    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @ThreeUK I have just wasted most of my morning trying to understand why having switched to Three Business I have Three Personal asking why I have cancelled my DD. Past from pillar to post listening to awful hold music. I give up. @ThreeUKSupport

    Made the mistake of using live chat to cancel a contract with @ThreeUK Gave up after 20 minutes of security checks... Should be able to do it on the app but that would give the customer power and the corporates don't want that

    @ThreeUKSupport NR161HU The data issues still continue. As I drive around I receive data signal then as I get close to home very little. It was never great but I could watch YouTube with neglable buffing now you tube won't even load

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport hello - how easy is it to get a e sim ? I’m going to buy the new I phone 17 once it’s comes i out and if it comes with no sim support then would I be able to get e sim and would there be any cost ? On sim it’s just my contacts that’s stored ?

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK I've had no calls or texts come through all day today - all have suddenly come through at 6pm - have been left for me from my work, banks, doctors......... this is happening EVERY week. Calls never connect, it is shocking!

    @ThreeUKSupport why do I keep getting text saying I’m paying £2 for Roaming , I’ve got a local sim , and I’m not using your network , so stop sending these texts , I’m not going to pay them

    @ThreeUK I don't know why you attempt to preach you're the best in the UK when your service actually sucks. Customer support is too busy scamming all you do to steal money and don't provide the service you promised. Best in UK? More like worse ever made.

    @ThreeUK my daughter bought a dongle from you 2 years ago, she returned it within 14 days and has been through numerous complaint avenues with you. You agreed it was sorted and now you have sent her a bill for £500! What is going on!!! This harassment has to stop!

    @ThreeUK Once again being charged for data roaming that I am not using, nor doing. Got an eSIM in the phone that is connecting to the network. The 3 Sim is off for data. Please indicate how I get this refunded. Your baseline policy is garbage
