Me (in a #ThreeUK phone shop in central London): "My #PAYGcall charges have gone up by 1,000%, is there a cheaper #ThreeUK package?" Shop-man: "Yeah, they've like gone through the roof" "Exactly, so, another package?" "No, like literally, change your phone network man" "Really?"

Get 5G in my house now. Quick speed check. @ThreeUK Mobile 5G - 500mg avg - £8 a month. @VodafoneUK WiFi capped at 100mg - £25 a month. The equivalent 500mb service would be £40. Surely broadband company prices have to be better moving forward with 5G rollout?

I normally have good things to say about @ThreeUK but it just took nearly an hour on text chat with @ThreeUKSupport to get a pac code after they couldn’t match a deal from @iD_Mobile_UK shame the end of years of mostly good service was so poor.

@ThreeUKSupport 5G seems to be around me but not at my postcode. However I get 1 bar 5G with no working data or calls or texts as signal is so weak. My phone seems to prefer the 1 bar 5G over 3 bars 4G. When will 5G be in postcode Wa72hp as I'm missing calls and texts?

What’s the deal with @ThreeUK not being able to offer eSim for phones? Literally been saying “coming later this year” for the last 4 years! Every network in the UK offers eSim except Three - woeful.

@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning all working fine. Good signal , 5g connecting 200mb plus speed.... Router in same place but now it's 4g poor signal and barely got 2mb a second? Think I'll be sending this back.
