    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve reset it and this morning we have absolutely nothing again. I’m starting to lose my cool and I’m going to cancel my contract if this isn’t resolved soon as I rely on the internet for income.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m in Mexico City and trying to add a data passport. The link texted doesn’t work, goes to a landing page with no data passport option. Stuck not able to use my phone without it, and can’t get through on 333 to anyone live. Help??

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah the support team couldn’t help any further. The technical team said they would investigate. Ive actually gone through the process 3 times now. Just frustrated to be honest. Long time without any fix.

    My wife is on hold again to her 3rd @ThreeUKSupport chat operator after a 170% price increase. Her bill has zero data and just 110 text messages. Crap service!

    Third day running that I have had to put my phone into airplane mode because @ThreeUKSupport cannot keep a signal up. Network status has said there is a problem, been saying that three days. Looking at ways of getting out of this contract under sale of goods/services. WA14
