    @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

    @ianrobo1 @mrjamesob @ThreeUK Their European counterparts will smell the money as well but probably decided to wait a bit. Irrespective of what the British telcos & service providers will do, they will be forced to recharge the fees of the EU networks which will follow shortly without a doubt.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you. Post code is DA1 1TX and it’s an iPhone 11. My daughter also has the same phone and we both get practically no service at all and phone calls are very hard!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Do you not think I've done that? No help at all, I was sold the insurance by 3. Someone has to sort it. I am getting nothing from the insurance side of things. No offense but this isn't helpful either. So I take insist and do nothing. Should I try praying?

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been unable to make calls for 5 days! Was told 48 hrs to fix the problem then that my phone was the problem.... No it's not my phone it's definitely your network!! 😡 @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUKSupport Just calls. I've had to use Skype at a cost of 21p per minute plus after being advised to factory reset I had to buy extra data because the install wiped out my data allowance. This issue is costing me a lot!
