@ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

@ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

@ThreeUKSupport What questions? You haven't asked me anything and if you've received answers from elsewhere you're not sharing them with me. I raised a complaint a week ago. They called back today and I was busy. I asked them to call back later and hung up. They called back INSTANTLY.
