    @ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Sadly we already have, for months, your advisors tell us the previous one told us incorrect information each time. So we opened a complaint ref: 32503714, this did not help at all.

    @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

    @ThreeUK i am using three services, and unfortunately, it failed to meet my expectations. Despite of calling the three customer service team 2 times in last couple of days to clarify the bill amount, still my services got discontinued. I missed to call someone which was urgent.
