@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

@ThreeUKSupport I should also say my wife is on Three and had the same problem. Ditto she’s never used the adult filter, checked My3 and it was off. She scanned a QR code at an airport bar for their menu on the way home and the adult content thing came up again.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kim. Signal is fine. I'm struggling to give you money! I want direct debits set up on all of my accounts with a pay day of the 1st. I had issues with the 3 app, so popped into store, who can't change payment details due to fraud, so I have to call the support line.

Absolutely regretting moving to @ThreeUKSupport Been a customer for 2 weeks and nothing but trouble. Handset supposed to be received today but @dpd_support felt it better to not deliver and just return it. Jokes of companies!
