No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people
