    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUKSupport Update got the YO11 area. Internet speeds supplied by 3 running at 0.7 mbps. Not able to use Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Amazon, Rightmove, Spotify. This is day 8 of no service with no end in sight!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK still no response after trying to make an insurance claim for four days. Square Trade Insurance claims a "glitch in the system." What can you do to help resolve this?
