@thealso @giffgaff At least you get to use it overseas. @ThreeUK shafted me recently. Didn't know you had to let them know. Using wi-fi and Twitter they said they were going to TEXT me a password for the website. I HAD NO NETWORK! Got the password when l returned to the UK. It didn't work.

@ThreeUKSupport hiya, I’m having the same issue as everyone else it seems - trying to log into the My3 app and it saying “Error: 500”. Any chance you can get this fixed for us all? The voucher for the cinema expires today and we were planning to go this evening. Thanks!

@ThreeUKSupport Different browser itself can't help here. I can log in just fine via website, its specifically this new three+ app that's the issue.
