    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 3 days later, a new sim and still massive issues. No one listening to me when I am saying lots of people are having issues in my area. Now stuck at home with no way to talk to anyone whilst living on my own !!! Please help!!!

    @PaulGrayburn @EE @ThreeUK I thought 3 was bad paul but ******* it’s like living in a cave,any excuse they will use it,I’ve even switched off my 5g now and trying to make a phone call is like going back 25 years ago one 2 one when it keeps stuttering ! £80 a month for a load of old **** 💩💩💩💩💩

    @John_Ogden @ThreeUKSupport They seem to have stopped rollout because it’s based on a QR code printed on a bit card. Not sure why they could not generate the QR on demand via the website. Also I read somewhere that you can be without service for days as they deactivate your old sim when putting in the post

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ll say the same thing again I am no longer a three customer I left three more then a year ago so it can only be one thing and that’s fraud under my name and my sister is going through the same problem as me three has given someone else a phone in her name #wow #fixup

    @remenos @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport That’s awful. I think a number of companies don’t say anything. We’ve had at least two contracts where we were out of contract & weren’t notified. So long as they can take the money out, they don’t seem bothered. They exploit the fact people don’t or can’t review prices.

    @remenos @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Understandably so. I had an issue with Talkmobile and the ombudsman process took a while, but it did help force their hand to offer amends. Was with Virgin Mobile for years. Found them hopeless. Don’t have a high opinion of any of them. Have stayed with O2 simply for convenience.
