    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @O2 your customer service has to be the worst I have ever met after PayPal. Spending hours on hold and some other hours waiting for a call back. When people transfer you to a different department the call "cuts off". One of the tactics used by @ThreeUK many many years ago. Trash!

    @ThreeUKSupport Was on the phone to advisor re upgrade for 42 mins. When he said price increase of 4.5% I asked if he could tell me what the actually total cost is then. I was told "sorry can't do that" & he hung up. Awful customer service, 3 times I've tried to sort this.

    @LewisAbbott32 @ThreeUK @EE I’ve stayed with EE for this reason, but via BT. I know so many people who have signal issues on Three and other networks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can assure you they aren't Mark, complete no signal to the point no networks are even registering, sadly there's been an occasion in the past where I have had to try. If you check your contact records you'll see I've raised this issue more than once.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi There I suddenly have zero signal. My phone says No Service and my 3 Router has zer4o signal either.

    @ThreeUKSupport disappointed over the last few days. My data keeps dropping in speed dramatically or stops working at all, and the only way to resolve is to switch flight mode on and back off. I have to do this several times AN HOUR. Very disappointed customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Woah, that's not great. Days before it's started? It's the only service to the surrounding properties which don't have landlines.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for the reply Mark. But this is a common issue for this area. The mobile tower needs back up generators, couldn't even access phones for 999 calls.
