    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I am not a customer but you took £460 from my account on the 20th March. I have been speaking to customer service since 24th March and constantly been told it will 48hours … disgusting you have taken money out of my account without authorisation

    @kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

    Switched to @ThreeUK recently but I’m beginning to wish I hadn’t bothered. It’s been down more than it’s been up working. Yet again I’ve had no service all day. 🤬

    @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

    @ThreeUK Shweta from Finance Team is an absolute 5* member of staff she puts her time and effort in to her job her priority you can see is the customers not a can't be bothered to help you I will pass you over attitude I wish for her to be my account manager! She is the best.

    If I ever miss my assignment or can't submit pls blame @ThreeUK ..been complaining about my poor and slow data and WiFi for months but to no avail ..all I got was a letter increasing the bill and not checking about the poor connection which is given me mh issues like wtf
