    @willjennings80 @ThreeUK Some cell towers are bad. The O2 one around Kings College for me just doesn’t work at all. Must be a mechanism to report on their website.

    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could not meet my legal right for a refund!

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times
