So issues trying to us the online shop with @EE yesterday. Spoke to an online team member who said EE would contact me. I get contact asking how they can help me with no idea as to why I complained. Wow! @ThreeUK do you want another customer? I’m so done!

@ThreeUKSupport absolute joke. Tried 3 times to recharge my number with the same credit card used before, but this time you keep my money and not provide me with any service. Then your customer support tells me that I will get a replacement SIM in 5 days??! Unbelieveable.

@ThreeUKSupport I asked for written confirmation of this agreement via text, letter or even email, I was told this was not allowed and can not be done. But would be upheld, but since 4 support agents lied to me already. I cant trust any ones word

@Trottsky227 @ThreeUK MY issue is that it needs to state in the text message that goes out "this will not be charged from Three handsets" r something. How many people see that message and get the wrong idea, feel like they cant post feedback because of being charged.

@ThreeUKSupport That's how far I had to go to guarantee I get my money back, I should never of had to go this far. All I needed was a confirmation of the arrangement via text, email or post but that was apparently out of the question. So I had to leave you after 16 years.

@ThreeUKSupport Ive been having issues since day one witg my signal followed all the protocols provided and eventually come to a conclusion that as they cannot provide the service im payong for that i can terminate early for £179 keep the handset and thats that while doing this
