    Got email from @virginmedia: 120Mbps broadband +£7pm, no charge cancel if I'm not happy. I had to practically beg the guy on the phone to cancel it. If u're wondering, I got a @ThreeUK 5G router on 24m contract for £20pm & hit 520Mpbs + 50% discount on 5G unlimited for mobile.

    @ThreeUKSupport What do you plan on doing to fix this? My billing date was changed without my knowledge amongst other issues and no one will let me complain. I’ve contacted the financial ombudsman at this point

    @ThreeUKSupport So they got back to me. Can you guess what they said? "Follow the ridiculous long winded instructions for resetting your memorable information on an account you no longer have..." Appalling customer service...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Joe, it just never connects... Seemed to work fine when I first got the phone, now nothing. No changes in hardware my side from a WiFi perspective.

    @ThreeUK hi, I renewed my SIM Only contract and was told I would get 6 months discounted to half price, for which I have email proof. However it's only 2 months in and you've taken a direct debit for the full amount. Please help with this
