@ThreeUKSupport so me and the partner will not be renewing our contracts with three because of the lack of decent service over the last 6 months. I've been Constantly told there are issues in my area that will be fixed "within the next week"... Obviously not... 😡😔

I know it was possible to get an exemption if you were stuck abroad because of COVID but I missed this. It would be reasonable for #threeUK to charge international rates, but cutting my account off (whilst still charging me for service!) is unreasonable.
