    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK seems to be pretty much no way of contacting you for help at the minute. Just run out of data was hoping you may help for the two days before my allowance renews....as other providers are doing 🙁

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @Emzamara @ThreeUK Normally they are great but a stupid mistake (on their part) has caused me many problems and to fix it they want me to prove my identity when it was their mistake in the first place. More to the story but that's the jist haha

    @ThreeUKSupport I really want to know how you’re going to get me to connected to whoever I can air my grievances to about your subpar service and this absolutely miserable experience I’ve had with trying to get my initial complaint resolved since you want to keep disconnecting me

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried to report an issue with my wifi (lack of) Turning my wifi off kills calls too One of your agents cut me off The other messaged me back On live chat went to see what network I was on and that killed the live chat. Has been confirmed bad signal in my area

    @ThreeUKSupport So no, I will NOT be expending any more energy in contacting whatever department you want to fob me off to now. You can put in some effort and decency and actually try and resolve this issue by contacting me.
