.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

@ThreeUK what absolute shambles of company you are let me start by saying that your policy’s mean nothing and I’ve been customer since 2012 . You are quick enough to take money but not put it back to your customers and be promised it back in 3-5 days we’re on day 9 now 😡😡😡

@ThreeUKSupport New phone was delivered yesterday, but the box had a broken seal and was obviously not new. Called India and was told a new NEW phone was coming today and would be here by 11am. Email with tracking from courier says it hasn't left your depot. Wasted my morning!

@ThreeUKSupport I did contact via the form yes, was assured that the congestion would be resolved, it just happened that everywhere I go three network has congestion! What are the chances. Still isn't resolved, it's past the date when it was meant to be. Sorry :/
