    Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport @sushil26 My dad has been trying to check his account since 5pm & has been receiving this message. Shocked it’s been down so long. After being hacked last month and subject to fraud (apparently solved), we want to check the account as he’s been charged £84 for a contract he doesn’t have😭

    @ThreeUKSupport When are the issues in CW1 likely to be sorted? Signal and data throughput almost non existent, this has been going for too long now. A daily apology text does not fix the issues.

    @ThreeUK Have you updated your website? I logged in to your website 7~10 days ago without any issues Today I try and login but get the error message "That password doesn't follow our rules. Please check it and try again." But using my password (just now) works fine on the app

    @ThreeUK So I get a message from you saying there’s been a problem in my area and you’re fixing it. I assume this is the same problem we’ve had in Colchester for over a year: very little signal strength and oversubscription due to your lack of infrastructure investment here?

    @ThreeUKSupport My 4G service across London From HEATHROW to my home, including home, Clapham SW12 is dreadful. Speed test 0.5-1.5MB download if at all. I am now using 3G which is quicker!!! A new customer ex Vodafone is shocked how bad THREE is in London. It’s my friends too!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport #NoService #ThreeDown Does anyone have any idea why I've had no signal all day in #SouthAyrshire ? I've been out long walks and still haven't found a spot it works and I've tried everything even the stupid things like turning my phone on and off. 🤔
