    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUK Why can’t I get away from you! I have cancelled my contract 3 times so far and every time it gets to the date I get told it’s cancelling in another 4 weeks !!! When I try phoning your customer service they don’t listen they only want to give me another contract that I don’t want!

    @ThreeUK You should be less concerned with wants on TV!! Get fixing your ******* broadband!!! Absolutely ******* ****!! I'm counting the months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds for when my contract with you runs out! Then I'm cancelling and going to another BB Provider!

    @ThreeUK please fix your network it's been over two weeks Internet has gone. @Ofcom please intervene it's so unfair consumers pay and do not receive value for their money. Three UK, if it carries on I, would not renew my contract; I am sure there are others who are suffering. #UK
