@ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could meet my legal right for a refund!

@ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

@ThreeUKSupport Over 18 years and three contracts and I can’t get any help

  • SaffieeAndrews S a f f y (@SaffieeAndrews) reported

@ThreeUK it will be added and they never did. To also to transferred to colleague to colleague saying they’d add it then 2 hours later to tell me they can’t. I’m happy to pay for the insurance. Since being a customer of three for years they have been absolutely terrible

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@LisaForteUK @ThreeUK Downloads are painful, you see the progress indicator stop and wait a second, get a bit of data and do it again. At least on slower 4G it's consistent. 5G might be "faster", but the download takes longer due to bottlenecks, poor configuration or too many users.

  • candy_merc Candy merc (@candy_merc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Will never forgive u guys for this stress like what the actual f is wrong with the network .why won't it stop spinning why waste people time just to log on to an app ..for 2hrs it keep spinning ..it is the same when u taken the direct debit,do u feel stress?

  • EmiEleode Emi Eleode (@EmiEleode) reported

@ThreeUK I’ve been having issues with the network these last few days and it’s incredibly annoying. I moved to a new apartment and waiting for the wifi to be set up. I can’t even use my 4G for work as the connection is so bad

  • sje3022 The Wanderer (@sje3022) reported

@ThreeUK i’ve previously set a £0 spend cap but now I’m abroad and need to access data roaming. The app isn’t working for me, nor is the website login (html error) and I cant ring you as I’ve got a £0 spend cap. Could you call me on +447969065047 🙏🏻

  • MattGiles1993 Matt (@MattGiles1993) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Why is your network currently appealing where I live? I can’t actually make phone calls - maybe some refund might be nice as if I pay for a service, I expect to receive it. #Unhappy

  • kerry_winter Kerry Yates 🇺🇦 (@kerry_winter) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I will be cancelling all my contracts as soon as they end and switching providers - no solution provided as usual, round and round in circles - the only answer is to use a UK based store to force/shame head office into action. 😞
