@ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

Very disappointed with customer service from @ThreeUK and @SamsungUK - brand new phone keeps shutting down at random but they won't replace it as I've had it for more than 30 days. Don't want to hand over my only device for repair and don't get why they won't replace it

@ThreeUKSupport It's on a MiFi so i can't chose to go to 3G. It's exceptionally poor. I'm paying for unlimited data, and i have no data. Do you have a plan to fix the 4G? I've reset the device dozens of times, removed the battery, tried the sim direct in my laptop etc. Please do something!

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Absolutely shocking behaviour. Spoke to customer services a couple of weeks ago because I was told I could reduce my bill to £34 a month Received new bill today. It stated £48 a month. Speak on live chat. Apparently I was lied to. They should never have..
