@kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

@ThreeUKSupport Guess what Three - was cut off yet again; went into a store who, kindly gave me details of various ways to make contact. Called, left a message, was advised i’d get a callback within 72 hours - that was last Tuesday - I’m still £30 down with no datapack!
@ThreeUKSupport I have indeed it’s time for three to become good network again and to be told there too many using mast etc is rubbish am paying over £50 for a contract a can’t use in half of Glasgow

@ThreeUKSupport Just gloss straight over the query and go straight into sales mode, trying to sell me an upgrade. I genuinely have never experienced customer service like this in my life
@ThreeUKSupport I'm now more frustrated at the fact it's been 9 days, and I keep being told different time frames, also can't seem to speak to a manager, and I have had to explain the situation 4 or 5 times now. Also when I call to query the progress of complaint the guys on the phone.....

@ThreeUKSupport your aftercare it absolutely disgusting and what makes it worse it's impossible to speak with a UK advisor... guessing it's because the aftercare service is do so so bad... Now I know why it takes so long to speak to anyone it's because you just don't care
@ThreeUKSupport Hiya customer aftercare team at 3 just like to make you aware that sending a mobile phone out as new when it's not is truly unfair and what makes it worse the audio on the phone is not working like it should ... Then to refuse to replace the handset You suck
Without a shadow of a doubt @ThreeUK is the WORST network provider in the whole of the UK. Imagine trying to keep me hostage after a 24 month contract & loose my number I have for over 16 years 🤢
