@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK my internet and phone signal in Eastbourne have been really bad for just over a week now. I have other friends having the same issue. Particularly annoying when I just renewed my contract with you. Not an ISP issue as other phones and PC are fine.

Broadband down across the full estate and can only get 3g on my mobile thanks to @ThreeUK ! Also supposed to be getting switched over to @bt_uk fibre to the premises today but no engineer has appeared, this is just going to be one of these days!

@ThreeUKSupport yeah it was a message in red that said to call up support but unfortunately i didn't screenshot it. so i closed the tab and tried again with another card thinking i'd made a mistake the first time. but a couple minutes after, my original card got charged too
