    @kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

    @mick_miller @ThreeUK I had this a couple of years ago with Virgin mobile. Another guy down south had two phones registered in my name!! Turns out we have the same name but that's no bloody excuse. ITV was a nightmare. I even rang him and got a load of abuse. 😔Good luck Mick.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv never had this issue iv topped up my phone with an add on every month and it has worked fine I dont have any service its not only data is plain no signal . Also can you show me where it says that after two month it stoppa working ?

    @ThreeUKSupport “The call centre is having issues and can’t take calls - get through “the system is down so we can’t access your account” - “or the system is being upgraded and we can’t access your account” live chat = we can’t get into the system (then the chat closes before you can even speak)

    I'm banging my head against a brick wall with @ThreeUK their customer service stinks. I can't cancel a data sim because they have put someone else's details on to my account, so they won't talk to me because I can't give the other persons details! #arrrrggggh!

    @ThreeUK I’m trying to upgrade my 2nd contract and your call centre is STILL having issues. 4 weeks now. Like WTF? the contract expires today and your systems are incapable of letting me upgrade. This is a joke. Will be complaining to ombudsman about your complete lack of service

    @ThreeUKSupport So after my three stopped working, I contacted three online to know the reason, With in another 5 days I was back to three again with the same number. Couldn’t make the contact because of busy online service and phone call. My point is I am still three service user.

    Wasted 4 hours of my day, spoke to 9 different people to resolve a simple issue and nobody could fix it. Only got through to someone on the phone when I said I wanted to leave and they spent the time trying to sell me an upgrade? Bunch of dummies @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
