@ThreeUKSupport Simple used STAC within period as advised by your staff as leaving due to poor service and that no termination fees. Used the STAC, get bill and charged. Told when rung I should use 8 days before contracts ends or you pay 30 days notice. Not what STAC means

@AuntiePegg @ThreeUK @O2 I've just done the same for both my numbers , three previously said they wouldn't bring in roaming charges , broken trust .

@ThreeUKSupport oh trust me now that my service has been shut down i am well aware of your policies. Just jealous of the message my partner got from EE saying that they've waived their fair use policy during the pandemic so people don't have to worry about extended roaming. so nice of them!

@TylerCourts @ThreeUKSupport TECHNICALLY I can go to the UK right now (which is why I couldn't provide proof of being unable to get a flight that Three needed to keep my service active) but I absolutely don't feel safe doing so. Companies who take a human-centered approach during COVID are going to win.

@ThreeUKSupport Now been given a reference and told it would be refunded and to cancel direct debit, so I have. All your systems stated £0 termination fees even text to say if used 0 GBP. You charged £18.35, then reduced it by £3.86 as credit, then cancelling £14.49.

@ThreeUKSupport No they have never said where they are calling from. I picked up one previously who asked if I spoke Chinese. Any voicemails which have been left have not been in English either. All of the numbers are appearing as UK mobiles
