@ThreeUKSupport My dad suffered a major stroke on 3/4/22. Unable to now work i called up three on his behalf (im an authorised contact) to ask for a discount on his monthly bill as he was mid contract. 30 days later his phone gets cut off and the customer service reps have not helped to rectify

@ThreeUKSupport Iv already reached out MULTIPLE times over the phone, email and your online complaints with NO RECTIFICATION and lies after lies from your customer service reps. Its been on-going for 3 MONTHS and iv already got him a different contract with @O2 and your still trying to charge me

@royalmailnews Had important post especially the way @ThreeUKSupport not caring about my mobile signal not working even if I live in East London. Was waiting for some sim cards which I ordered last week which was delayed by the last 2 post strikes. To be honest post deliveries have been poor

Argh, my phone @O2 and my internet (THREE 5G broadband) @ThreeUK5G are both down 😤😫 it been like this for 2 days. Learnt all about jitter & latency. @ThreeUK your jitter is baaaaaad. It needs to be easier to get out of contracts when they are not providing what you pay for 😤

@ThreeUKSupport And now he is being asked to pay an early termination fee. Iv been told lies upon lied by your customer service reps and when i ask to speak to a manager they are never available and never call back!
