Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

I live in Central Manchester and right now I'm in Central London and I spend a lot of time in Liverpool and I've had to set up a button to force 3g because 4 and 5 just doesn't work sometimes. I've been with you for 10 years now but I can't keep this up
