@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.

@ThreeUK why do I have issues with 3 when using 4G? I have WiFi cameras I can’t connect to unless I switch to 3G and the same goes for Sky Go. On 4G it won’t work. Has to be WiFi or 3G (unless I use a VPN)

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I find huge problems with vodaphone once im out of central london. Ive no signal croydon etc area at all usually ive actually bought a spare card for back up its that bad

@ThreeUKSupport I checked with my local branch to ensure roaming was turned on. They checked my phone and my modem and told me both were enabled for roaming. My plan started in April 2022. I had the same problem at Easter with the modem in Berlin.

Whatever you do don’t use @ThreeUK charging me for connecting to my Apple Watch at the connection isn’t working. Customer service couldn’t careless!! You’ve been warned. #crap

@ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful customer service. Wi-Fi is slow and has never worked properly and charging extortionate exit fees despite always ‘having trouble in my area’ now I can’t speak to anyone about network difficulties as incompetent staff have input my data wrong!
