    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUK @ChelseaFCW Could you just focus on improving your basic service first ? As a customer, every time I raise a request to customer service, the only answer is " wait for 48 hours, back end team is working on it". Days after days, weeks after weeks, never have I got a result or email update.

    1/2. @threeuksupport You've upgraded the mast opposite CF24 2UD with new LTE cells. But it's obvious that the capacity issues hasn't been addressed. Speeds are slow & opening documents takes far too long.

    @ThreeUKSupport When trying to pay my bill using the mobile app or website on mobile, there's no option to do this. No way to process a payment, it's like the page is missing a pay now option. I've had no issues paying this way in the past until now.

    Please someone tell me why, if I cancel my phone contract @ThreeUK and buy a new sim to become a "new" customer, I can pay less per month, and the "deal" they'd like to put me on only lasts until April. Fed up of big companies squeezing every penny out of customers at the moment

    @aeonnumb @ThreeUKSupport hey, esim is now supported if you're a new customer joining the network, they launched it for new customers today, think it's coming for current customers later on in the year.
