@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport not only I place a complain only to be sent a letter asking me to complain to the watchdog as they don’t care. Call their customer service and they bluntly say we can’t do anything feel free to cancel the contract.

Appalling customer service from @EE as per usual. Hung up on in the middle of a call about cancelling my contract. After being sent round the houses to cancel a contract that expired last year. Now paying for the privilege of another 30 days 🙄 this is why I’m now with @ThreeUK
