@ThreeUKSupport I've used your Chat facility three times in the last week because your "Wifi-Calling" service is not operating properly at this time - just as your ordinary Mobile service is not operating properly at this time. When will your services be fixed? A date, please.

ikea slowly entering my personal lore of villainous customer support teams, someone had to replace @ThreeUK (since I left them for sky lol)

@O2 happy to take my money when i live in a Busy rural service area. But cant be bothered to help me find a better deal than @ThreeUK Loyalty of over 12 years mean nothing then.

  • Ru773LL Ru773LL (@Ru773LL) reported

@DesertedPIaces_ Yet the 5g network coverage is probably better there than it is in major cities @ThreeUK

  • Basirk Chris Bassett (@Basirk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport don't want to support me anymore. No option to speak to a person on their 333 line and no one available on their Live Chat. Why don't companies realise that automated support lines and apps cannot replace people. This will now make me look elsewhere. Tesco maybe?
