    @PSobocki @ThreeUK Ok so your phone and tablet is connected to a router? or you mean you have a sim in both phone and tablet? What router do you have? As Three has rolled out some new spectrum but the router needs to support this as well

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I’m not a three customer but some random has set up an account using my address. Tried to call multiple times but your operators don’t seem to understand at all. How do I report this obvious fraud & why don’t you check peoples addresses?

    @ThreeUKSupport I shouldn't have to tell anyone my personal details when they have initiated the call. That's a really bad approach for you guys to take as consumers are generally advised against doing this.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, apparently a letter was sent on the 10th July, never turned up, I was told another letter will be sent, but hold no hope that it will be received as per the other 5 letters that have been sent, its just not good enough and this has been going on since May.

    @pepperbackfish @ThreeUKSupport Not looking for an argument. As a consumer & loyal customer I'm giving you feedback on my experience & the impact of your model. If you just want to defend your approach & dismiss concerns by saying we 'proved' it was us, you can hang up, that's your call. But not a good look.
