.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

@OwenTay_ @ThreeUK its was a phone contract, and trust me I know haha I had this exact problem with my last phone and I only paid for the sim, but with three its different now and you still pay the full amount which is crazy. now im locked into another **** contract that I can't get out of

@ThreeUK It took my wife about an hour today to be able to cancel a contract with you that is due to end next month. It was extremely frustrating for her, someone who suffers with severe anxiety, to constantly have her requests diverted to try and sell more. (About 9 times).
