Eventually getting through to @ThreeUKSupport as their automated service is atrocious, but systems down for my reverse upgrade. Love how recorded message states working from home….well if home is a contact centre in India

@ThreeUKSupport Please note that I was mis-sold a product so I decided to cancel my contract. I returned the phone as requested by your CS on 16 Feb. Not sure why you charged me at all!

@ThreeUKSupport When are you going to allow people who left three and came back to recreate accounts on three plus please? It's been months now and still not able to create an account because according to customer service you need to delete all the old accounts

@ThreeUK provide the worst service, if you need to keep your number then do not move to them as they cannot transfer. Give them a PAC code and it won't make any difference. They will leave you in a mess. Don't use them

Have just spent an hour with @ThreeUKSupport. They've cut me off twice, sent an email with a link to a page which contradicts the information in the email and failed to understand the issue at all. It was like dealing with a spamming, scamming call centre.

@ThreeUKSupport worst network ever. Have been trying to get my number transferred for days and days but still not ported across. Can't access my online banking, just a mess

@mark_simpson @ThreeUKSupport I'm having exactly the same issue. What's worse is they offer a £16.00 a month everything unlimited for a year on their main website. I attempted to use the chat to inquire and met Mr Unhelpful on the other end. Frustrating isn't it?

@ThreeUKSupport My phone uses #ipv6 on my home network but only ever #ipv4 when using your mobile network so your reply does not make sense.
