@ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Neither my Mum nor I have a signal at our hose. I'm using Smarty (which is just another name for 3) and my Mum is using 3. Coverage checker says everything is fine in our area (postcode provided upon request). Please advise.

@BrightonHoveCC Sounds great - will be interested to see what the pricing is like and which ISPs will used the @CityFibre physical network. I've registered my interest, but I'm not sure of the actual benefits to residential customers, and 5G home broadband from @ThreeUK is imminent.

@ThreeUKSupport To add insult to injury, logging on to three and not using the options are was given through e-mail, there's actually cheaper plans available to me, or would be if you hadn't already ignored the one i chose and have me down as not being able to upgrade til next year.

@ThreeUK hi 3! If I have a problem with my phone, how do I get it resolved during lockdown? I'd like to show someone but the shops are closed and I don't really want to send it away. Will be it ok to go to a shop once lockdown over even if the issue is several weeks old then?

@ThreeUKSupport I sent a phone back last year, you said I didn't issued debt collectors amd defaulted my credit file! I paid debt collectors and chased up with you, you found Phone now I can't get money back or default remo ed from credit file as you just keep transferring me!!! Shocking service
