    @ThreeUKSupport @bob8278373 I sent a formal letter of complaint by registered post. They signed for it, and still lost it. They have no record it it. Sales person said Three had mis-sold it to us and someone would call us back. That was over a week ago. I think we're heading for the small claims court...

    @ThreeUK shocking customer service received today from this company! Been a loyal customer 10 years & got the iPhone 12 4 weeks ago, already had a replacement phone as the first one I received was faulty! Received a replacement 2 weeks ago and the same has happened!
