Ruth Seager (@ruthseag) reported@ThreeUK terrible customer service. I have wasted at least 4 and a half hours talking on the phone with no progress. Got cut off, no phone back, waited in queues and got told that they can’t make any guarantees. After 18 years as a customer…I think it’s time to make a switch…
