    @ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

    Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

    @Carlz94x @ThreeUK They’re supposed to be **** hot since Vodafone bought them ! “Forming the largest uk network” my ***. I don’t get why my phone says 4/5G and 4 bars but can’t send an iMessage. ?!

    And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.
