Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@AshScrivens @ThreeUK I didn’t get one. Although you’d have to a signal to receive one. I suppose that’s a bit too much to ask for in Central London on Three.

@PolitlcsUK @ThreeUK My mother didn't turn it off and never received it and she is with o2
-

@Elementarymyde6 @ThreeUK Might be a region thing but family in different parts of the country on Three didn’t get anything. I’m seeing more people on Twitter complaining about Three than any other network

@ThreeUK Was there an issue in receiving the emergency alert? I am aware of 3 people like myself who are Three customers and didn't receive it, despite notifications being turned on.
-
Ian Moy (@Monkster1978) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @matt_kw1 Are you deliberately trying to be funny or something. Hardly any customers on the three network received the emergency alert today.
-

So basically in the event of a national emergency, if you want to hear about it, don’t be with @ThreeUK ?
-
Kayleigh siobhan (@kaystheatrelove) reported
@ThreeUK so no one on your network received the emergency alert ?

Well it seems my wife will have to be in blissful ignorance if there is an emergency as her @ThreeUKSupport phone just did nothing while the other phones in the house on o2 and Vodafone went berserk!
-
Kasia (@kasiaxoxo) reported
@ThreeUK @BBCNews seems like most people on the 3 network didn't receive the government alarm. Any ides why @ThreeUK ?

Jade (@jadehlouise) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @LukeJew I have alerts enabled and didn't receive one. Seems like nobody on your network did.
