    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUK, your team recommended I trade in phone to upgrade early, I got the quote of £ 253, 3 days later you revised the quote to £50, with 3 different reasons why, 7 days till I can check damage, 5 years with three, will be changing
