Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

@ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your response I don't think this fair I am sure in 2022 Three has the ability to tell if a Cell Site is at or near capacity before getting people to sign up for a contract and taking their money? I have also been told I can't get a bill reduction for lack of service

1/5 Maybe @Warehouse_CP need to have a look at the latest data protection rules.. I had an unsolicited call today where is was told that they got me details from @ThreeUK, odd as not been a customer of theirs for at least 10 years if not 15..

@XiaomiUK No more Chinese phone .I only went for this phone because I had best experience with Huawei p30 pro .Thanks to @ThreeUK for sorting me out different phone replacement otherwise xiaomi is crap cheap phone .Guys stick to good flagships like Samsung and iPhones.

@ThreeUKSupport Never arrived. Despite me calling customer service and asking exact day they insisted is 14.Lack of respect of someone time is disappointing. Today I'm told call tomorrow but it might be delivered on 20th.Other companies can deliver on 16 tho. But not Three.

@ThreeUK after 14 yrs I am leave to find another network due to poor online and phone customer services and being told different things after sorting an upgrade deal and wanted notes putting on my account to go into store to finish upgrade. Complaint made and closed unresolved!

@ThreeUKSupport I have been a loyal and satisfied customer for 10+ years but now your internet speeds, even on a good 4G signal are hopelessly slow. We travel a lot, time@to find a new provider
