-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
-
Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK If you are paying for the service, I don't see what reason the phone company has to cut you off. Find a local sim in the meantime.
-
Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reportedI'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!
-
Matt (@Hemmerz_) reportedDo you have signal anywhere between zone 1-6 in London? ******* pony @ThreeUK
-
Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Katrina Owen (@Katrina_Owen1) reported@craigyoung79 @ThreeUK Too bad
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.
