@ThreeUK Until it doesn't work and you have zero signal. Yet my other phone is working fine on 3....any ideas? Your helpline told me the service was down in my postcode yet 3 other phones in my house work and it happened from Newcastle to Durham and still isn't working

@threeuk, been four weeks with poor service in the Eckington S21 area, with an average speed of 1 to 4 Mbps, keep getting promised it will be rectified bit hasn't been why😭😭👎

Appalling customer service from @EE as per usual. Hung up on in the middle of a call about cancelling my contract. After being sent round the houses to cancel a contract that expired last year. Now paying for the privilege of another 30 days 🙄 this is why I’m now with @ThreeUK

Pay as you go 3 Mobile sim is not able to do incoming or outcoming calls, even 333, claiming "your service does not allow access to this number". No mobile data either. Missing out on calls that are crucial they are recieved, any help is appreciated? @ThreeUKSupport
