ithompsonrob 13.1.2 (@thompsonrob) reported from Chippenham, England@ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

Ruthii Trudie 🇫🇷 🇬🇧 ☀️ (@ruthii_rawr) reported from Chippenham, England@ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

Dlyan (@It_A_Me_DeDe) reportedAll I’ve wanted to do today after I got off work is play the new Fortnite season but I can’t because Three UK are the most incompetent ***** known to man why am I getting 400 KBPS for 3rd time this week and it’s only Thursday you ***** sort you **** out @ThreeUK
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.

enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reportedcongrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
SMARTY (@SMARTYMobileUK) reported@SOAMER @ThreeUK We're really sorry to hear this. There could be a few different reasons why you're experiencing Slow speeds. Please do get in touch with our team, so we can take a closer look and help sort things out.

Rohit Kumar (@rohittkumarr28) reported@ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.
-
Alison & Stephen (@Alisonc89529131) reported@ThreeUK bought 4 £15 data packs in store for hol in USA, your colleague says they start today although they are still sealed. I don’t need them for another 2wks and need them to last longer than 30days from today. Any other year I was told they didn’t start until inserted! Help
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reportedIt's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs

Neil Stratford (@neilstratford) reported@VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.
