Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

If you come out the window. I spoke 2 weeks ago and they haven’t sorted it. It’s very distressing and I am going round in circles. Poor show @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone. This chat for this is. No good.

@ThreeUKSupport I already did this, and no further clarification was provided. I was told to wait until three review my issue and reactivate my phone.

@bethanlguy @ThreeUK Either it’s new for this month and this month only or they messed up and trying to blame me. Been with them over 10 years, on this contract for over 2 years and never run out of data.

@ThreeUKSupport I just dont understand why I cannot talk to the team that needs to review and fix this, so that we can get my phone working. How can a company disconnect someone's phone without warning. Or without recourse to be able to speak to the team to fix it.

@StrugglingMamma @ThreeUK I was with them for around the same amount of time and they wanted to triple my sim only bill for the same thing. So I swiftly left. They’re customer service and incidents like this are happening more and more 🙃.

@ThreeUKSupport That's a shame - sky would save me almost £15 per month across the 4 and allow us to share unused data. You are missing a trick. Been a 3 customer for longer than I can remember - maybe time to move on.

@alistairclare @ThreeUK I went down to 12gb which saved ~ £2 per month But then needed a fair bit more when away for a few weekends in summer and the data bolt ons are so absurdly expensive that if you think you’ll need one more than twice a year, it’s cheaper to be unlimited

@ThreeUK roaming charges coming in with any upgrade despite suggesting you wouldn’t. Still no support for Watch. Like many others, when my contract is up, I’m off, it was only that you’d said roaming charges wouldn’t come back that made me stay
