@russy_1 @ThreeUK ID mobile is having exactly the same issues as it's the same network. It would appear it's not every customer then. I've seen other tweets from people who have been able to make calls. My whole family is on ID and relying on what's app today

@ThreeUKSupport @AnnCane6 It's not unusual, Three UK, read your reviews of actual customer experiences on Trustpilot. Three UK has a 1 star rating. The poor service has been going on since at least 2020. OFCOM should block your access to the UK market

@ThreeUKSupport Yup. Have followed the instructions on your previous tweet. Set the roaming and APN as requested, Wi-Fi turned off. Spending allowance increased. I bought a passport last night with no trouble. Still goes nowhere now.

Bit of advice.. never go with @ThreeUK. Not delivering what’s agreed, refusing to put you to complaints, poor customer service all around. Had to escalate to CEO 👍
