I’ve recently moved to NI and often visit ROI. I have to manually change my phone network Every Time I Cross The Border otherwise I’m always tied to @ThreeIreland. Absolutely ridiculous @ThreeUKSupport
@ThreeUKSupport You can have the device back. The reason i’m cancelling is because you no longer can provide a service to me. Why should I continue paying each month!! I already spoke to the network team, I’m still being made to pay. Daylight robbery

@ThreeUKSupport Guess what Three - was cut off yet again; went into a store who, kindly gave me details of various ways to make contact. Called, left a message, was advised i’d get a callback within 72 hours - that was last Tuesday - I’m still £30 down with no datapack!
@ThreeUKSupport I have indeed it’s time for three to become good network again and to be told there too many using mast etc is rubbish am paying over £50 for a contract a can’t use in half of Glasgow

@ThreeUKSupport Just gloss straight over the query and go straight into sales mode, trying to sell me an upgrade. I genuinely have never experienced customer service like this in my life
@ThreeUKSupport I'm now more frustrated at the fact it's been 9 days, and I keep being told different time frames, also can't seem to speak to a manager, and I have had to explain the situation 4 or 5 times now. Also when I call to query the progress of complaint the guys on the phone.....
