Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUK what's going on? I left a three shop without taking up a new contract but have found I've been signed up? Im now locked out from upgrading, contract runs out tmrw, bn a customer 15yrs+. Tried customers service, online complaints, nobody helping. Worried sick HELP

@ThreeUKSupport Shocking customer service. You owe me money but I get a letter to say you’re passing my account to a debt collection agency! Despite being told on 14/11 the account be closed it still hasn’t been done. Apparently it’ll take 48-72 hours. I’ll believe that when it happens!
