    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    @ThreeUKSupport If I just cancel my contract and sign up again, it’s half price for six months. And I get a new battery without having to liaise with a manufacturer in china???

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, it’s been terrible since last night. Even using other speed test sites I am experiencing the same issue. I’m unable to download simple files >100MB with hotspot and 5G broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport I realise that. I was including three to try and get a resolution. Maybe you can work with them to fix this. Seems bizarre for them to not be able to send a SMS to any number.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there something wrong with your app? My husband and I are both trying to login to take off our spend cap while we are in France & every time it says it’ll send me a code to confirm it’s me, nothing comes through. I’ve tried multiple times.
