@ThreeUKSupport @ofgem I need a deadlock letter for my submitted complaint. I just spoke with advisor "Jinishia" who was so rude and she cut the call on me. She kept me on mute for 12 minutes, knowing fully well nothing will be done about it. The AH Sam A is calling now.

@ThreeUKSupport I have tried this using Firefox on windows and MacOS and Safari on iPad I don't think this is a browser issue it's a problem with your websites API call for the background check

@ThreeUK Or you could go with Smarty that use 3’s network and don’t charge you roaming charges when abroad.

Anyone else ready to leave @ThreeUK? Been 2 days that people can't hear me on the phone. Been struggling with doctor and hospital calls for the wee ones and all 3 tells me is "we are working on the network, stay tune for updates." This is not on.

@ThreeUKSupport I rang your customer service number. The call centre in India struggles to understand that I was staying with three, just kept saying sorry your leaving us but you have to pay for May and June: I tried to explain that I wasn’t leaving , I was moving from sim only to contract

So to conclude in 2022 @ThreeUK do not take fraud seriously and cannot make international calls or use email. I am completely shocked and disgusted at this service. @ThreeUKSupport this has been woeful.
