@katebevan @ThreeUK I'm on ID Mobile (which is 3 network) and got it.

  • JitEspresso Jitesh Parbhu ⚡ (@JitEspresso) reported

@ThreeUK Hi, Please can you let the government know to Enable Emergency Text Alert to Every mobile carriers in UK cause some people have there Emergency Alerts Off on there phone. So if there's a Tsunami atleast both Emergency Alert Nottification and Text can be sent out to customers.

  • Julianhardwick6 Julian hardwick (@Julianhardwick6) reported

@NedHartley @ThreeUK Didn't expect any other outcome from 3 , the most impossible to contact network ever and so difficult to talk to about anything other than upgrades and spending more money 💰

  • cityblue2001 cityblue2001 (@cityblue2001) reported

@MarkStanford05 @ThreeUK Probably easier to switch to a different network that isn't incompetent on such a massive scale. They had one job.

  • JeffCarnage Josh Jeffery (@JeffCarnage) reported

@simlew86 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport They’re terrible. It’s happened every single time I’ve gone away. When I ring up, they’re useless, and blame me(!). I’ve been a customer for 20 years. They don’t give a toss.

  • HorseyPete CJ (@HorseyPete) reported

So @ThreeUK can’t give you signal anywhere (even the capital city due to “too much traffic), and they also don’t care if you’re part of the emergency alert system. Guess I’ll just die then 👍🏻 #uselessNetwork

  • p0welly Andy Powell @p0welly@mastodon.me.uk (@p0welly) reported

@JaxxAI @ThreeUK Yeah but their unlimited data is cheap so it’s not all bad.

  • JamesRail269 James R (@JamesRail269) reported

@SiennaGray_13 @RachaelGoucher @ThreeUK If one rang, then no, the tower relayed the signal. Are all the devices the same make and on the same tarriff/carrier network? It could be any number of different issues really, without seeing it all in front of me. I'd contact your mobile provider, see what they say...

  • cityblue2001 cityblue2001 (@cityblue2001) reported

@neilsnew @ThreeUK My solution will be to move all my 3 contracts to a different network that isn't incompetently managed as there's plenty of choice. The 3 network is terrible and now they've confirmed it.

  • sparkyboy72 XRP-Sparky (@sparkyboy72) reported

@ThreeUK Not received but wasn't expecting to as I turned off the emergency notifications 👍
