    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I am more than happy to either switch to a 1 year plan ideally at the same price because of all this hassle and being mis sold the service or happy to keep for 2 years if I can get it discounted from £14 to£10 in lieu of the static ip.

    @EE You expect your customers to pay the increase to the bill yet you cant give service in certain areas where the calls always dropping. When complaining to be told you can use WiFi, WiFi I pay for separately! Even @ThreeUK seems to have better signal.

    Shocking customer service by @ThreeUK and @DPDgroup_news - they have lost my new phone and are blaming each other. I, meanwhile, am paying for something I don't have. Avoid both these companies at all costs.

    @threeuk is actually the worse network. Like they have the audacity to be charging £18 a month when they should be giving away this **** for free. This is RIDICULOUS 😡

    Hi @ThreeUK Is there an issue in the Newtownabbey Co. Antrim area? My calls are either dropping out or I can't make calls at all. Also intermittently no data availability. Last couple of days.

    Have been on a chat with @ThreeUKSupport for an hour trying to get a PAC code and cancel my contract. Super frustrated with @threeuk who stopped my EU roaming, so I can't receive texts (but still took my money). And then I'm told I can only move ahead by receiving a text.

    @ThreeUK increasing my phone bill by RPI yet 5G full signal,in Milton Keynes,unable to watch even a YouTube video,switch to 4G and buffers,this on Samsung S21 ultra+iPad Pro 5G,all this investment and 14mths on I still cannot use data in areas,invest in areas rather than profits
