@ThreeUK 3 times in as many months suggests total incompetence. I just cancelled my smarty sim on the spot. I’d rather pay dearer for a sim for a more RELIABLE service. To many times this happened get a grip and start sacking the ppl responsible

@ThreeUKSupport It's already gone down 3 times today @ThreeUKSupport how am I meant to phone you? How about you stop pretending and actually fix the problem and do a decent thing. I know start from square one again and not progress whilst the network fails multiple times.

@AdumaMum @ThreeUK Also do a ofcom coverage checker, it’ll show 5g availability and how good it is indoors and outdoors, all networks give you a 14 day cease if you don’t get a good connection, if you have friends on another network I’d suggest trying their sim in the 5g router to see how it runs

@ThreeUK An absolute joke of a company. Can’t even do basic things like top up when you need to. Keep telling me about service downtime on Saturday, yet the service is down now. Shambles from start to finish, absolutely are

@ThreeUKSupport your network has failed 4 times today... A totally unreliable and unacceptable service from a poor company. I like how your customer support team has stopped replying it's a shame that your technical team isn't fixing the issue
