    Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

    @ThreeUKSupport I disagree, @ThreeUK have continued to hound me either for payment or return a handset I’ve never seen. 1st you can remove the default account on my credit file after you’ve looked at my case rather properly.

    @ThreeUKSupport My son has also just got a 2 year contract with you and he lives over a kilometre from me, his download speed is so bad that he has to get another sim, I'm looking to get out of my contract asap, this year has been ridiculous for internet

    @tescomobile @ThreeUK hi, my calls will not connect to a Three Mobile number. Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract ran out in August, It has taken me until now, to no longer rely on Three's 3G, 4G or 5G which I was promised in 2020. The signal has degraded so much in my area that now, enough is enough. I can only ask that other customers don't rely on your services in future

    @ThreeUKSupport Contacted the live support Apparently, you're charged now to receive picture messages. Something I've never been charged for before, however they did offer to cover half of the cost with credit. Meanwhile, let me find someone I don't like and spam them MMS.

    @ThreeUK most useless app ever! Impossible to manage and a huge waste of time. I have learned from this, next time I choose a provider I will check out their support system carefully. The app pushes sales of add ins that then can’t be cancelled or edited. This is unprofessional.
