@ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could not meet my legal right for a refund!

@ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

@ThreeUKSupport I asked the customer service member “Is this line still open” he said “Yes till 8PM” I call 03333381035 like he told me to, the lines shut at 6PM. I’m genuinely disgusted that you are lying to me each time you say the refund is on the way and then make more excuses. Unacceptable

Thank you @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport , 15 years I’ve been with you and now twice this week you have cancelled my upgrade with no notification, PAC code now requested. 10 accounts will be moving to another network, no reason given for these cancellations other than technical
