@ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

@ThreeUKSupport I can't get SMS because I don't have a SIM, which I can't get without memorable info... etc. There ought to be a system in place for this. My phone will have been out of service for over 2 weeks by the time I can get into a 3 store to sort it out. What exactly am I paying for?

@ThreeUKSupport My issue is that it seems like I had to talk to apple and I couldn't just get help from you. I'm very sure there's little to be done and my phone needs replacing anyway. I doubt there's much you can do now, but I'm annoyed I had to go directly to apple and couldn't get help here

@ThreeUK I have received no calls in Spain since Sunday; callers receive an engaged tone. I've been told it's my phone and no action. I posted on FB and 47 people in this area all have the same problem. We are all getting the same excuse. 3 is using Orange; is this a Brxt issue?
