  @skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Ooh I didn't know they merged with Vodafone 😐 that says alot tbh... They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...   @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely awful service. Signed a new contract and your bill has come for triple the amount. I've been told by your agent he will fix the bill, over a month later nothing! Now he is ignoring all emails. And one of my lines is facing connectivity issues! AWFUL!

  When @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.

  @ThreeUK So after 8 minutes of dialing over and over again, going through all the automated options, including having the line disconnected twice, I am finally through to someone. Let's see if they can resolve the issue, as there should be no bill to pay, but Three want £350!
