@ThreeUKSupport Nov.The 3rd party requested it & got it - they've sent me proof. Something broke down somewhere. Three claims I only contacted them about it 4 days ago - this is my 3rd attempt. Attempt 2 (a call in Dec) I was aggressively "sold" that I should get a new contract!! I signed in Nov

@diefledermaus @ThreeUKSupport You need to offer a roaming add-on, 2 weeks in USA would now cost £75 on new contract for only 12GB. EE offer 30 days for £10 (50GB fair use). With no iWatch support or visual voicemail roaming was your greatest feature for many customers.

@ThreeUK is there an issue with signal in Sr7 9 locality. I have Three mobile phones and Three mobile broadband all of which has been dropping all day. Have been with Three for over 15 years and lived in the same area but the signal seems to be getting worse

@ThreeUK How do I contact you if I don't know the mobile number it relates to? I discovered to my horror that I'd been paying a tenner a month for 11 years for a dongle I don't use. I want to cancel but can't get beyond "enter your number" on the phone line.

@ThreeUKSupport We still had a month left on contract. I asked in Oct if I would owe anything. Was told absolutely not fully paid up to debt collector. Never been in debt before. Cancelled in good faith no debt left. Today new debt collector. I owe £12.38 just under. Paid it now but not happy
