    @ThreeUK is absolutely the worst. Signal as been shocking for over 6 months and really expect me to believe that it will be sorted in 7 days! ๐Ÿ˜‚ like I am going to believe that. Spent over half hour on the phone with them and expect me to pay over ยฃ1000 to cancel my contract!

    @ThreeUK thanks to your crap network today my car insurance has reversed because I didnโ€™t get the warning text until now. I could have gone and put money in bank first if ild have known. Your service is getting worse, defo looking to move now!!

    So, Iโ€™ve been a @ThreeUK customer for many years and would recommend them to anyone, normally. But today, I have had enough! They sell you a contract that you cannot cancel. They sell faulty products with next to no support with exchanges. I have been on the phone with them /1

    @Katiedev @ThreeUK I cancelled with Three years ago had trouble with canceling & got sick of the excuses , had same problems with Vodafone afterwards so ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹ . Been with EE for a while no issues with anything. ๐Ÿ‘. X

    @ThreeUK can anyone help me Iโ€™ve. Called customer service they told me to ask in store, the young girl in store couldnโ€™t help my app doesnโ€™t work I ope. The app sign in It says welcome Marc account closed the store checked my account is still active, I canโ€™t view bills .

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...     Hey @ThreeUK - what email address should I use to submit a major complaint about your fraud prevention team? They are refusing to engage with my wife in any reasonable manner and simply close the case if she's unable to instantly answer her phone - she's a nurse

    @ThreeUK So after 8 minutes of dialing over and over again, going through all the automated options, including having the line disconnected twice, I am finally through to someone. Let's see if they can resolve the issue, as there should be no bill to pay, but Three want ยฃ350!
