    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    LOVE that @ThreeUK is threatening to cut off my phone when the only reason my bill hasn't been paid is because their website and app have both been "down for maintenance" for days. Can't wait to leave Three as soon as this contract is up. What a joke.

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely disgusted. Both mine and my daughters phones haven’t been working since 10:30am yesterday. Tried contacting someone but all the systems are down and, I’m being told on live chat to ring back Monday. Not happy at all and staff are useless. 😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport But I have been having issues for weeks with making and receiving texts calls and using data. You have still yet to answer my questions on how I lodge a complaint and how I actually get support. If they were temporarily unavailable, why didn't you tell me that when I asked

    @ThreeUKSupport None of these options work. The number is useless and the other options do not apply as I no longer have an account / app / registered number with Three. Even after I have left Three continues to annoy. You guys keep texting me to pay the bill but your service doesnt allow.
