@ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

@O2 What do you mean ‘you’re sorry that not all customers were successful?’ How was anyone successful when the The O2 app was down all day and night yesterday? Absolute shambles. @ThreeUK customers didn’t seem to have a problem.

@ThreeUK number was supposed to be ported from Vodafone on Tuesday but can no longer receive calls or text from any other network. Still no resolution, complaint made. Absolutely terrible/shocking service. Would definitely not recommend moving to three.

@ThreeUKSupport I have used the online SIM replacement form many times and have tried calling customer support a few times. I was sent a letter saying the account has been closed and that I need to pay a £300 cancellation fee but I need the number for 2FA on quite a few of my online accounts.
