    @ThreeUKSupport hi there - I REALLY need some support with a business phone! Going round in circles and not getting anywhere. Missing a phone on the account since December!!!

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that's who I have been using but getting nowhere. They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!

    @ThreeUK I have just wasted most of my morning trying to understand why having switched to Three Business I have Three Personal asking why I have cancelled my DD. Past from pillar to post listening to awful hold music. I give up. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah, I don’t have access to Google play at all and I’ve certainly not registered my phone account to be able to pay for apps on the service in order to trigger the text. That’s why I thought it may have been a scam text.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thankfully the issue was fixed about 9pm last night - so I have resumed my Netflix binge! The website did eventually update to say the engineers had been fixing a problem in my area.

    @ChelseaFC @ThreeUK Pool were always talked about as having a bad season. I maintained they will finish top 4 just cos their manager is proven.They are 5th today with a game in hand. We are busy hoping for a Chelsea turn around and trusting a process that cant even begin.

    @LycoApollo @ThreeUK Well, as you were with me and saw their conversation, just scammers. Unfortunately no deal with them. After a court process let's see if they will treat and keep the promises. Extra money paid has to be credited, the other problem is unlimited plans and pay ten times the price!
