    @jmstern84 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When I “spoke” to Three on Saturday via chat they first said there was not issue, then that there was one which could take up to 7 days to rectify (but that they didn’t actually know what the issue was!)

    Two days of little to no @ThreeUK 4g or broadband signal at home and in the surrounding area, and two days of little to no acknowledgment or communication from @ThreeUKSupport No point contacting their engineers as they don’t know what is going on.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’d be very interested to know how your advisors are able to take personal information, talk about a problem & give false information and then not save a record of the conversation? Huge GDPR concern. Thankfully I saved the transcript.

    @ThreeUK absolutely diabolical customer service I have experienced. Very unhelpful to sort anything out and been going around in circles with the issue with no clear resolution. Customer complaints team are unhelpful. Advise to stay away. Ombudsman will be contacted.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK the stability of my router is still terrible and no one’s doing anything about it, the customer service seems just as unreliable as the connection - no one’s done anything to help! Still!
