@ThreeUK Your chat lies and says there is button to 'save transcript' at the end of the chat. There never ever is and when I call them on it they end chat and throw me off. They also lie and say the phone is coming, day after day after day. Why would I engaged with them again?

@ThreeUKSupport Issues started 12/5. Every date i check and and update on 3 website saying work going on in area. When i phoned CS said it would be sorted on 5 June. Still rubbish service. Yesterday getting leases than 1mbps!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, I have just now spoken to a complaints team manager who is looking in to our issues now, but this is a abdication of customer service and three training their staff on the legal requirements. I’ve asked if a change of ownership is declined. How do we get that info.
