@ThreeUKSupport When I looked at my phone, message was there, said something like emergency Alert test, message from operator, had "OK" at bottom, tapped that, then asked if I wanted to continue receiving emergency messages, I replied yes, wondering if it was genuine or not now?

@ThreeUKSupport my WiFi box never works. I pay £30 a month and am appalled by it. I can’t even get 4g and rely on work WiFi. I’ve tried resetting, all the troubleshooting. I’m at my wits end here. Can’t even call my parents
