    Want some free advice? Don't get a phone contract with @ThreeUK. Some of the most inept, frustrating service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They're nothing but con artists and they couldn't care less about their customers. You're money's better spent elsewhere

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried that and then spoke to your sales advisor who wasn’t helpful at all so decided to use a third party to take out another three contract, now speaking to a very unhelpful rude customer service advisor about how to keep my number and swap it to the new contract

    Honestly terrible service from your team. I just spoke to someone who said they could do nothing for me when you have increased my price plan but your are advertising the same plan online for cheaper. The agent also hung up on me after not giving any help @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK don't get a phone with this company as if you need to make a complaint you get the run around or end up being directed to a chat support which is terrible.

    @ThreeUK Not happy with the coverage I am getting from yourselves atm....last week or so unless I can connect through WiFi I am struggling to make or receive calls....I've been on emergency calls only for 2 hours this afternoon...and missed 3 important calls...
