    @ThreeUKSupport Oh and the credit was for Poor Customer Care yet you have failed At every possible opportunity to remedy and apply the offer of compensation so you have actually made the situation worse! Even your assistant store manager agreed that You have treated me appallingly! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport No account wasn’t cancelled. I had a bit better help from in store yesterday but took an hour! I’m writing to the ombudsman today because you have treated me appallingly and failed me. You as a company genuinely don’t care about your individual customers!

    @ThreeUK Blantanly reducing the 4g network capabilities to make 5g look better. Usually works great but the service is pathetic now. Seriously disappointed guys 👎

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to upgrade my phone online, I've picked a phone and plan from my offers, I've added it to my basket and I’m logged in to my three, but when i go to check out, its asking me if i want to change my number or keep my old one like im a new customer...

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely pathetic service! Again!!! I have an unanswered complaint since 19th March 2019 which dates back to poor service since December 2018. Your telephone support don't listen. Looks like it's time for me to find someone else to spend money with.
