    @ThreeUK sold me a dodgey phone that now the battery swells and has basically become a bomb! I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear

    @ThreeUK why will you not let me upgrade my phone. 5 times I have called and as soon as I say no upsell just the phone they hang up. Once is an accident twice is a coincidence 5 times is enemy action.

    @ThreeUK are you experiencing problems in the BS26 area?? Coverage here has always been bad! Really bad,but the last few days It’s been horrendous!
