Hey @ThreeUK - second year in a row that an account I never opened associated with my address in 2018 is dinging my @ExperianExperts credit score. It was resolved last year April 17, 2020 and showing up on my score again today. What's going on?

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve terminated my contract early because of poor signal. You’ve sent my PAC code to the number that’s been disconnected and all “security procedures” require me to receive texts with codes in them - to the disconnected number. Your complaints team think the way I’ve been (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, called them twice since I am trying to do the trade in. I don't understand why they don't check with Three. It should not take long to resolve the issue.

@Imperfecting_It @ThreeUK I'm having the same problem. 10+ nuisance calls every single day. How do they get ahold of our numbers? And what is @ThreeUK doing to combat this? It's getting to a point where I'm considering changing my number, which would be a real hassle.
