    @ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport So changed phone to 3G only, have 2-3 strength for phone signal, no mobile data. I am unable to change for my home broadband to 3G, which I need access too for work purposes as previously mentioned. This is becoming increasingly frustrating.

    @ThreeUKSupport requested a PAC code 8 days ago, 48 hours passed and it didn't come so I went on the chat, was PROMISED it would be sorted for me yet I'm still waiting, just send me the code so I can leave. I'm sick of the terrible customer service being lied to.

    @ThreeUK I've been a customer for at least a decade ant thought you'd like to know why I'm leaving you next month when my contract ends. I resent having to sign on again for another two years each time. After bring with you for so long I expect a rolling timeless contract.
