    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @wonkotsane @ThreeUKSupport Congestion/contention probably. Seems to be an ongoing problem with Three at the moment as my 4G speeds are atrocious, even with a reasonable signal. They don’t seem to address it and just give lip service. 99% coverage is great, but not when you’re getting speeds like this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered an upgrade phone on 1/9 for delivery 2/9. Live chat yesterday said delivery would be today due to supply issues. Live chat today said order had cancelled itself on 1/9 so advisor yesterday lied to me. Conveniently the deal I got is no longer available. Very unhappy.

    @ThreeUKSupport trying to get a decent quote to renew my contract is currently like pulling teeth! Been a customer for years, 3 contracts, still having to haggle after 2 painful online chats & can still get the deal a fiver a month cheaper elsewhere. Not great customer service!
