    Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could meet my legal right for a refund!

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @willjennings80 @ThreeUK Some cell towers are bad. The O2 one around Kings College for me just doesn’t work at all. Must be a mechanism to report on their website.

    Three, service wise, isn’t too bad at all. However the biggest mistake I made was moving to a business account after being convinced to by the Three shop assistant, to save £1 per month. Being a Three business customer is the biggest load of complicated 💩 ever! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Any update on when the maintenance work on your towers in West Yorkshire will be finished? We’ve had little to no internet since yesterday, and no contact from Three to even expect an outage, let alone any idea of how long it’ll last.

    @ThreeUK 4 weeks in a row now working on masts in b16 0nj area,mobile internet intermittent 5g hub every weekend now has had bad signal what's going on,if this continues for next two weeks not even able to watch a movie I will cancel my internet and go with virgin, rediculous.

    @ThreeUK I can not log into my three account on the app, on the website or by calling 333! I need to sort stuff on my account and have absolutely no way to do so. If you could let me know when issues will be resolved. Such a big company I expect more access to services
