.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK I was with well know mobile provider but their signal was really really bad I joined Three mobile, excellent signal WiFi calling is working well and the voice call in HD...thank you Three.

@ThreeUKSupport very poor signal in ct8 8su for the past few weeks. Getting sick of it now. My partner can’t even ring me I can’t hear him down the phone! We both pay so much for our contracts and this is not the service we expect!

@ThreeUKSupport I was told 72 hours to receive a letter to say my phone has been blacklisted. It has now been 168 hours, 7 phone calls, a complaint to customer relations and I still have no letter to progress my insurance claim. #incompetentstaff #Three

@ThreeUKSupport No error message. It went through to someone who had no idea what I was talking about. Cant be bothered with this any more. A complaint was raised apparently but obviously not as I was told it would be resolved yesterday. I'm really not prepared to waste any more of my time

@ThreeUK this company is an absolute disgrace, full of lying customer service agents that barely speak English. You charge me twice then constantly lie about me getting a refund. I was warned by others that 3 were useless. I should have listened
