@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK since merging and enabling mast share, my Three service has gone downhill. Even with multiple bars of signal, data doesn’t work. Never had this issue before.

Day 3 now of having no mobile and wifi signs and @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still haven’t made any contact despite attempts not have they even accepted the fact there’s an issue. Looks like the bill won’t be getting paid at the end of the month.

@ThreeUK ….. Told me to buy a pay as you go sim from another network…transfer to that then transfer back to the new Three contract. What nonsense. They promised a customer service supervisor call back but that never happened then sent me messages saying under investigation then…..
