.@ThreeUK your customer service needs some work. The lady on the phone blatantly told me she’d have cut my unexpected charges in half had I not had a £6 fee waived a few years ago. That seems pretty cruel when we are all struggling financially

@marriari @ThreeUKSupport Called again yesterday. Told the issue was due to engineers working in area. This has been been the case for 15 days now. No resolution offered other than told to wait ANOTHER 7days before calling back if no Internet restored. Unacceptable.will need to look elsewhere for provider
