    @ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Outsourcing is a source of fraud and causes misery to your customers. It is inefficient and I have lost £151.44 as a result. Move back to UK based support and employ as many Indians as you like. Stop being an unreliable network and dish out quality of service. Lives depend on it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Really getting sick of being with Three, fully regretting not changing providers when my contract finished in November last year. 4 or 5 times in the last week my mobile data has just completely stopped working. Phoned customer services twice tonight and I was cut

    If anyone is thinking about signing up to @ThreeUK for Mobile Broadband don't bother, the worst customer service I've experienced. Never worked from the day I received it, tech help couldn't sort it, new SIM arrived today still not working, live chat no help.

    Appalling service from @ThreeUK new phone ordered 22nd Dec still not arrived. Constant false promises of delivery from numerous staff. Been playing message hockey for 2 hours tonight! All I want is my money back & 2 be able to find out who to send my complaint to.

    @ThreeUKSupport No point it's the same thing over and over... Post code model etc etc.... Then the word congestion. I have been with three for around 11yrs..Never had any issues until 2yrs ago. And now it's constantly bad. And always the same thing as above.
