@FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I'm on PayAsYouGo sim (a sim you forced on me as otherwise my monthly contract would charge me for data abroad!), have a monthly allowance added, did not reach the cap, and yet, I'm in Germany with no signal at all! Help please?

@ThreeUKSupport we are experiencing terrible service and have done so for some time now. Calls constantly dropping out and terrible interference on the line. It is becoming intolerable. It’s not just me but at least 2 other three customers in the area.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a sim from you last Monday (27th) I was told my phone no. would be transferred on wed and then fri. Still not happened and can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Terrible service. Can you sort it out please.
