Chatted to a guy from three who said he would send out a new sim card that would fit the issue. Two weeks later hadn't recieved it. Spoke to another guy who said... 2/

    @ThreeUK My home internet is terrible and isn’t working either what’s going on with that? I’ve tried to talk to someone on the website but it’s telling me to use the app. But I need WiFi for the app to work?

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s as maybe but in the meantime time I’m left high and dry without a network. Also I believe that you may have been overcharging me as I’ve been out of contract for a longtime and I’m still being charged for the handset and haven’t been offered a sim only deal
