    Ever since I was told I had to upgrade to @ThreeUK home broadband from @three_broadband or I’d get cut off there’s been problems. Think I’ve finally resolved the issues they caused, but they didn’t make it easy. Communications companies really need to learn how to communicate.

    After hours of calls to @ThreeUK tech support (who know nothing) and too many days/weeks/weekends messing about with routers and network equipment, I’ve finally got EVERYTHING working properly over their (slightly dodgily-configured) home broadband network! 💪🏻🙌🏻

    @ThreeUK v poor internet in Washington. Customer services told me it will be Friday before fixed and offered me £3.66. I work from home using my hotspot. What am I supposed to do? Also what about the rugby game I paid to watch? Is it repairs or are you upgrading?

    @ThreeUKSupport Jenn This can not be the case one I have a work Vodaphone and use it whilst working from home all day and no issue and secondly this has been an ongoing issue through lockdown and the village and Lakes capacity has been probably 20% of the normal. Please present a solution.
