@ThreeUK wtf is going on with your signal.. I’ve gone from being able to stream to being able to do F..all. This is an absolute joke.. signals got worse over the last month.. think it’s time to change suppliers

@ThreeUKSupport please can you help. Iv paid my bill on the 4th of June. I canceled the contract the day after when the 30 day period started. The services finished on the 8th. So how come I would still have a bill for £47. Even though I paid.

@AQ74410 @ThreeUK How wasn’t there a data breach when I had multiple miss calls when I called back they are people I don’t know saying I’ve called them! All while I was trying to call my grandparents and doctors never called those people before who I had miss calls from

@ThreeUKSupport @hex This is absolutely ridiculous. I've also had issues with Three support in the past and it's atrocious. Calls and calls, trying to speak to an actual human. Being told to call back again and again. So unreliable

@mikeasharp @ThreeUKSupport @AQ74410 But the phone number generator doesn’t identify someone as a customer of a particular company. This did. Also a person doesn’t need to be identified for it to be a breach. Email addresses don’t identify an individual person but lists of them have classed as breaches in the past

@ThreeUKSupport Im annoyed that a company as big as three wouldnt just hold their hands up and say okay something went wrong instead of trying to blame it on something else when clearly just by looking at your twitter page it was a wide problem

@ThreeUKSupport so I visited the store in Arndale MCR as I’m having issues with the network.. they are not able to assist me. I called up CC 6 times they are neither able to help me and directing me to the store. This is ridiculous service provided by staff Allister in MCR
