@ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

@ThreeUK As your signal is getting consistently worse, we were pleased to find that we could use Vodafone when 3uk isn't working (most of the time where we are currently) however it says Vodafone is a forbidden network! Can you explain this please?

@ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossible to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

@ThreeUK I have taken out a broadband contract with Three. I am not a Three mobile customer, so the digital assistant doesn't understand my question. How can I get to talk to a person?

@ThreeUK Is anyone on here a three mobile customer. It looks like they are having network problems?

I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.
