    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @willjennings80 @ThreeUK Some cell towers are bad. The O2 one around Kings College for me just doesn’t work at all. Must be a mechanism to report on their website.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUKSupport @jopkins It's the same in Birmingham, B75, going through troubleshooting checks the DNS servers are down, have reset all addresses etc my end and nothing fixed, it's definitely at threes end

    @ThreeUKSupport My 4G internet has stopped working in the B2 area. Looking into it, it looks like your DNS servers are not working. I can ping IP addresses, but not resolve URLs.

    @ThreeUK @CFC_Muk @omzino29 Are you guys doing maintenance on the masts in Birmingham cause our 5g WiFi fully shut down, even worse since we got contract WiFi s being getting worse and worse, literally refuses to work on some of our home devices

    @ThreeUK Been having issues with my phone for weeks now every time I go to Covent Garden area in London. Also in Soho area + Chelsea Bridge + Park Lane W1 of London. This has been going on of weeks with no improvement, this has to be the shittiest network ever.
