    @ThreeUKSupport Why have I got waste time sitting on hold waiting for you to rectify the issue? Why can't one of the upgrades team make an outbound call to me to sort it out? And why does my upgrade still show as having gone through when you can't fulfil the upgrade?!?!

    As @ThreeUK customers we need to get used to the terrible network. It has been bad since the 5G ‘upgrade’ and getting worse! They'll tell you it's your phone or congestion or to turn it to 3G or “work in the area” It's a load of rubbish. Why won’t they just be honest?

    @ProfMaxLintern @ThreeUK @age_uk As always, companies can suddenly become very responsive once story starts to spread. Like those deals where you need to cancel after 14/30 days to avoid being charged, the business model relies on people not remembering. Opt out, rather than opt in. I always use a pay as you go.

    @ThreeUK I have had the worst experience I have ever had with live chat today. I have given simple instruction on what I want to do several times only to be constantly hassled to do something different. Instead of being helpful, it's just pissed me off.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm currently in SE23 but had no 4G signal at all between here and Stratford so it's not just affecting southeast.
