    @ThreeUKSupport @k8_st8 1/2 The resolution that was "reached" was that I would temporarily alter my priceplan (for 5 months) to unlimited data, and you were going to apply a credit to cover the difference, but you were supposed to email to confirm this was the case and that I wouldn't be........

    Slow @ThreeUK 4G home broadband, and the only excuse customer service comes up with is “We are upgrading the service in your area. Should be fine by 18th March”. Our 30 day trial would have been finished by then to even check the speed and connection, we are working from home?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Been told about 4 different stories. First time there was no half price deal. Second time there was after the first payment, 3rd time there wasn’t, 4th time there was a half price deal but I never wanted it apparently

    @ThreeUKSupport My husband's having the same issue on a different device, we're both using chrome. He's cleared his cache but to no avail, so he used the link provided and it worked. Doesn't make a massively good impression on new customers unfortunately.

    @ThreeUKSupport The first time it was sent back for apparently not having the invoice (package was never opened and invoice was inside).. next time some DHL mix up/loss/apparently theyd given me the wrong waybill number, then the weather is too bad to post?

    @ThreeUKSupport when you cancel a contract do you get confirmation straight away or will it be closer to the date of the 30 day cancellation period??
