@ThreeUK I have been disappointed by my service since acquiring my lovely S21. I was disgusted in store today when assistant was sharing the shop handset for customers to talk to service advisers and not sanitising in any way shape or form . Oh dear

@ThreeUKSupport When you say don’t worry. I’m paying extra for a 4g+ router with currently no access to a 4g+ signal. I have a signal strength of -120d with download speeds of between 0.4 and 12mbs. At what point should I worry.
