@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport Yes cancel this stressful network and give me back my money pls ...had enough stress..bee on the phone back and forth to cancel it and you end up talking to a whole nation because they keep transferring the call to different department wasting your whole time on the phone

@ThreeUKSupport hiya i’ve tried my phone on different browsers - this is an issue with the website itself and not me. if you replicated the address finder multiple times you’d see it doesn’t work at all, meaning customers cannot continue (like me)

@ThreeUKSupport what's going on with the website? The area to enter my number to login is greyed out and won't let me select it. Anything else just directs me to download the app, for which the reviews are awful. I only want to check my data!
