@ThreeUKSupport Strange indoors situation. When I use my 3 mobile phone hotspot on 4g, there is no signal. However, if I change the settings to 3G only, my internet is fantastic. Up to 9-17 mb/s! Now I’m worried as 3 are turning off 3G in 2024.

@ThreeUK I’m extremely disappointed at the service. I’ve moved the whole family to Three and 95% of the time even with full signal there is no effective connection in London or Cambridge. Unusable.

@ThreeUKSupport Links don’t work. Network still utter crap. Contact renewal due so seeing little point staying with you. In summary, can’t use network, can get a sim replacement as suggested and you can’t solve it but still take my money. #AmateurOperation
