@ThreeUK 3 hours ago provided my phone number for a live chat call back no one bothered. 3 hours! Cannot believe no one been available in 3 hours to discuss my upgrade optoons. Guess after 15 years with three is time to leave. Customer service really gone downhill past few years

@ThreeUK I am very disappointed with your service. I have sent the phone back to you but want me to get the refund from the third party @MPD_Online. When they say they need the phone back to them. This has been going on for 6 months now. Very unhappy!

@shamdotk @ThreeUK Same here. No signal at home at all for months. Why should I pay talk talk broadband and yourselves when the phone only works using my broadband. When I ask the reply is either there is work in the area or try out app. Will definitely not renew my contract when it’s due
