    @ThreeUKSupport the response from Three Recycle is they know of the issue and are fixing it - it will be working soon! How long that is, is like asking how long the piece of string is.

I am also trying to upgrade but my address is old on my 3 account. When I try to update this on the website it says "this is currently unavailable". Can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, tbh I am sick of going through this incident. Three Rep told me on 03.05.21 that I was getting the refund in 48 hours. That has still not been refunded. Three need to contact me as they said they would.

    @ThreeUKSupport Service. It is very important to have the service active for countless reasons and on top of that, from the fact that I am paying the monthly fee. If you don’t fix this I will have to check with other phone companies and try to pass my number to them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Update for you. All our phones are with Three. 2x business contract & 3x Personal Contract. None worked but all had picked Orange Spain as the roaming network. When we forced them to pick another network (Yoigo) they now all work again. Strange, but the issue is solved.
