@ThreeUKSupport I couldn't tell you how long I've had it. Just short of a year maybe? The device itself is a Huawei B535-232 though. No idea about my login stuff though.. The site is incredibly difficult to traverse and logging in is almost impossible sometimes

@ThreeUKSupport I can't access the Internet at all. No devices can. I've factory reset. I've tried a different sim in the router and it worked fine so it's not the router. It's a problem with the SIM.

@ThreeUK in the run-up for worst customer service: tried to buy data abroad, followed all instructions, got given links and was charged £40 roaming for trying to open them. None of them work. Can’t reach them on a Sunday. What a mess!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi how do I make a complaint? I have international roaming and I am in New York yet for most of yesterday I had no signal or data when my whole family did who are on 3 and it left me lost/no contact with them over here as I desperately needed google maps etc

@ThreeUKSupport Bad signal is in and outdoors. Had this sim less than 18 months. Missing very important medical phone calls. And now 3 are putting their prices up. Not happy at all.
