    @ThreeUK you’ve sold me a faulty product and are trying to charge me over £300 even though I’ve returned it. Your live chat team are not even investigating my complaint. This is a joke!

    @ThreeUK Not really reassuring. As I have network problems on a daily basis. Sometimes I have no Mobile signal at all. But let's hope you can fix this huge problem with your network. As my contact is due to run out in December. And quite frankly it looks like a move is on the cards.

    @ThreeUK … This is the 6th time I have contacted 3 regarding the matter and I am no closer to it being resolved. I got told on 29th March that it would be resolved within 48 hours, it is now almost May. Absolutely diabolical customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't understand why there has to be a 'security process' to make an anonymous top-up. But notwithstanding, the child has severe trust issues, and won't install the app on his phone (and if he did, we wouldn't want our card details held on his phone for obvious reasons).

    @Everbridge All your press releases say you successfully operated the £22m UK emergency alert trial. I'm on @ThreeUK and still haven't had my alert, where no change to my notifications to disable the service. How many others also failed to be alerted by your "successful" system?

    @ThreeUK just used your chat service was told 0344 numbers are not within my inclusive minutes .... This is in contraventions with Ofcom ... Can you please confirm if 03 numbers are part of my unlimited minutes
