    @goalkeeperdoyle @ThreeUK Just moved to O2 from Three. Got a better deal and you still get free roaming. Three used to be decent, but service has gone downhill the last couple of years.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't want a new number but HAD to purchase a £10 add on so it's come with a new SIM. The phone won't connect to Google services to complete set up. I have been on online support chat 4 times now. Have been told to ring Xiaomi support. They have said it's nothing on their part

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah, I figured and in general I wasn’t so fussed but shame that Customer Service Managers are trying to ignore mistakes they did and then saying things which go against things they already said.

    @ThreeUKSupport The modem is standalone. I just use it as back data for when I visit elderly parents who have on internet connection. It’s never been attached to an email address. I’ll try now
