  • ruthii_rawr Ruthii Trudie 🇫🇷 🇬🇧 ☀️ (@ruthii_rawr) reported from Chippenham, England

@ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

  • thompsonrob ithompsonrob 13.1.2 (@thompsonrob) reported from Chippenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

@ThreeUK Maybe it’s because it only goes out to people with a 4g/5g network and whatever you’re passing off as 4g is total shite

  • Bigglesdaf Andrew 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England

@ThreeUKSupport Why did none of our 3 phones receive the government emergency alert test today? The phone settings were correct but no alert was received

  • Topherblu3 Christopher Wearing (@Topherblu3) reported

Really not surprised I didn’t get the alert on my @ThreeUK handset, they don’t even have a good signal, I get more 3G than 4G/5G, pretty shite really!

  • TLCTracyLouise Tracy (@TLCTracyLouise) reported

@ThreeUK were you not participating in the #emergencyalert to all UK mobiles or did you #fail at it?

  • rembarlow199327 💕ROBYN💕 (@rembarlow199327) reported

@ThreeUK I never got it either

  • TLCTracyLouise Tracy (@TLCTracyLouise) reported

@ThreeUK Some? I don’t know of a single Three customer who did get one ….. embarrassingly poor really 😔

  • jjjenaa Jenna Roberts (@jjjenaa) reported

@ThreeUK Why am I not surprised can’t make a phone call without signal dropping, let alone this!

  • jj2102 JJ Penney (@jj2102) reported

I'm on @ThreeUK and didn't get the Emergency Alert today @BBCNews. The alert did go off on my work phone, as well as the other devices in the house at 2.59. Didn't think it was that loud but did the job ok

  • hayesda Dan Hayes MRAeS - Sustainable Aerospace Investor (@hayesda) reported from New Basford, England

on @ThreeUK and no emergency alerts. Had them when I was in 🇰🇷

  • Mildertduck Richard 🦆 (@Mildertduck) reported

@missradders @ThreeUK No, it doesn't: it used the 4G and 5G signal from mobile phone masts. If you don't have access to those, I don't think you get an alert.
