    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport while I'm here, I'm also not receiving any 2FA SMSs when trying to log in to your website (your chat support is telling me to remedy this by doing a password reset which is how I got into this mess)

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hello, I have only had my home broadband with you for a few months, but I have had to switch it off and take a contract with @virginmedia as your service kept dropping out all the time. Can you help me cancel the contract as it is not fit for purpose.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well the router is 300 miles away as I use it for an Airbnb. Contract ending soon so easier to just move elsewhere. Thanks for the help that actually didn’t help.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, my Huawei B535 router has updated to the latest version and now I have nothing but network problems. It seems a wide spread problem as alot of people have reported issues with this update. Donyou know when it will be fixed? Thanks
