@ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

@ThreeUKSupport I would’ve expected a reminder-2calls one £30, the other £27😳These extra charges amount to almost 5months of my usual Three monthly bill. #disappointed nothing can be done to help me. So much for my loyalty to 3.I’m out of contract so perhaps I should move my loyalty elsewhere

@ThreeUK Absolutely fuming with the way your advisor thinks they can shout at me down the phone asked to be put through to a manager he refused asked to be put through to complaints and he put the phone down on me! Disgusting customer service.. why you ask because i want to pay 2 bills

@ThreeUKSupport Having mobile broadband signal issues in DD11 4UT again (3 days w/intermittent WiFi), although signal on mobile phone seems more stable. Beginning to think it may be a router issue. How do I go about requesting a replacement?
