@ThreeUKSupport I requested to keep my old number from another network to switch to three and the number hasn't been transferred yet even though my switch date was the 24th of December. When will this be resolved?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jonathan, yes, I get similar issues everywhere - Hampstead is a particular deadspot, but it's intermittent all over the country. The issue has been ongoing for perhaps the last 2 years or so? On both the iPhone X and now the 12 Pro.

Just been told by someone at @ThreeUK that the signal in my area will never get any better. It’s crap & has got worse this last week. I have been with them for 5/6 years & they have happily taken my money knowing they will never provide the service they promised 🤬

@ThreeUKSupport How can I change my account to prepaid? I cannot log in. I pay for full service and get no service. This needs to be corrected. I could not get back to the UK due to covid.

@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

@ThreeUKSupport Only one of the postcodes gets used indoors (B30), the others were pulled from my satnav history as ones where I had to drive a mile before I got signal back to plan the next route.
