    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. The 2FA SMS messages arrive hours after I've tried to log in. I have literally never been able to log in because of this. It's been a pretty awful experience so far.

    @ThreeUKSupport I just got a 5G hub 2 days ago connection was far too spotty as BB Sky replacement. I read there was data problems with Three but this evening it's lightning quick and connects to my equipment where it didn't before IE ring doorbell. I was going to send back?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kim for the prompt response, I've just been in touch with your customer support and have cancelled all of my existing contracts and will be shifting to EE.
