@ThreeUKSupport Only thing that is working is wifi which im conected to the house internet... nevre had this problem before and been with 3 for pver 3 years now if not longer, done all the usual stuff and restarted my phone etc

A day without electric and therefore no wifi at home just goes to prove how dire @ThreeUK 4g signal is. Anyone would think we are in the middle of Dartmoor, not halfway between Exeter and Exmouth. What they say you should get and what you really get are two very different things.
