    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. The 2FA SMS messages arrive hours after I've tried to log in. I have literally never been able to log in because of this. It's been a pretty awful experience so far.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me if there's a problem with the Internet my partners phone won't open at all. Told yesterday some how some phones are working and some are not

    @ThreeUKSupport I just got a 5G hub 2 days ago connection was far too spotty as BB Sky replacement. I read there was data problems with Three but this evening it's lightning quick and connects to my equipment where it didn't before IE ring doorbell. I was going to send back?

    @ThreeUKSupport I suggest you send the phone number as the default for broadband problems.
