    @ThreeUKSupport Nope I got fed up of waiting on hold so cut off rang back and the guy told me he was having trouble accessing my info and would call me straight back that was at 11am.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I go onto live chat AGAIN to query it and finally resolve it. But this is just awful customer service. I had big problems with you guys a few years ago too. I’m half expecting to be charged both £13 and £10 this month due to errors now
