    @ThreeUKSupport yup. It’s literally been an issue since July 1st. I’ve upped the spend cap and had a new bill cycle so not sure why it isn’t working? I’ve tried with two separate US numbers.

    @jonworsley0 @harriettbusby @ThreeUK I just joined from 02 and am going back as the coverage is so bad. Calls go silent all the time for a few seconds. This is in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Had no idea before I signed up.

    @IngerdhI @XAPBob @ThreeUK In the end after a lot of insistence (and anger) from my part it finally got escalated to someone who was able to provide actual service. I spoke with a lovely lady with a Scottish accent who took one look at the record, apologised profusely, and sorted it in minutes. 2/2
