@ThreeUK I’m in Norfolk on holiday. My husband (with @EE ) has had a good connection- I’m using his data now, but mine has been really poor. Any plans to improve? I’m wondering whether to switch as we’re here regularly.

@SuperSaf @ThreeUK Three is a joke mate, I know this is an ad but I'm on 3 now. Never had worse signal all around the UK. Literally struggle to make calls unless I'm on WiFi Calling. My Snapchats, emails etc don't come through until on on wifi either. Nightmare

@ThreeUKSupport I have this used to be a constant issue in Glasgow city centre had been advised before to switch to 3G and that worked but my new phone only has 4G and 5G options

@ThreeUKSupport Getting great download speeds from my 5G broadband - over 100Mbits/s at peak. However, upload speeds are poor at average 3-4Mbits/s. Can we please get a boost for upload? Gaming really needs 10Mbits/s upload for Xbox etc and work video calls would benefit too.

Being a @ThreeUK customer really makes me appreciate WiFi. Which I don’t have for a whole week so stuck hotspotting to my wife’s phone who is with a proper network that, you know, works.

@ThreeUKSupport the data speed is so bad now whats going on ? Getting less that 1Mb speed It's been dodgy for months. Bt17 postcode area .my broadband was out until the thismorning and I was unable to use my data at all
