    @ThreeUKSupport @AK_907_Queen had the same crap, tried to stop it after xmas due to not having the correct amount of money and the guy i spoke to agreed. They still took it, and to top it off the cost went up, will be cancelling as soon as i can. **** customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport Erm, really don't know about the SIM card. Maybe 2018. I've had issues in Wrexham, Bristol and now Southampton today. Been getting worse for a while though. Very much a first world problem and there are far greater issues out in the world, but I'd not had to ask for WiFi in years

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have said it before and I will say it again! The service is shocking!! Wembley stadium this time!! No signal, can’t text my wife, other people are SPEAKING on there phones! And what’s worse you sponsor my beloved @ChelseaFC!! I’m actually ashamed!!

    Inept customer service skills with @ThreeUK … you’d think changing your direct debit payment date due to change of job and salary payment would be simple …. Nope! App declines. Chat Agent wants to chat and not resolve. I have a life, tech should make these things simple! 🤯
