@ThreeUK for anyone with no data on android - go to settings > mobile networks > tap your active sim > tap preferred network type > select the option without 5G (4G/3G/2G) then restart your phone you should now have a data connection.

@ThreeUK We got back the network signal We can receive calls and we can make calls, data is back, voicemail is back.

@ThreeUK Small number of text messages? How about all text messages and voice calls NOT WORKING ALL DAY - any incoming calls are missed as they won’t arrive via third party apps. @ThreeUK what about compensation? I’ve potentially missed medical calls today. Not good enough.
