    @ThreeUK where can I file a complain about your cancelations department? asked to terminate my account back in October and you decided to reactivate my sim after sending me a code I said I didn't need.... your email and online chat service is useless at best.

    @ThreeUKSupport currently sat in Weston Super Mare, my partner's phone on Smarty has 4G+ my 5G phone has got "H" seems to be common around the UK that I've never got proper signal.

    @ThreeUK Trying to register for My3 for my 5g router. How am I supposed to receive an sms code? The option for email is blocked out. All the basics are never simple with 3.

    Dear @ThreeUK at which point does your lack of service mean I can just not pay my bill until it is rectified? I’m shocked at how bad your 4g network has been and I’m seriously considering leaving for a better provider 👍
