@ThreeUK I have just wasted most of my morning trying to understand why having switched to Three Business I have Three Personal asking why I have cancelled my DD. Past from pillar to post listening to awful hold music. I give up. @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I’m half way through a Sim only contract. I’m not going to pay myself out of the contract when YOUR network doesn’t work. Even today I’ve had people calling me and my phone doesn’t ring. 20-30 min later I get a missed call.

@ThreeUKSupport This Issue is only when I’m at work. 4G network is slow but useable at work. Home, the 5G network doesn’t connect, 4G is hit and miss, calls work fine. Very very scatty network
