@ThreeUK @Ofcom My father has died. I called three and they cut the service off without telling us. They told me that I would get a phone call within 3-5 working days. Today the phone isn't working. I AM NOT HAPPY. No one will now speak to me at without waiting for a letter

@ThreeUKSupport Hi DPD have been awful, we ended up paying them extra for a premium delivery and then I went and stood at the house they have been trying to deliver too so we could point them out to the correct house.

@ThreeUKSupport I only want to cancel the account, funnily enough because my UK bank account was shut and I don't have a way to make the payment. The payment I'm trying to make is a precursor to doing this. Should not be this difficult. In the meantime, please ensure you don't add more charges
