@O2 shoutout to you. So you remove my account cause I switch to @ThreeUK cause they actually provide customer service. And then because you failed to charge me for my device plan you demand the money from me. But God forbid any of you answer a call to sort it. You are a waste

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK #Ofcom is it right that a contract agreed in March increases by 4.5% in a month later when the agent said otherwise. Never queried at time as pence/m, but clearly big for 3 if across all accounts! Also, is increase applied tariff of discounted tariff?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks to three not providing support I was unable to call my travel insurers whilst abroad in hospital even though I topped up to be able to make the calls but couldn't make any calls
