@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

@ThreeUKSupport My internet was running well after Thursday but it has again gone back now to being very slow, my postcode is so40 4US, I know the upgrades are due to be finished tomorrow but it very inconvenient for it be to slow at the moment as I have online work to do.

@ThreeUKSupport Had my sim about 3 years now, maybe just over. Still having issues when I leave the house. Yes, you are right I have done all the restarts etc. Went for a walk earlier and had to go to mobile network again and re choose 4g took a couple of minutes, but came back eventyally

Hi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK , it would appear you told a lot of people (me included) that we would take delivery of the S21 Ultra today (26th). Customer service confirmed that still even yesterday. I still have no tracking and DPD say they have no parcel for me. Can you explain?
