@ThreeUKSupport There's no point in submitting a complaint to a company with selective hearing. I'll see about getting a new SIM, it's bizarre that 3 are providing substandard sims then refusing responsibility for this issue which is entirely 3's fault. Smh

@ThreeUKSupport The PDF was a whopping 47kb. Your colleague told me the problem was that it was a pdf and that they only show two hours after the email arrives. The email told me to call contact customer services to resolve the matter. Customer services told me to email again

@ThreeUKSupport is there a minimum level of service you're supposed to provide customers? wondering how long you expect to have issues with any sort of mobile data in the NG2 area of Nottingham? Absolutely no point in continuing to pay my bill if you can't provide the service!!!
