    @ThreeUKSupport I will try it but I think it's rather poor that my provider is asking me questions like this rather than having answers. It's the first time ever I've had any negative experience with Three so we'll not fall out just yet.

    @ThreeUK I was told by one of your telephone support people that the network in my area would be repaired by today. 0.4 Mbps doesn't seem very repaired to me. More of your shameless lies.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t use 4g for some reason, I turn mobile data on and get the 4g symbol but it doesn’t connect to the internet. My bills are all up to date, and the network coverage is fine with no issues. Please help

    @ThreeUKSupport I there I am getting very little signal especially indoors at PE6 8BS. Is there a problem? Bad timing unfortunately as I’m about to be out of contract and pondering if @O2 might be better?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have no receipt! It was a phone order. No contract email! Nothing! you’ve simply taken the money and appear to have no record of it! I’m fed up of having to call to explain the matter! I’ve wasted literally hours on the phone! How do I raise a formal complaint ?!
