    Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

    @ThreeUKSupport So at work I have no signal and I have to use WiFi calling. When I go out and get to a place I have signal but no data signal I have to turn on flighted and off again for it to re connect

    @ThreeUKSupport Requested a refund on Monday for overpayment. Three said no problem will be sorted in 3 days... I chase 4 days later, nothing. We'll get that done now.. funny how I only received text confirmation today when I asked and not Monday, which to me means it was never actioned.

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark, perhaps you advise the senior managers to come up with a better solutions…I had a similar issue with O2 twice in the past and they helped with my enquiry in 20 mins. Customer service isn’t Three’s priority but only the revenue!

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven’t! I was one three mobile and you offered me an upgrade so I assumed my number would be carried across like it was last time I upgraded with you! If I knew it was going to be this difficult I would have gone with a different network provider 🙄
