@ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

@ThreeUK worst customer service on the planet?!!! I lost my phone because of 3 network. And had to buy a new phone- £700. And now they want me to pay a cancellation fee- different to what they first told me?! Awful awful network and customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport Factory reset the B535, they won't connect. I set up the "Guest WiFi" on the router and changed the SSID to match my phone to force them to connect to it. That's working for now, but you guys need to resolve this. This is neither A fix or THE fix.

@ThreeUKSupport @aaronbrockhurst This is hilarious. You've had this problem reported in 2016 and it's still an issue. I had this problem a few weeks ago and it disappeared by itself. Now it's back. You need to sort this out.

Got a call from @ThreeUK the other day telling me I owe £27 after deactivating my account 3 months ago. Turns out they set up a standing order on my account and the fee to cancel it was ~£450. Three ensured they removed my account before it was ever activated yet here I am... 😕
