    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport nearly three days now, neither my husband nor myself have had any emails coming through via the phone. Kindle and computer yes, not 3 network phone. Been through to the support - useless. What is the problem??

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I gave the postcode of the billing address that the account AT THAT TIME was accredited to you charged me for 2 years over the end of the end of the contract for two things I hadn't ever or been using NOT GOOD TO DO TO A CUSTOMER OF 11 YEARS

    @ThreeUK I’ve been chasing an order placed on 12th. Your online chat support keeps fobbing me off and your telephone help are hopeless ! Promised return phone calls etc but you never do. Awful experience.
