    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    Hello @ThreeUK I am trying to register for my three via the app but get the following error. Can you help? "There are the following errors. Whoops, something went wrong. Please try again. MY3-CHANGE-EMAIL-RESPONSE-ERROR". There are green ticks by both boxes.

    @TollingtonLTN @JoshOwenMorris @ThreeUK Go to their site, Postcode to see if in 5G area. Start filling form they then ask for full postcode again and you select your full address. I was then told that I could only have a *4G* modem! I contacted "support" who said no to 5G as area of North London was too "congested" !

    @ThreeUK the Worst mobile network please do not be fooled by the offers they give.If you need something to be sorted their workers can’t help you &nothing ever gets solved &you will be left with a bill that you was told was resolved because their staff are not trained properly

    @ThreeUKSupport Oh you didn't help! :D every time I call up you tell me there is maintenance in the area, been like since I had the contract. I have to reset it way too often. I now disconnect 6/7 times a day, not ideal when you are using remote desktop for work. Finding somewhere new now.

    @Faizan__Ashfaq @ThreeUK Thanks , but I had different issue I requested an upgrade then cancelled it but they sent me a bill of £86 , after 1:20 of call I still have to pay that and that will be adjusted in future bills . @ThreeUK main have their customer service centres outside 🇬🇧mainly very incompetent

    @ThreeUK rang yesterday to speak to an advisor but was told experiencing technical issues. Has this now been resolved as still need to speak to an advisor?

    It’s becoming questionable now for months. I’m wondering why my upfront payment of £29 has not be returned to my account after the contract has been cancelled & the phone in question has been acknowledged returned in good condition @ThreeUKSupport can anyone help.

    @ThreeUK Why can we never change our passwords online? We always get taken through the prompts, get a link via email and then get the ‘my3auth.text.generic.error’. This happened the other month also....
