@ThreeUKSupport I don’t have phone service and I reported this on Monday 10th Oct and Three said it would 3-5 days. I called them today they are saying they will put the request in now and it would take another 5 days!! This is terrible I have 10 days of no service

@ThreeUKSupport I think this is the problem, according to their tech dept. Perhaps you can find a better way, as other providers do not bump us off. Can the IP lease be extended? At the moment it isn't fit for purpose.

@ThreeUKSupport I previously had a booster due to the poor signal in my area but this no longer works. I have a SIM only unlimited account. I am a customer of many years.

Looks like I’ll be joining @ThreeUK and you’ll lose another customer to churn. PS prior to this had been postpaid/prepaid @VodafoneUK customer for a number of years.

@Ny1Original It’s appalling how people literally don’t care about customer retention anymore… @ThreeUK are really bad for mobile services! Check aviva out hon, not on comparison websites but v competitive.
