@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely sick of this data passport not working. I have the same issue every single time I go away and have to use it. The website where you purchase it is so temperamental and has been for years. How long is this going to continue until you actually fix it?

@ThreeUKSupport Ah that could explain it. I’ve not tried changing to 3G only, but like I say, my phone doesn’t automatically connect to 3G, it just goes to ‘No Service’. Does this also explain why my signal doesn’t come back for around 20 minutes after going past the fault area?
