@thisisjmx @ThreeUK @rootmetrics It's nice when Three works properly. But where I live in Llandough Three are sadly beyond useless. I'm pleased you're happy though James. As the industry saying goes...the best network is the one that works for you where and when you want it to.

@thisisjmx @ThreeUK @rootmetrics This must be a very late and not so funny April fool's joke. Three are AWFUL in the areas stated with one exception ie by the Maindy Barracks where there's a Three mast wielding 1.2 Gb/sec. In Penarth where I live they're so bad I've paid to get of of my contract.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi do you know if there are any issues with the network in the DN16 region as my friends internet dongle connects but there is no signal, there has been issues with the phones and dongle for the past 4 or 5 days, the phones are ok but not the dongle thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried the online chat and they told me I need to call. Once again, spent half an hour running checks on the phone only to be told it's a network issue. I go through this every time! Last time they admitted that there's a problem with a local mast. When will it be sorted?

@ThreeUK how can I get help with my 5G hub which isn’t working. Internet was fine for a month and then it’s started being really slow and won’t connect to TV and phone. Can’t speak to someone online as don’t know what my 3 phone number is!
