@ThreeUKSupport That’s the problem - no number on their website and their chat function isn’t available because my item isn’t even listed (yet I can track it). If they fail again today, I’d like you to take ownership of this and send via a different courier or Royal Mail.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport i have asked to cancel my 5g hub twice over the last 2 weeks as it doesn't work!!! everytime u say u can't cancel it till I return the router and say you'll send prepaid postage but it doesn't come.

@AndrewIArmour @ThreeUK I just found out about this. That was my main reason for staying with @ThreeUK I didn’t use loads of data or calls but I did travel. Time to go back to SIM swapping when abroad. I was with three for 15 years and always advocated their service - leaving soon.
