    @ThreeUKSupport Shame no one was keen to help during two hours of phone calls. been billed twice since despite being told we just need to send the router back. We did this immediately and were told no we hadn't even when we supplied 2 lots of proof. Bloody useless company. Never again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not much use.... I can't make calls from my phone because there is no service due to the ongoing work... and I don't have a landline because I bought a Three mobile contract with unlimited calls and data!!

    @ThreeUK Customer service have not been any help and the guy I was just off of the phone with asked me to restart my mobile and said he would call me back in 3 mins and 20 mins later still no call lol...

    @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK This does NOT put money in poor people's pockets the big businesses will barely miss this data, another gimmick by a government that has zero poverty policies, being supported by a increasingly looking weak Labour party!!

    I take it back, reset my @ThreeUK broadband router and its been great since with decent speeds. Same can't be said for @EE tho, apparently there is an issue in my area, would have been nice for them to inform me instead of having to find out by checking their website 🤦

    @ThreeUKSupport I have called your customer service team 5 days in a row to request a proof of purchase invoice for an insurance claim. Every time I have been promised it via email within an hour yet 5 days later I still do not have anything!! This is terrible customer service!!!

    @ThreeUK My data has been notoriously slow for a while now, to the point I only use WiFi now. I am temporarily staying somewhere without WiFi and have to use my data again now and it is slower than paint drying.

    @ThreeUK 3 must be right up there with the worst customer service... Was promised a refund in 3 days... didn’t happen. Queried the refund, was told in would be in my account next day... still nothing. Called up to query the above and advisor cut me off #ServiceAtItsBest 👏
