They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK
-
Christopher Blower (@Blowerknows) reported from Beverley, England.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport
-

-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
