    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that's who I have been using but getting nowhere. They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!

    @ThreeUK I have just wasted most of my morning trying to understand why having switched to Three Business I have Three Personal asking why I have cancelled my DD. Past from pillar to post listening to awful hold music. I give up. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @ThreeUKSupport and again 1845 hrs we loss service again, no calls no texts no data, no response or compo for the number of drop outs, snd all out stoppages since june alone!

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

    @ThreeUK every time I try to make a call my signal cuts out. This has been going on for week. I live in SE13. I cannot ring you to complain! Please sort it out!

    I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehandπŸ™ˆ
