    @ThreeUK Any help? Got a 3 phone yesterday, number due to move today but the text sent has two 44s in place of the 07 at the beginning of the number to be transferred. Will it still transfer okay? I can't make a new my3 account, register isn't an option just log in.

    @ThreeUKSupport There is definitely an issue with your service especially since you started working on your mast upgrades. The speed is non existent..and I am thinking of cancelling due to poor speed issues and not getting the service I am paying for !!!

    @SamsungMobile @ThreeUK I don't know if it's just me or what but anytime I use my WiFi over 3/4 days indoors and I step outside, I have to reset my network settings cause I can't use my data to browse,gets me really frustrated especially if I need to use the map or make transfers

    @holly @O2 Is it consistent though? I tried out the @ThreeUK home 5G last year (which is actually the network that Relish built) and i would either get 500mbit or literally 0.5 and nothing in between

    @ThreeUKSupport Home, yet like all service providers sell it as a good coverage, while I’ve said I live in a very rural area. Anything to gain a customer for a year on a cheap tariff but hike it up after that. I’d like to look into alternatives

    @ThreeUKSupport Problem is that cancelled one of my accounts then still get a letter saying that will still be charged out of contract. Then you call and they say yes you have it’s on the system but we can’t do anything about the letter.

    @ThreeUKSupport If you look back on my enquiries you’ll see. But in a nutshell I took out a years broadband with Three with a Huewai router, paid £22 a month going up to £34 - connection is rubbish. But can’t get through to support by phone etc

    @ThreeUKSupport So, I’m reaching out Laura, I’m the account holder, my connection despite being told yeah it will be great, faster etc etc is no different. But I’m now tied into paying £34 a month for basically an inadequate service. So what are Three going to do about this
