@ThreeUK might of sent me a text asking me to rate my conversation with support last night. When I replied 0 I was advised it was a toll number, shows as 72223 so I think its a scam, don not respond to these. If it is a genuine Three message then ill terminate my contract now.

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing!!! It was blacklisted (don't know by who) you promised on Tuesday to sort out in 48 hrs, promised again Thursday, still nothing!!! Supposed to be sorted by customer services - you really don't want to know how angry I am about this!!!

Nope its official, @ThreeUK just tried to charge me money to give customer feedback, luckily android noticed it was going to charge me. I'm out @ThreeUK this week you went from #1 to way over the line. I'm calling and terminating!
