  Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could meet my legal right for a refund!

  @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

  @willjennings80 @ThreeUK Some cell towers are bad. The O2 one around Kings College for me just doesn’t work at all. Must be a mechanism to report on their website.

  @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

  @ThreeUKSupport since about 15:00 4g is not working in the St. Helens area (for me) Wa9/Wa10. 4g Icon and signal still visible but no network activity at all. iPhone 11. Worked fine up til today. Could you advise please. Cheers 👍

  @ThreeUK after 30 mins on phone I'm promised at £160 refund after one year of complaints that i never had a SIM. Still no cash in my account though so more promises count for nothing. Where is compensation for my year of letters and calls? While you debit my bank? @ofcom

  @tescomobile Am thinking of switching from @ThreeUK to elsewhere, signal in a lot of areas is awful! Coming to the end of my contract in September so looking at options been with them for nearly 5 years.
