    @ThreeUKSupport The "floor walker" who called me following my negative feedback was very good. Open and honest, didn't set unreasonable expectations and told me what the planned upgrade was. Now I know it isn't a straightforward fix I can reset my expectations and plan accordingly.

    So rang three saying I'm having network issues, rather than helping got told that they have better things to worry about, and then got told I they are too busy to help, we'll done three, great service @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry Three I’ve been here before with still no satisfaction. Three are saying it isn’t my correct address so I get locked out then I don’t know my password but I have my number and I pay my bill so you tell me the solution.
