@ThreeUKSupport Let me dumb this down. How do you expect me to use an online web chat link when it takes hours just to send a tweet with this almost non existent internet for the last 48h.

@ThreeUKSupport You went down for exactly 60mins last night at 11pm. And then 60mins again today at 00:34 and 05:47. Maybe we should only pay for the time you're actually providing a service.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your response, Kymberlie. As I say, it has happened several times over three days, and having rebooted my router a number of times, I'm confident that's not the issue. I'll let you know if it happens again.

@ThreeUKSupport is there a fault in Rhosneigr? Got reasonable 3G signal but actual data throughput is appalling.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, Laura. I have restarted the router, but as I say the problem seems bigger than that. It's been going down at unpredictable times, often for an hour or more, for four days now. Are Three aware of what the issue is? Clearly a lot of people are experiencing problems.

@ThreeUK so when is this internet issue going to be resolved it’s day 3 now with severe internet outages??
-
Kevin
(@longashtonkev) reported
@ThreeUKSupport The broadband went down again, this time for about an hour, so I presume the problem hasn't been fixed. I've rebooted the router again so I don't think that's the problem. Many thanks.

@ThreeUK You really need to get IG6 (the postcode) sorted, no network at all. Even though your website says it’s “covered”
