@TeresaC123 @ThreeUK This. You need to test to give us confidence it actually works. Otherwise I'm actively looking at moving away. You're not gambling with my safety during a major incident.

@simon_wardle74 @ThreeUK Not really since that's what the test was for, to find issues that may not have been apparent before. Literally the whole point of testing.

@ThreeUK That's not even close to satisfying; your customers deserve to know that your service works in emergencies. Imagine if they had lost their lives and come back to ask you what went wrong. They might switch to another provider if you don't explain and Run ANOTHER TEST.

@ThreeUK How do you know it works if you don’t re-test it? Did this issue happen in the trials?

@ThreeUK How confident are you that the fix is a permanent fix and not just a workaround? Bearing in mind the importance of this to Three users what can you tell us that gives us a degree of confidence this won't happen again?

@ThreeUK Should be a test again otherwise you won’t know until there is a real emergency and it doesn’t work.

@ThreeUK I'm sure you were convinced "there would be no issue" on the first test, which then failed for a vast majority of your customers. The ONLY way you can stand by this statement is to run the test again. Don't let the next 'test' be a real alert!!
