    @ThreeUKSupport The original direct debit is already cancelled, so when that one is attempted it will fail, and I'm really trying to set up a new direct debit but you need to tell me how to tell you the bank details.

    @ThreeUKSupport We were under the impression that the direct debit that was set up in store at the time the contract was took out was being sent to Three every month but we learnt on the phone the other day that Three had never received a bill payment from the contract started in July 2020

    @ThreeUKSupport Theyve already checked it and told me that there's technical issues in my area and this will happen for 7 more days and that I'm entitled to £9.74 compensation hence why I've came here to take it further. The connection cut out too.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've already dm'd you the details. The live chat cuts off and when I rang he hung up as my signal is so bad. Live chat said this will still happen over the next 7 days.

    @ThreeUKSupport In the store we were told it couldn’t be sent away for repair because of COVID. A member of staff took our SIM out and put it in a different phone and it worked and they told us our phone was the fault but they never actioned anything
