No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Got cut off, no phone back, waited in queues and got told that they can’t make any guarantees. After 18 years as a customer…I think it’s time to make a switch…
