    @ThreeUK I’ve had working 5G broadband for a little while. Fine until the last 4 weeks now cannot get above 0.1 upload so no zoom calls@for work. Your response…. Get a new provider as there lots people using the service in your area. Epic response

    @ThreeUKSupport @EdThomas19 Genuine question, how can you "take a look" when you've admitted multiple times that outage info is withheld from the status checker and from yourselves so you can't be truthful to customers? What are you "taking a look" at?

    @ThreeUK I was buzzing along with three home broadband at an average of 80mb sometimes 225 then the 5G has disappeared and it’s down to <10! Just after I’ve cancelled @SkyUK FTTC and I’m now outside of my 14 days returned! Totally lost now as LTE is terrible at the moment!!

    @SiddharthKShah @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yup. I’m still having issues after five days in paisley. Went off again last night and still off this morning. Looked like it reconnected this morning but can’t access anything. Something is really wrong. Between Glasgow, Renfrew and Paisley. All similar areas.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it shows on my bill. I've disputed it last month and was told that it would be stopped but no, again its been taken. The only way i can think of stopping this is to cancel my contract with 3

    @ThreeUKSupport Its for Microsoft xbox. Two payments have been taken off my bill each month. One i know about and the other i dont. @xboxuk cannot find the account taking the 2nd payment and have said 3 should cancel it but nope still having the charge added each month
