@ThreeUKSupport I tried using my new phone IMEI as the promo code but obviously that wasn't going to work as its classed as a new order made after 31st March. Been with you guys years and feels **** that I lose out through no fault of my own.

@ThreeUKSupport The fact you are so “kindly” offering to move me to a plan in the letter for £18 ! a month when you can get the exact same plan from you for £16 is insulting aswell ! Is this how you treat long time customers ?! Shut there accounts or force more money out of them to stay !

@ThreeUK This is great but I can't even get a 4G/4G+ connection on my device and have been told it is a capacity issue at the Cell Site and there is no fix date. My options are put up with it or terminate my contract really not happy. Please can someone give me a better resolution to this
