    @ThreeUKSupport Not sure what it is but it definitely is not working for me. I tried to call and your CS refused to talk to me as it is about a PAYG sim. I applied to STAC my previous provider last week via your website. I was advised it would be done by Monday but nothing happened.

    @ThreeUK my partner can't return his phone as he's changed his mind and 4 times he's rang off 3 different phones and they never seem to be able to hear me! I just need a returns address!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, ever since I swapped to three and ported my number over my iPhones iMessage and FaceTime won’t work with the ported number as it only recognised the sims original number even though I receive calls to it fine on the ported number. Any help? Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport If you’re saying there’s no issues with Data Passport, and I’ve reported one in the last 2 days, you shouldn’t need my account to know whether an issue has been logged about Data Passport or not.

    @ThreeUKSupport Mainly in our home & postcode CT17 0HQ, this has been happening since 23 December 2021. My husband is disabled & unable to call me because he doesn't always have phone signal & we have no internet at all most of the time

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope 3 separate trips. Yeah my sense is that this service has been scraped together years ago and given zero development resource since… so when it breaks there’s nothing support can do except say “try again tomorrow”

    Wish I never moved from @ee to @ThreeUK ... It might be cheaper but the signal is absolutely shite in so many places.
