    @ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @willjennings80 @ThreeUK Some cell towers are bad. The O2 one around Kings College for me just doesn’t work at all. Must be a mechanism to report on their website.

    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    18 days after I was a victim of fraud and @ThreeUK still refuse to provide call records of incoming and outgoing calls from my number. Records which would prove that I was a victim of a cloned sim. What are #ThreeMobile hiding? Is this a common issue? Is there a cover up?

    @1JamesCHELSEA @ThreeUK But that isn’t good for business mate. They give them to the big followed accounts,as that’s how social media works. It’s all about exposure & influencers. Never for those who need or deserve it or actually never buy a shirt due to not having much money.

    FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

    @ThreeUKSupport Saw a deal on a 3rd party page origianl agent agreed to honor the deal as I'm a valued customer. Accepted all t and c. Given a delivery date but it never came now refusing to honor it as it is a 3rd party that offers the deal

    @ThreeUKSupport we’ve had good 4g broadband coverage in our rural property from you for a couple of years. Now we’re struggling to even get a 3G signal. Can you help? The phone support has been useless. My kids & husband need broadband for school/work & landline isn’t an option.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can’t get any signal in my home now I’ve swapped to 3 for my phone. Needed unlimited data so I can hotspot off because my wifi isn’t good.. but it just doesn’t work at all. 1 bar of signal even. I live in Bristol city centre. What’s the best thing to do here?
