@ThreeUKSupport FY1 6BS, stayed to get better and now its gone down again, there is a cafe not so far away feom where we are staying who also have three, the who cafe told us that three is the worst and they have had to get WiFi to make sure they have reception. Terrible service!!!

So the @ThreeUK saga continues....want to know what their advice was....cancel everything, we can't help... Basically they've broken my mobile broadband router..won't replace it, want more money..won't refund me...😔

@ThreeUK please explain how I’ve got unlimited minutes, but I can’t call or receive calls and it’s saying I’ve reached my limit. Totally defeats the point of it being unlimited. How do I fix this?

@ThreeUKSupport Can you please confirm - will I be paying for ANY texts with this contract? I've never had a package like this before. I've always been on PAYG. A spend cap was mentioned in the phonecall but I think this only referred to calls.

@ThreeUKSupport I think I’m going to speak to a solicitor regarding this instead, I’ve gotten zero help over the phone and I’ve spent hours trying. Trying to charge me over £200 to a cancel a failed service is outrageous, it’s a breach of contract
