    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    @ThreeUKSupport And no one in my flat has actually collected the order. Plus I never asked for it to be delivered to my address. It was specifically to be picked up at store. I have made an initial payment on 23/10 and a month forward still no phone. This is shocking.

    @ThreeUKSupport what a joke of a service 5 hours trying to sort out a issue where you have done 4 credit checks and raised 3 orders in stead of 1. and then you refuse to raise a complaint on the phone... worst customer service ever #badcustomerservice #worstservice #complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport It specifically says "you will be able to call, text or use the internet whilst abroad". But you still seem to have no US mobile network on board with that
