Just spoke to @ThreeUK tech support and apparently they have known about the call dropping issue in the #weymouth area since Thurs, yet not bothered to inform customers or the team at the local shop who have born the brunt of customer ire #wtf

@8dangerou_sadam @ThreeUK I left them when, asking for a code to transfer my number, they said my connection issues were because I was using a phone that didn't work properly with their network. No prize for guessing who sold me the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport In Weymouth Dorset. Huge queue of people at the 3 shop with the same issue. A number, like me who rely on their phone for their business. Chat support gave up without a solution. The shop couldn't do anything but report it to 3.
