@ThreeUKSupport I’m currently away and my phone has worked fine for 2 days then all of a sudden half way through today I have no service! I can’t access a live chat as it sends an access code which I’m not receiving! I’m not paying a daily charge when I’m not able to use my phone

@ThreeUKSupport We have no data signal in YO41 1QY. The network checker says there are works on the mast. Can you confirm when the work will be completed today and whether this is likely to happen again this week as I work from home and I will need to make other plans.
