@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

You lot @ThreeUK are con artists. I phone up to pay a bill, only gives me option to pay airtime, no option to pay device, no human beings work for you at all, just autobots Worst service ever, worst communication ever, laziest service, honestly fold your company, load of shite

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I never had this problem, at least on a business contract with Three.

.@ThreeUK with the worst service & customer service of all time. online help gets told EXPLICITLY how my issue is YOUR FAULT, so YOU need to do something about it and got cut off by your agents

  • Sancestow
    Sancestow FC (@Sancestow) reported

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking customer service received. Will definitely be leaving come the end of my contract

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
