    @ThreeUKSupport whats going on.. past 2 weeks had nothing but issues answering the phone. Phone rings and is totally silent for 20 seconds then it connects

    @ThreeUKSupport balance of account suddenly dropped. I asked support to send me the numbers called, duration and date/time of calls. Support said relevant team will send me these within 48 hours. Not heard from any team since then.

    @ThreeUKSupport No. They didn't. I sent the Agent complete chat log of Sunday. She was having problems with Computer. Then I requested to speak to customer relations department to make complaint about not hearing from relevant department. (1/2)

    @SulBonito @stevelitchfield @ThreeUK I don't even get enough signal indoors to make a phone call or so sms, I have to use a femtocell plugged into my internet connection, so basically I am subsidising Three's infrastructure!

    @ThreeUKSupport Answer the phone but it's total silent for about 20 seconds then will sometimes answer. But 9/10 i have to hang up and call back.

    @UK_Daniel_Card @ThreeUK It has been great to see how the community have reacted to this and how these folks have shot themselves in the foot reputation wise. Too much of this is spite because a sales pitch failed IMO. The pitch failed because the vendor was talking broken biscuits.

    @ThreeUKSupport 0333 300 0330 0333 300 3333 both these are not working and well i went in store today about my beats headphones that i got with my contract cause they didn’t work many more and they said to go apple and get them fix and you guys will Reimbursed me or something

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is ongoing since Sunday (06/06). Chatted with support. I was told relevant department will respond within 48 hours. Now it's over 120 hours and I've not heard a whisper.
