    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    @ThreeUK - I’ve been told to call one of your insurance team about one of my phones which is broken, but apparently that line is not open during Covid. Please can you advise as my Mrs is currently phoneless...

    @ThreeUKSupport Here's where I am, in a nutshell: I ordered a new phone via Fonehouse bc your upgrades couldn't compete. I now want to cancel existing contract BUT stay with Three on new phone & transfer number.

    @ThreeUKSupport So it’s now 18.20 and it’s still not working, I can only call if wifi is off, but then can’t receive texts, I can’t call out if wifi is on and no one can call me! This isn’t acceptable!

    @ThreeUK I have been referred to your complaints team twice now and everyone keeps assuring me that they will get this "problem" solved. It's a simple letter! With clear instructions on what inf needs to be included! Why is this so painful! Having my phone stolen is hassle enough
