    @ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

    @ThreeUKSupport @bluestulondon Sorry but that sums it up, 5G for London no signal for some areas including Lincolnshire, and no U don't want to come through to live chat thank you!

    @ThreeUK customer service calls to ask me about the upgrade. I tell them I didn't order it and I am told it will be stopped. I didn't ask them to call me so gave no security information - and wasn't asked for any. I asked the Live Chat operator to cancel the upgrade.

    @kategarraway @skytv Kate, don’t know if you will see this but in the dire situation you are in you could buy a @ThreeUK mobile broadband WiFi device on a one-month pay as you go deal to tide you over Christmas? If Sky can’t fix it for you. Obviously will cost a little but may be better than nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport TW8 0GJ I contacted three many times and they told me to change your provider! Very inconvenient response from Three customer service. I can’t change it , because I have two-years contract with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been on the web chat Four times to resolve this problem and it isn’t working. I stopped in your store in Stirling and was told to phone as it was an online upgrade and now I’ve been cut off

    After more long waits I am told by the @ThreeUKSupport Live Chat Customer Service person says that I need to set up a new password so they can discuss my account with me. Not buying it! I end the chat. I don't receive an email with the chat transcript! Just bad practice? Not sure

    @ThreeUKSupport I have never been so disgusted in a service than three. Cut me off 3 times, endless live chat conversations, left on hold for 30 minutes plus. I will never give my business to you anymore. Disgrace.
