    @ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

    @ThreeUKSupport I bought a Three PAYG SIM from Tesco for my daughter and then a £15 data pack for her to use in Israel over the next 2 weeks. She landed two hours ago and has sent a few WhatsApp messages and her £15 is down to 13p. What has happened? Should she have roaming on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have an outdoor hub and eero and the eero keeps going red. My phone on 5G is working fine getting 300mbps in the same spot. Is there a problem with the broadband? Switched it off and on again and it happened again no more than 10 minutes later. Many thanks

    @ThreeUK Hi The signal at my home location has dropped. I get 3 to 4 bars of signal but it seems like there's no actual signal. Have bars but nothing will load. My wife also has 3 to she has the same issue Regards Steven
