Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

Just when I think mobile internet with @ThreeUKSupport has improved it’s goes crap again. What’s the point paying for data when I need to use wifi to access internet. In Dundee just now and it’s like slow and stop.

@ThreeUKSupport my calls keep cutting out! I have a hospital appointment and the doctor cant get through. Its not letting me answer, and when I call people it goes crackly and then the call drops - i restarted my phone already! please help

@ThreeUK why is it every time I am expecting a call back from your customer service department I never get a call. I have been waiting for a call back since last Thursday. I have called in and been told I have to wait 48 hours. Well it’s been more than that!!

Hi. @ThreeUKSupport sigh. Never ending problems with Three, even now I've switched to contract. Set up a My3 account but after I set a number and password it says they don't match and now my account has been locked for 30 minutes.
