    Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer service at the Wimbledon store takes me to another store nearby so ANOTHER store can get tweezers to try and open the 4g hub. Can’t make this up!

    @ThreeUKSupport Not quite sure what is happening but it's gone from bad to worse - it was slow but we now have not data connection at all when connected to 4G. Is this a new fault? Certainly much more than "congestion"...

    @ThreeUK sort your network out it’s shocking internet speeds on 0.4 mbps in Wakefield centre now I can’t ring out it just beeps twice.

    @ThreeUKSupport The second part is 5BE, I’ve checked and it says the status is fine. However it’s not working at all

    @ThreeUKSupport Funny how I get given different information each time I phone up isn't it No consistency Their information doesn't even match yours The network and customer service is a joke Your an appealing network 3 years of poor service and now 8 days with no service
