    @ThreeUK 3 hours in and I still get get through to a UK operator. The Indian call centre don't understand my complaint, clearly after 1.5 weeks. Beyond annoyed right now

    @ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

    @ThreeUK wtf is going on with your signal.. I’ve gone from being able to stream to being able to do F..all. This is an absolute joke.. signals got worse over the last month.. think it’s time to change suppliers

    So what I’m gathering having recently joined @ThreeUK is that no matter what my iPhone says about having a strong 4G or 5G (or 3G signal) that basically nothing ever seems to load on any of those if I’m inside any kind of building whatsoever. This is in Glasgow.

    @ThreeUK so disappointed by customer service. My identity has been stolen, and contracts taken out in my name. Customer service refuse to help and have told me to follow it up with the store that issued the phone. Unfortunately despite 10 calls today they don’t answer!!

    @ThreeUKSupport No the store is 40 mins away and I have never been to it. 2 contracts have been started on the same day, with same name and address in your store, same bank details yet with different date of births. Is one of your colleagues involved in the fraud, as surely you can’t have 2 DOBs
