@ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

@ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Chris but I’ve been trying since last Thursday. I called 3 last week about the IMEI issue & was told I’d have a call back within 2 working days. It’s really disappointing. I think 3 made put the wrong IMEI when setting up insurance as it’s not accepting the handset IMEI.

@ThreeUKSupport What you suggested didn’t work, I have just travelled half a mile down the road and managed to get 1 bar of signal on 4g so there is an issue with the service in my area of Slaithwaite, Huddersfield! How can I claim back loss of earnings please?

@ThreeUK Have a dual band 4G+ CAT6 router, have had a good experience with three up until I was persuaded to renew my contract this year after a few month on SMARTY. Since then I am no longer able to get a 4G+ signal :-( only now receive band 3. Post code is HP15 7xx. Help!

@ThreeUKSupport I took the contract out for my daughter. The phone was stolen so I have no access to the My3 app and I can’t remember the memorable password. No one is offering any solutions. Apparently there are no managers available, no one can help either I’m told!
