-
Simon Saunders (@SimonSaunders77) reported from Herefordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@Threeuk can barely load up my bus ticket in the city centre never mind doubling the price of the Caffè Nero reward and expecting that to load up in time to purchase. If only companies focused on improving their services before taking away the perks.
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
McTebow (@Scottish_jet_79) reported@JosefNixon @ThreeUK it’s really awful :-(
-
kojohobojyotomo (@nojohokomodobo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK They don’t cancel your sim for that. I’ve been out the uk since April. You’re just a tit clearly
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@AndyUK_52 @coveragechecker @ThreeUK Do you mean the worst country for mobile signal?
-
André Walker (@andrejpwalker) reportedI’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
