@ThreeUKSupport Hi, Will this issue ever be fixed because the internet is unusable in the day less than 1 Mbps. On your status checker it says that everything is fine. Me and a few people I know on three have been facing the same issue since October. Is there a fix date for this issue ?

@ThreeUKSupport The ombudsman website states I need certain information off three to complain, I have raised the complaint with three and requested the relevant information as part of the complaint but to look into the complaint three are requesting my postcode but repeatedly tell me it is wrong

I’m paying a lot for a sim that doesn’t work every couple of days @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport this has gone on for half a year now and I’m tired. I need my data and rely on it to get things done. The service and network has gotten worse and frankly is unacceptable.
