    @ThreeUK why are you putting up your payg prices and reducing amounts. It seems your just trying to make more money out of already coustomers who are on the breadline. We all can't have contracts because of poor signal so we don't want to get lumbered with a year or more of

    @ThreeUK Upgraded in store to iPhone 12. Not in stock so ordered to be delivered to store on 13/01. Store now closed and no answer on store phone. Paying for phone but can’t get it, no instructions from three about what to do. Call centre say they can’t help, please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ugh it even interferes with mobile that’s connected to the three home network. I just don’t know what to say anymore. Looks like an oversight on the IT guys/system developers’ part... or is this #HUAWEI’s responsibility? 🤔 😳

    @ThreeUKSupport we are now on our 8th call to try and resolve a calling and messaging issue that occurred after porting a number from BT network - passed from pillar to post, transferred from one technician to another - all with the same questions starting from scratch - come on!
