    @ThreeUK when are you going to do something about the signal in PL6 area you claim to have already done something about it since you merged with @vodafone but you haven't cuz I'm still getting the same crap signal my house is half mile away from nearest mast

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?

    I've been using @ThreeUK for a long time and was usually happy with it, but for the last two days the internet has been incredibly bad... It's almost completely unresponsive. It's really disappointing that it's this bad in London. @ThreeUKSupport

    @stevejh1973 @ThreeUK did you ever get your wifi calling working? mines been out for about two weeks now and nothing i do seems to fix it! it’s infuriating
