Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@epilepeclectic @O2 I was a loyal o2 customer for 20 plus years. I ended my contract and went with @ThreeUK because they upped my monthly contract and wouldn’t change it, customer care since has been awful trying to pay remaining balance of £5 something and getting threats in the post!

Don’t join @ThreeUK been a customer 8 years and they’re telling me a new customer will get a better deal £12 a month while I pay £25 a month for a the (same) sim only contract like the sim comes with superpowers or something. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

@ChloeWD38 @O2 @ThreeUK Have letters from them saying the fraud team who have tried to contact me. Total lies as no one has called and each time I contact them I fail the security questions because I never set an account up in the first place. Now I just get asked to DM them, but still nothing.

Since my sim only contract ending I can’t decide which network provider to go for since I have been with threeUK which honestly the worst service I have experienced with. Anyone on EE? What is your thoughts? Do you think £18.40 for 123GB data, unlimited min and text is good?
