    @ThreeUK i'm feeling very dissapointed as a new customer i got a contract with you for a s21U from the day i received the phone it was overheating! after thorough checks on samsungs website the overheating was "referenced as a software issue" only it wasn't it got worse

    @ThreeUKSupport Our land-line internet was down so I was relieved to be able to use my three phone until it gets fixed. Unfortunately my internet speed is terrible, 0.75 Mbps down, 1,85 Mbps up.

    Hi @Ofcom suggest you look into @ThreeUK 14 day money back guarantee. 3 months on and 7 phone calls later I am still waiting for my contract to be ended and refunded. Unacceptable service and they continue to take money from my account!! Happy to provide all evidence

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you please advise how am I supposed to end my contract? I have not used the phone in years and your debt collection agency keeps chasing me. I cancelled the direct debits and told them to tell you to cancel the contract. Many phone calls, live chats, come on 3
