@ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

..but @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport didn't notify me via email (which they had) that they were about to terminate my contract + put me in debt with termination fees or sell my account/data to another company. if they had contacted me, i obviously would have told them my circumstances

@ThreeUK took three hours of chat today to discover the only way to transfer my Three PAYG number to my new Three contract was to transfer it to another network first!? Not simple as your website suggests but convoluted and RIDICULOUS

@ThreeUKSupport Your a joke.Mutually cancelled my contract in Nov due to coverage. Letter today to say I owed £32.60 in unpaid bills. Told was due to non return of router, I proved I returned it. Didn't want to refund me. 2 hours later I get a refund. Shocking customer service!

@ThreeUKSupport I have called your customer service team 5 days in a row to request a proof of purchase invoice for an insurance claim. Every time I have been promised it via email within an hour yet 5 days later I still do not have anything!! This is terrible customer service!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it is a 12. my wife phoned on 19th December and have said that the phone cannot be dispatched to the house. I am unsure why it cannot be sent ?? This makes no sense as the three UK stores are currently shut. She has also paid an early upgrade fee. HELP?!

@ThreeUKSupport I will indeed try that and have requested a sim also. What does it mean if 3g works when 4g doesnt? Does it mean I need to go into my settings and make the change every single time I have an issue?
