    Paid the early termination charge to escape @ThreeUK thats how bad they are. Shite service, no signal, terrible website, stupid authentication nonsense they send to my son’s phone that we can’t change. Choose life, choose anyone but @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK why on gods earth has it took from 3pm today until 8:53pm on your live chat to try and arrange an upgrade and I’m still not complete? I have literally spent a full school day on live chat to some absolute fool! You have absolutely let yourself down!

    Love how @ThreeUK sent me a message today to say I could now also use Vodafone signal in my area, but it’s actually now worse than when it was just Three 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told you would send me bags to return my mobile wifi devices. I have not received anything. Your phone support is not working and I can't register an account because they are wifi sim cards so can't receive a text

    @ThreeUK are just pure robbers, most of the time their network is down and upon selling their contracts they don’t give u the full information! Would not recommend this network to anyone and would not renew my contract with these in future!
