    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

    @daveyboy2411 @ThreeUK True... However they should - if thiey were a resteraunt, shop, service industry, etc that failed to deliver goods or services as contracted then reimbursment is usual. why should we have to ask and chase for recompence ofr a incomplete service?

    @RastaMou53 @zece7 @ThreeUK I have this same problem. Was told it's because there is a high amount of people using the signal in one area and to try switching to just 3g setting on my phone. It worked.

    @ThreeUK Is there an problem in the Harrogate area? Been having issues for days. I know there was work being done but that was completed days ago.

    @daveyboy2411 @ThreeUK Whilst I agree with letting them get on with fixing any issues... it's still loss of service and the website is saying all is fine. Update the website and discount the month charge due to lack of service - like any other decent business. Insulting customers isn't helping.
