A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

That is all I EVER get, no other 'advice' has ever even been offered to me AT ALL. I have been a customer for a decade & you treat me like garbage!!
