Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

Then when it came to closing account due to leaving the UK for good, send few more bills for unused service. End up forced to pay for not being available at my UK address to receive mail in bills!
