@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@ThreeUKSupport That's how this started and I am tired of being treated like garbage by Three. I want a specific contact to raise this issue with. The Support process just passes me from channel to channel. You are ignoring what I was told to get me to sign up. That's not right.

@bulgarianhols @ThreeUK I don't. I cancelled my contract but they refuse to give me any evidence that I cancelled my contract or an email address to write to to cancel my contract. They said they will send a bag for me to return my upgrade (arrived not working) but I don't believe that either.

@ThreeUKSupport WTF, that is a total misrepresentation. I am in the same council. And that still doesn't change what I was told that the service agreement could be altered if 5G wasn't available in my new area. That is what your online sales rep told me. Check your records.
