    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUK hey. I have just had my elderly neighbor come round quite upset that she had driven all the way to the Gloucester store with a very basic query. She was told that as they are not trained in Wattsap (?) they couldn’t help her. Wouldn’t even look at her phone. Really poor.

    There’s people out there with phones flying on 5G and my iPhone is struggling to have 2 bars on 3G 🙃 @ThreeUK fix up maaan

    @ma_honey_bee @ThreeUK But you did choose a network and signed up to their terms and conditions. Don’t blame the network, own the issue yourself. If you’re being charged, find another solution and read before signing the contract. Dumbass

    @ThreeUK Instead of giving money away you need to improve the speed of your 4G network. I have a 4g+ router which you advertise as having speeds up to 100 Mbps. I barely get 30 Mbps and am in a Good coverage area!!

    @ThreeUKSupport really do NOT care about their abusive behaviour towards their customers. They expect their customers to treat them with respect and like they’re human when they don’t offer that back. It’s disgusting.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have switched to the mobile and it seems to work OK. This was the network it used on wednesday. The problem only started when it switched to AT&T
