@ThreeUKSupport You know what Chris this is not the first time that she has received customer service like this.This happened on second week of December as well.All her contracts are due for renewal in 1-2 months and she will be leaving 3 just because of the aweful customer service

@ThreeUKSupport Yes that’s nice but I’m still waiting for a reply from you. The call center in India have given me 4 different responses and all saying the opposite. Why an existing customer who’s been with you for a long time has to loose the free roaming charges abroad?

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. New phone and sim arrived. I phoned up and customer services said put the new sim in, they would activate it so my old sim would stop working and my old number would transfer across. This worked for half an hour, and the new phone and sim showed my old number 1/
