    @ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that Jacq, but you / three appear to be missing my point. That is, this is not an individual level issue, this is a network level issue that three is not openly admitting so that customers can make better informed decisions. very misleading practice in my opinion

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues started 12/5. Every date i check and and update on 3 website saying work going on in area. When i phoned CS said it would be sorted on 5 June. Still rubbish service. Yesterday getting leases than 1mbps!

    @ThreeUKSupport Seemed more like a service rep being purposely difficult because Three couldn't provide the level of service agreed then genuinely trying to be helpful to come to a resolution as I was suggesting multiple options.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 35 minutes being told by your phone support I couldn't get support or speak to a manager because I signed up online. Then finally was told there was a manager, and then spent 10 minutes before I finally got confirmation of when to expect a call.

    @ThreeUKSupport Is this a 3 number? 03333381063. Why do they call, leave no message or hang up when I can answer? Apparently this is Customer Service, which is about right for 3.

    @ThreeUKSupport What’s wrong with the 4g signal in Scarborough? Data was almost unusable last night and it’s equally as poor this morning.

    One thing I did not miss was @ThreeUK's abysmal data coverage. No matter where we were my phone would report having 4G signal but be unable to do anything. Anyone else on other networks had no problem with their data access. Seems nothing has changed with that in 18 months. #fail

    @tinanewbury @kimturner70 They keep wanting to give me a reference number for a transcript I can only access by submitting a SAR with ID to receive in 30 days. FFS! @ThreeUK have 30 hours to resolve the issue until my entire family cancel their contracts.
