    @ThreeUKSupport Well I just went to the shop and was told you couldn’t help. I was told to go as a ‘security measure’ to show my ID. Got sent away. I’m sick to my teeth of this you’ve left me no options to cancel this whatsoever I need this sorted immediately.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Scott. Thanks for the quick response. I’ve noticed in Stoke Newington/Dalston (near where I live) I have 5 bars but no service lately. Also last night in Soho, no signal. And Kensington area is spotty at best - always saying I have signal though.
