    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked for a cancellation figure she gave me it but said wasn't processing the cancellation until I had spoke to tech support. Waited 10 mins for an idiot to respond with he didnt know why I was calling then hung up.

    @ThreeUKSupport I hope this isn’t true. I’ve just ordered a sim only contract with you as I was told that you can do an Esim. Plus you are advertising it online!! So now I have to cancel and sign with another provider?

    @ThreeUKSupport The case was closed because I wanted a date I would receive a new SIM card. I had been lied to on 4 separate occasions before they closed it. And today I find that 3 have stolen £358.28 out of my bank account. Unbelievably crappy customer service.

    How is the real @ThreeUK website so bad?! My contracts ending.. Despite clicking a link in the email they send, and logging in, it still asks me my name and suggests getting a new number, i've zero confidence i'm renewing my contract so have given up and will have to call.

    @sxaTech @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK I ran out of runway on my voda contract - otherwise fine. Missed out on the best deals, so since I've moved figured it was an opportunity to reset. I might be partially regretting that thought if I'm honest. Vodafone is a damn good network generally.
