    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and £150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have done that many times before. The service has been "disrupted" for months. I signed up for mobile broadband and what I get is a patchy signal which means my zoom calls keep freezing and I can’t stream anything properly 😞.

    So @ThreeUK the network who were once top rated for roaming have decided that they no-longer want to honour my SIM-only deal and I have 30 days to recontract. Signing a new contract means I lose my free roaming allowances. I guess after over 16 years of custom, this is the end.

    Been a loyal customer of @ThreeUK for years. This morning got a letter telling me I would have to sign a new contract and pay £5 per day when next in the USA (used to be free) Got a cheaper deal, more data and only £2 per day roaming in the USA with @SkyUK #Three #FridayFeeling
