Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

I have been speaking to customer service since 24th March and constantly been told it will 48hours … disgusting you have taken money out of my account without authorisation
