    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, luckily I had "met" with your colleague, Robin, who was really helpful, understanding etc so he could set up things for me. He was a real customer care gem, gave back my faith in 3. Robin knows what customer service means. (After 10 years I guess I deserve)

    @ThreeUKSupport There isn't a real problem as don't need mobile data at home as I have a 500/500Mb fibre connection so not worried about slow data as on wifi at home. was just happy to see 5G was available locally and the speed it gives.

    @ThreeUKSupport still no 4g or 5g internet in NN5 area - estimated resolution by Feb 7th !! Unacceptable service. Embarrassing this day age. Think I’m getting blagged !!

    @ThreeUKSupport I get an automated message when trying to make all WiFi calls in the Uk to Uk numbers. ‘You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service.’ Started mid way through call earlier.?

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked for a pac code on 26/12 and switched providers on 5/1. I spoke to a three support advisor on 30/12 and was assured that as I had paid for my full 12 month contract that covers till 11/1, I would receive a pro arata refund issued through direct debit.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’ve been with 3 for 11 years, I have 2 cases open yet both not resolved. Your online chat support is useless and when I ring through on 333 I get passed about for an hour giving my security details. You’ve lost a customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport hey there, my mobile data hasn’t been working all day. I’ve just tried switching to a 3G network which partially works but obviously isn’t ideal. I’m on unlimited data so haven’t run out or anything. Is there something going on with the South Kensington network?
