I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

I have had virtually non-existent access to data services on either for more than a week and am now looking at getting a pay as you go SIM from O2. I doubt I will ever use Three again after this.

Truth Time (@TruthinTime2022) reported@ThreeUK I’ve just been out in the jungle in Thailand & on boats in the ocean & still had perfect 5G coverage on AIS. Yet it amazes me that I barely get a 3G network & only 4G (also barely) in Notts city centre. Do I need to find a new provider as your coverage is dire!?
