Keith Flitton (@keithflitton) reported from Banbury, England@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!

Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

Tanzanian Terrier 🇬🇧🇹🇿🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@petronious) reportedYears ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.
