    @ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

    Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could not meet my legal right for a refund!

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    3 contracts with @ThreeUK renewed 2 on sat as Xmas gifts for my daughter's . Con delivery on Monday no show !! Spoke to cs last night was assured they would be delivered 2day only one arrived !! Just come off of the phone to poor CS who have told me tech error I have to wait 48
