@ThreeUKSupport I have never been so frustrated and disappointed by the level of honesty and customer service as I have been with Three and it's broadband. spent 5 hours of my life last week yet matter seems to not have been resolved. absolutely disgraceful.

@ThreeUKSupport having terrible problems with 3 private to business swap and can’t get any sense from either part of Three, they don’t take responsibility for customer issues and after 15 plus years with them we are going to move our 4 phones to another provider.

@ThreeUKSupport It was OK yesterday and today but now down again. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I accept the odd down time for whatever reason but this is several times a week now.
