    absolute ridiculous service from @ThreeUK Been a long time customer, called because my mum lost her phone so wanted to get a new one but with the same number. Was offering me a deal that cost £6 more a month than the same phone online and was told it was because I wanted the same

    @ThreeUK I would not recommend using the Three+ app for their offers... I just used the £1 coffee network offer, went to my local coffee shop only to be told it was a scam and they'd never signed up to the offer and charged me full price coffee

    Three customers, this is wild! BE CAREFUL! I just got confirmation from a @ThreeUK agent that, if you buy a new phone abroad and transfer your SIM card to it, you will lose service until you get back to the UK. And they will only tell you this, of course, after 2 hours of pointless customer service by @ThreeUKSupport
