    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been cut off twice now by your phone support team, both after a 2 hour “just wait on hold a moment please”. I’m trying to end my broadband contract early because you’re not proving a decent signal and haven’t done for years. Is cutting me off deliberate?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried this method on several occasions but it fails to proceed to activating saying there is 'an error'. Again promised today by your 'customer service dept' that all will be sorted today.....l don't hold much hope of that after many promises 😠

    @ThreeUKSupport He has an esim, and was never told that you were suspeding the trial, we were under the impression that after a period of trial, Three will roll out esim nationwide. However, he now needs to change his phone and has been unable to activate the esim on the new phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK completely useless support from Three. Signed up for 6 months half price, not receiving discount. Three Live Chat agreed and said it would be fixed. 3 months later, not fixed and being ignored by Three Customer Support even after raising a complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4G still isn't working. It's been weeks now and I honestly don't know what I am paying for because at this point I have a phone that doesn't work outside of my home WIFI. Someone on we chat told me it’d be fixed tomorrow. But I’ve been given the same excuse before.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s just to a standard number. I have been able to reply using WhatsApp though as I just kept getting message failed. Sadly my postcode has continuous issues so this isn’t a surprise

    @ThreeUKSupport 23rd? Ouch! It's not just tethering that's the issue, general browsing on phones are as bad, we don't have a home internet connection so rely on the signal for internet access and tethering to household devices, but it's completely unusable for any of this at the moment
