@ThreeUKSupport Yes - it is. The issues come and go but are regular. I shall be cancelling the contract as soon as I can given that I'm tied in. I cannot tell you how much stress this causes me (and my family).

@ThreeUKSupport It’s great that your web chat is always open but I tried this process at the start and was told I need to wait and speak to someone in the customer services team... so in the end it just wasn’t helpful at all. Sorry for the negative feedback but just feel like for clarity I tried

Your home broadband must be the worst ever in the history of wifi @ThreeUK I am so sick of freezing in meetings, connections dropping, downloads paused, etc. Please send me the link to your terms of service. You've already cost the charity I work for £100s in roaming charges

@Plusnet My daughters been with plusnet almost 1 year and her bill as already increased 3.9% I have been with @ThreeUK for 11 years and my contract is still the same price hasnt risen even 1 pence. Massive fail wintbe stayin with plusnet much longer

@ThreeUK @ChelseaFC I want to leave but you wont let me without jumping through all sorts of hoops. Be careful of Three! They have big customer retention scheme and treat you like a cash cow no matter who you are or how much you need your money more than they do.

@ThreeUKSupport Especially when it can be solved by a small amount of customer effort to collect stock from in store. I understand it may have internal technical issues, but would go a long way on improving customer service and customer journey when buying or upgrading a product @ThreeUKSupport

Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.
