Ordered the router to be delivered to my existing home, because I'm not in the new one yet. Found out the TV doesn't get sent until 32 days after the order.

I contacted before that date to prevent it switching but CS is now saying I switched on a completely different date that was never mentioned in the messages. Never mind, just disappointed in the service.
