@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@Ofcom is there a standard practice for access to a phone number/PAC if you cancel during the 14 day cooling off period? @ThreeUK think it’s ok to hold phone numbers hostage with no service or a PAC which I don’t think is acceptable

@ThreeUKSupport Right the problem is with the sim. In my opinion, it does securely fit into the base of the 5g hub, there is no 'click' as described in your online video. Apparently the sim has been activated but the hub still says ' no sim inserted'
