Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I am really tired of this. I have not been able to make or recieve any calls or texts or use data with all 3 of my phones with you since Jan. I was promised this would be fixed by 18th Feb and still can't use. I am so fed up of paying for a service I cannot use.

@ThreeUKSupport I changed my contract to £8 a month with 3. This was in November 2022However, I’ve been billed £23 every month since then. I raised the issue 3/4 weeks ago to which they said I would have a £45 refund in 3-5 working days. It’s been about 3 weeks now
