    @kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

    @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

    @ThreeUK why is it my network coverage is getting worse nationwide. Almost non existent in my village. I am connected to WiFi calling g when at home.....but what when I venture outside?

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry for my late response, I’ve just tried this and the other sim is working perfectly. Though this time I am now getting a 4G signal on my new sim whereas I was getting only 3G in the same location pre-removal.

    @wine_alicious @ThreeUK Disgraceful service from @ThreeUK , forcing people to pay for a non existent service - you are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters. Never seen or heard anything like it, pay up for zero service. I wouldn't touch this organisation with a barge pole.

    @ThreeUK at the end of our wits, we took 5G broadband and had great service for 3 months! But since it's been shocking, and every time we bring this up we're told it's "ongoing maintenance". We keep reporting we keep getting a bad service, this is not what we signed up for as 1/2

    @theconvernation @ThreeUKSupport I've had this experience as well. 200-300M in the first few months, steadily dropping to around 25 now. I could begrudgingly live with this if the latency wasn't so awful (200ms), which makes streaming any video impossible.

    @ThreeUK my Internet signal is very slow today. I had no singal or very slow one , it don't say 4g it says h+ why is this . I pay for unlimited Internet and can't use it properly

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I’ve done that but still no signal on it, intermittent 3G on phone, is there an ETA on it being restored?
