    @grayphil27 @ThreeUK I have five contracts with three, I moved 20 miles further down the east coast and now only have poor signal. I will be happily giving back all 5 in December and save 60 quid. I could live with it if back office were responsive and improved signal was genuinely on the cards.

    @ThreeUKSupport, I am still unable to receive calls and texts because of the maintenance you are supposed to be doing in my area. This is now beyond annoying as it is a regular occurance. Fix this or I will be moving to a different network. 😡

    As @ThreeUK customers we need to get used to the terrible network. It has been bad since the 5G ‘upgrade’ and getting worse! They'll tell you it's your phone or congestion or to turn it to 3G or “work in the area” It's a load of rubbish. Why won’t they just be honest?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes all other websites are fine and when I switch to my BT line, Amazon is fine too. I have Three broadband and 2 Three phones and all have the issue 👍

    @ThreeUK I’m getting spam calls from 03333381001 claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. When I call the number back it’s diverting to Three Support.

    @mouthwaite @EE I had the same problem a few years ago!!! Have now changed to @ThreeUK and the service is brilliant. Service should be foremost always
