG I had the WORST experience with Virgin Media. It was weeks of actual tears and tearing hair out. It was absolutely horrific. The ended up paying my Sky bill for a couple of years after the saga!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK saying sorry is not enough or doesnt resolve any problem.Husband is w/o internet + cannot make calls as he is alone in Europe. You are putting us in a horrible situation. Worst support ever!!!

    @stagetechuk I liked @ThreeUK very much. Always good, but their roaming allowance was crap. Paid for unlimited data got a small amount to use abroad. Currently with Sky (o2 MVNO). Visual voicemail on iPhone is great. Data rollover is great. Have to see what happens regarding roaming…

    @RoySayWhatNow @VodafoneUK I've cancelled it, moved to @ThreeUK and now I just need to cancel the upgrade from Vodafone. And it's proving to be a nightmare.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not "disruptive". In plain English, you're simply charging for a service you don't provide. It's not "disappointing" nor "an issue", it's breach of contract and you're not rising to the occassion.
