    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    I wish the @ThreeUK engineers would actually do something about the signal reports I've sent in. I ain't spending £37 a month for NO internet and poor voice.

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Same home postcode, using the Huawei 5G CPE Pro. Worked fine and fast for months then literally on the day three broadband because just three the speed dropped to less than my phone which the signal is awful on also

    Dear @ThreeUK your payments system is not working Try to top up and account - Bank authorises the payment but then your system does not collect the payment so the credit cannot be applied to the account

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been having constant issues and would like my account cancelled, I have been on to three AGAIN this afternoon, after 34 mins of being passed around departments the signal dropped yet again meaning the call cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been able to send texts to that network until now. Plus I’ve just found that i can’t make calls to people on that network either. Do you want me to mention which network I’m having issues against?

    @ThreeUKSupport Laura the investigation is between you and DPD as I did not accept the phone! I’m now left with a faulty phone. You rather cancel my contract with no charges or send me a new phone immediately. I’m being penalised for a mistake DPD has made.

    @ThreeUK my signal in the SK6 area is shocking its just took me 15 mins to get one website to load up. I pay you for 4G Internet but don't get it. My signal indicator on screen mostly shows a H but I don't know what that means. I rarely have more that 1 bar of signal either.

    @ThreeUKSupport been trying to sort an issue since November regarding my direct debit. I've cancelled and set up new ones yet there's another random amount that doesn't match my bill. Getting sick of speaking to people with limited English saying "I totally understand" constantly
