@ThreeUKSupport 3 is worst network operator. Every month charging £75 without signal. I have to get out from my house to receive or make a phone call. 4 mins song take 25-30 minutes to listen. I been in store many times. Answer absolutely rubbish. " we are spending 4 billion pounds maintenance.

can’t believe @ThreeUK making me pay for a contract that ended in 2017 that i tried to cancel because they sent me the wrong barcode! paying for a sim that hasn’t been in a phone and won’t be for two months :(

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Outsourcing is a source of fraud and causes misery to your customers. It is inefficient and I have lost £151.44 as a result. Move back to UK based support and employ as many Indians as you like. Stop being an unreliable network and dish out quality of service. Lives depend on it.
