    Hi @ThreeUK - I’m not in the UK at the moment and my phone has No Service. I’m PAYG and topped up a few days ago but still no service. I can’t even receive a text to view my account online. I can’t access security codes for online banking or from Microsoft etc. Please help!

    @ThreeUKSupport shocking service. Upgrade isn’t coming today even tho confirmation email says so. Due date is a month away and I know my local store has it in stock. Told I can only reverse upgrade and can’t get it today. Poor is not the word.

    @ThreeUK Turns out you’ve been overcharging me £43 a month for the last 6 months. In order to avoid this I apparently have to move to a contract with inferior terms? Terrible customer service, stealing money from your customers.
