I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

I've also taken 2 days off for a phone that's never been delivered and waited on call backs that have never happened. Is that not perseverance?
