@Virginmedia I just lost a £££ booking because your internet service has repeat faults and can't even mobile hotspot coz @ThreeUK is as useless and are already refunding me 2 months bills due to service issues. Terminating the contracts with both services, because WHAT?

@ThreeUK why is your service in Glasgow continually shocking? Currently in finnieston with 1 bar of 4G, same at work earlier and in the centre of town. What’s the point in paying for unlimited data if I can’t use it?

@ThreeUKSupport How do I do that? Also, this has been an issue since I joined last month. Is there some way of knowing when the issues will be fixed or am I to just grin and bear it, given I’m on a 2 year contract?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Finnieston so not in the centre of town anyway, and having the same issue. I’ve switched and it is better, but still not full signal - and if I’m going to have to do that all the time, then what’s the point in having 4G?
