I'm gutted my disabled elderly dad has been charged £120 Feb £160 march for his @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport phone bill when for the past 2 yrs it's never cost more than £20 A month & he's had no joy with them waiting fr an itemised bill before I spend hours on the phone for refund

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. Both contracts had finished, I received two bills saying everything was finished, unless I wanted to continue, I didn't have to take any further action. Lo and behold, I did have to take action - to cancel any further payments which was not clear.
