@lappinm @ThreeUK I'm jumping ship for the same reasons, been a loyal customer for over 15 years but their pricing for existing customers takes the piss. Especially if you look up the prices for new customers,we are being ripped off for our loyalty.

@ThreeUK ever since one of your agent informed me that if I don't upgrade my phone to a 5G enabled device, I won't be able to use your network anymore, I have stopped enjoying your service. I'm not getting your services for free, you are stressing me further to get a new phone

@ThreeUK Hi. Whenever I make an outbound call, I get an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." Thus has gone on for 4 days. What is happening?
