  @ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

  why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

  Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @jamesma34307397 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to customer service and they kept trying to say it’s an issue with my phone and wouldn’t listen when I said other family members on three in the house are having the same problem.

  @ThreeUK is an absolute joke. They cancelled my phone plan with no warning and won't even let me lodge a formal complaint. Are there any authorities in the UK where I can escalate my complaint?
