@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

@ThreeUKSupport Seem to speak to anyone. So I set up a password & I return a call FROM you regarding my complaint and still can’t speak to anyone purely based on my call log, if my call logs showing more outbound calls than I am saying as the account holder SURELY someone should speak to me?!

@ThreeUKSupport Also would latency vary from day to day? Last month I had <100ms, then for a couple of days it was >100ms. After that, it was back to normal stability of 60ms.
