    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Brilliant, thanks, Mark. I have reported both numbers that have called so far. It's a weird one. I used to work for O2 as a Guru and never seen/heard anything like this before.

    @ThreeUKSupport As professional as he was, it became evident that Three as a network have no intention of fixing the problem. I got offered £5 off a month or I could pay over £300 to buy myself out of the contract! Neither were sufficient & so it seems a deadlock letter is the only option :(

    @ThreeUKSupport still waiting for a bag to return items, a month later... you’ve now charged me for the items and taken the £ from my direct debit. How many times do I need to speak to your customer services to resolve this? It’s pathetic

    @Three_Is_Broken I’ve been haven problems for the last 6 months on @ThreeUK I’ve called them, reordered my sim service is still ****. I cant wait until my contract ends in July.

    FOR 3 DAYS I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH TOUR UNHELPFUL WASTES OF SPACE YOU CALL ADVISORS. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK .this is honestly my last straw. They can honestly all **** themselves.

    @ThreeUKSupport had trouble with the mobile app for ages. Deleted & reinstalled, verified my email (which takes me via website to my boyfriends account), app still wants me to verify my email. Can you gelp please
