@iD_Mobile_UK @Peteabel73 @ThreeUKSupport Is there a minimum speed guarantee? Ive never experienced 4g this slow before, and it’s been over a number of days and sadly hasn’t improved. Switched from Vodafone on Monday and noticed a huge drop in 4g speed

  • chrisneilmckay chris 📸 (@chrisneilmckay) reported

@Peteabel73 @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUKSupport New customer here. Been with them for a few days and will be cancelling under the cooling off period. Their data speed is unusable.

  • KizzleKicks7 Kieran Whitehead ⭐️⭐️ (@KizzleKicks7) reported

I left @ThreeUK after 11 years as a customer (one of their longest serving at the time) to join O2 because the guy in the store gave me 50% discount on my monthly bill for being a Chelsea fan... Now Three sponsor Chelsea and I constantly have no signal 😥 Huge L. #CFC

@CFCPys @ThreeUK Damn how did you pull that off

  • HeySelinaHere Selina (@HeySelinaHere) reported

@joel_oneill1 @ThreeUK I’ve had the same problem as well, but for 3 weeks. I wonder why it’s happening :(

@ThreeUK oh, and just in case it wasn't clear **** you

  • HeySelinaHere Selina (@HeySelinaHere) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I have rebooted it, but it’s still not working :( I have tried to change frequency, but I’m not sure how to - I have googled it and nothing has been helpful :(

  • mattjarvis79 Matt Jarvis (@mattjarvis79) reported

You’ve got to wonder if @ThreeUK have intentionally made their network really patchy and limited to encourage people to upgrade to their 5G stuff. I think it will shoot them in the foot though. Wish I hadn’t signed a new contract this year with them.

  • notrafiat tosin 🇳🇬 (@notrafiat) reported

What is the point in paying for unlimited data if the service is terrible???? @ThreeUK I’m talking to you!

  • ThePatrickT Patrick Thomas (@ThePatrickT) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport no signal at all from our WiFi for the past 24 hours. Just told by your advisors on the phone that it won’t be fixable for the next month. Not sure how I can work from home with no internet. Any ideas?
