    @ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

    So, I've just received a bill from mobile phone company @ThreeUK , for a phone contract I haven't taken out. No number on the website to report fraud Online chat wants my DoB ... which I'm not giving them Eventually get a number ... but the systems are down, asked to phone back

    To add to the fun, I installed the app to try see if I could sort it, but of course the app doesn't let you register, have to do that on website first. What's the point? The store can't help with online, the online can't help with certain things etc etc @threeuk

    @ThreeUK This can't be true I'm with @ThreeUK and it's the worst signal I've ever had it's all over the country were I work it's terrible I've tried speaking to customer services and they are equally as bad cannot wait for end of my contract

    @CarlosLongus @SimonMiller316 @ThreeUKSupport EE is fantastic. Their customer service is second to none. They are more expensive, but they put it back into the business. I was always happy to pay more just for the customer service .
