    @ThreeUKSupport The texts didn't say what plan and how much. She didn't understand what to do. Ive only just been able to help her through it as she doesn't understand as she's elderly and not good with technology.

    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking customer service, trying to cancel a contract, one day to go and telling me I have to pay over £200. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. See you in court.
