@ThreeUK you’ve been working on your local mast for weeks meaning my signal for my broadband hasn’t worked for most of that time. Been offered £3.67 compo for it but still not working. I will no longer be paying you till it’s fixed.

@ThreeUK really disappointed with 3 home broadband. 1st router lasted 9 days, 2nd router hasn't worked since plugging in it. Waited 48hrs for the fix, now told at least another week. Had to cancel as I need the internet at home. Having to sign up again with expensive ISP 🤬

@ThreeUKSupport I’m very disappointed. Since joining 3 two weeks ago. I have only had half of my phone line as there was a problem porting my number. I’m unable to receive calls and texts! I’m told this is been looked into but still nothing!

@ThreeUKSupport Hey Three…I have been a customer with Three for 8 years. I have 3, yes, 3 contracts totalling around £200 per month. Why is the best deal you can offer me is a £2 discount in my bill over months after 8 years of business?

@b33rdy @ThreeUK Suggesting it might be an individual phone is disingenuous. I have exactly the same problem in Southampton, and many other places with my Three sim and before you ask (or suggest) it’s not my phone because I have a dual sim and EE works fine.

@ThreeUKSupport Be an issue. We have since paid off some of the credit to allow us to pay more but that didn’t work. They then advised on the phone that they increased the limit and that didn’t work either. At a loss. (2/2)

@ThreeUKSupport My partner chose to switch from @O2 to @ThreeUK and at this time we are massively regretting this decision. I am with O2 and have used the same amount of data with no issues after following the correct advice from there representatives. How will Three be rectifying this?
