@ThreeUKSupport I fear 21/2 is having considerable problems putting London onto 5g drove 75 miles on thursday, Los more times than up, A46 to Grantham coverage is getting worse here in rural Lincolnshire!

@ThreeUKSupport well so far over the last week we’ve had virtually NO support from you!! Visit the store - we can’t help - ring and get a code! Got the code - rang to access support - no reply after 1/2 hour. Visit store - no you’ve got the wrong code, ring after 6!!! HELP!!

@ThreeUKSupport Good morning. I was told my complaint would definitely be resolved yesterday but I got a call yesterday saying it would be resolved today. It probably won’t be… What a shambles… I was assured money owed to me would be paid within 5 working days weeks ago 😩
