Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

I wish the @ThreeUK engineers would actually do something about the signal reports I've sent in. I ain't spending £37 a month for NO internet and poor voice.

@ThreeUKSupport Well after an hour of being talked down to, it’s now apparently under investigation and I will hear back in a few days time. Thank god I’m stubborn or I wouldn’t have had my voice heard 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. But that’s my point - I’m not getting service from 3 as I’ve got the Virgin SIM in my phone! If you’re suggesting that I have to keep paying 3 for as long as it takes Virgin to transfer my number, there’s a problem with the system that @Ofcom must address.

@ThreeUKSupport 17 days later, it’s still stupidly bad. One day my data will work.

@ThreeUKSupport That could be 8 months in a 24 month multi thousand pound contract whilst your website clearly states you support it. I have 100% been missold to. Do you have a way to reimburse me for this?
