So, @ThreeUK I realized that I must’ve made a mistake bc I didn’t get the verification email. So I’m like okay, let me see if I can reregister. Nope, it’s an endless loop. So I’m like, I need support. So I find the support page and ask to chat w/someone bc I hate the phone. Ok.

@ThreeUK i do not know why your company still exist. The worst experience when it comes to using your pay as you go sim on vacation. Constant no signal in an urban above ground area. Even in a train station there is no signal. I would not tell ppl to use your service

@ThreeUK I’ve just been to @Butlins in Skegness for the weekend and I’ve had no signal or data. I couldn’t use their Wi-Fi because I had no data to use to access the Wi-Fi. we’ll be back next year but if I can’t get a signal I may consider changing network. Our nephew had 5G

@ThreeUKSupport I can upgrade or leave in April and because of your more expensive pricing structure I actually looked at another network called ID mobile that's running on three and is basically using your old method for pricing and it's way cheaper with unlimited and a new phone!.

@GorgonCity @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 3. I had to be passed around so many times. Being told to call back tomorrow, or call a different number. They didn’t believe I told them to cancel it a year ago until I asked to speak with complaints department! Awful experience. Disgusting company.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the signal at LA23 has been really poor all day, intermittently cutting out on my phone but my Three broadband hub literally will only connect for perhaps a minute every hour or so. Any idea when the signal will be fixed?
