    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUK wtf is going on with your signal.. I’ve gone from being able to stream to being able to do F..all. This is an absolute joke.. signals got worse over the last month.. think it’s time to change suppliers

    @ThreeUK still having network issues, no signals, emergency calls only, 0 internet, causing me to have a day off of work, would you like to cover our bills as 1 day work is both our monthly bills!

    @bobajob1414 @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK I've been with them for at least 3 years now and never had any problems, they are super helpful and you're free to leave at any time. I'll never get a phone contract again it's a massive scam.

    @MzZippa @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Appreciate the recommendation mate. Sorted with someone else now. This was a contract I took out for my lad as he was 17 at the time. Found it impossible to cancel with Three as they just kept taking the payment. Lies after lies from the help team.

    @ThreeUKSupport Technical support. They said that it was a known issue that is being investigated. They weren't able to give a timescale. Wondered if you knew anything.

    @ThreeUKSupport @badperm As a Three customer, what happened to protecting my privacy against unsolicited spam or the right to reply when abused? No consent was given where opt-in is never a default. The text also falls under digital harassment of the Communications Act.

    @ThreeUKSupport Then terminate the account. Like I have asked a hundred times now! In every legal way. With a million security checks. I have asked nicely. Less nicely. And Im now annoyed enough to make it a public issue until this is resolved or see you in court!
