    Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

    i’m not happy, @ThreeUK, that you didn’t cancel my contract for no known reason, that you continued to bill me despite the fact that you had that conversation on record AND knew i wasn’t using my phone, and i’m especially unhappy that you made me pay you?? to fix this??

    but i’m not very happy about this, @ThreeUK. i’m not happy that you made me jump through hoops multiple times for a simple request. i’m not happy that you promised me things (a new sim, a cancellation) and never delivered.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried 3 times to get a sim only contract. Because I live in a new build and my address isn’t on the automated system it’s caused me endless problems including being told on the phone I won’t get the same offers as a result, doesn’t seem fair 🤔

    @StuartMc1 @ThreeUK It's ok outside, but in the house it drops to 4G+ and only less than a mb down 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport i contacted your team in march to cancel my contract, and just found out today that that did not happen. today, i called your helpline to cancel the contract again, and just paid the fee over the phone.
