@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@ThreeUKSupport The signal keeps dropping- very frequently. The indicator at the top right of the phone shows that it moves between 3G and 4G and is mainly staying between 1 and 2 bars. Even at 3 bars, I struggle to get the browser and apps working properly- images won’t load for eg.
