    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUKSupport I've tried with both. Its a coding issue....an extract below login-section .cforms [name="msisdn"][readonly].msisdn-field:focus { I can get around this with the Chrome inspect command and editing the code, but again, not ideal! Appreciate your replies.

    2 days since I complained to @ThreeUKSupport about my absolutely crap signal and all they've done is tell me to use an online chat which is pointless with poor signal. Since then they've just ignored me. Great way to treat customers 😡

    @ThreeUK I’m getting bored of you restricting my internet! Less than 1mbps, I reset the connection using airplane mode and Wow! 50Mbps for 10 mins or less until it’s restricted again. WTF are you playing at? I’m ready to go elsewhere for better customer service, this sucks ***
