    @ThreeUKSupport no improvement in signal or mobile data in B30 1SH was told it would be fixed by today it’s no better. Restarted phone as requested mobile data and signal almost on existent

    @EasterIsland10 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Same. I’ve been really happy with 3 too. Never had any problems. Lucky enough to never be without a signal.. guess there’s 5 months on my contract for something to happen to change my mind though…👀

    @ThreeUKSupport @EasterIsland10 But you are forcing people to change contract, I was told I had to renew, and lose my 'legacy' service. Come May, go roam stops I was told. I'm now with another provider, after 9 years with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport what a poor experience I've had today trying to purchase an additional contract. Chat functions are great but the adviser had NO clue what I was asking for and pitching blind. Total shambles of a sales team and now having to cancel as it's got to this.
