@ThreeUKSupport Been limited to a very poor 3G signal for several weeks, no sign of 4G returning. All that changes on the status checker is the date it was updated, which strangely always seems to be about 10 minutes before I check it. 2 phones and home broadband, I am not happy.

@ThreeUK why the hell in the app when I go to sign in, is the password field set to show the password by default instead of hiding it?! I see the little eye icon, but by default hide the password! Seems like this should have failed basic testing / security requirements

@ThreeUKSupport Yes she’s still experiencing the issue unfortunately, three days now. I’ve restarted her phone several times. I don’t think the issue is with the phone, this is network issue on you guys end. It’s annoying and frustrating for the poor woman. Help!
