    @ThreeUKSupport Being fobbed off lie after lie, it is a different story with each phone call. Countless hours of lip service to get me off the phone! All PAC code requests keep being cancelled or rejected! 7 DAYS AGO this was requested. Speaking to @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport afternoon - I’ve recently left 3 and ported my number. I had a push notification from the app saying my bill was now available (I presume my final bill) but I have no way of accessing it as I can no longer login to my3. Any ideas?

    @ThreeUKSupport In three weeks we've had a blue light on the hub for most of the time. Only went to a white light (5G) for about 4 days. Initially we were told about an issue but now I can't get through to the help team.

    @ThreeUK WHAT A JOKE! 7 DAYS TO GET A PAC CODE? BEING LIED TO OVER AND OVER! HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY BUT NOT HAPPY TO DO ONE JOB LIKE ISSUE A 2 MINUTE PAC CODE! OVER 8 HOURS ON THE PHONE TO YOUR RUBBISH SUPPORT AND "MANAGEMENT"! STILL NO PAC CODE! SHAME
