@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUK when I call a landline from either my phone, my husbands phone or my dads phone the person on the other end can’t hear us. Have tried multiple landlines too. Mobile to mobile is ok. We’re all on three so must be a network fault your end? Can you fix it ASAP
