@JD_pilot Hi Jon, sorry this has caused so much confusion. Are you a ThreeUK customer? Do you have a Three account number starting with a 9? If so, then we use dynamic IP assignment, so you can't get a fixed IP address on a personal contract -Kirsty

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, called three. Wife escalated to complaint to Abdul who put request in yesterday . No notification by text or email as expected that it’s on it’s way and nothing received. About 5 requests have gone in now , every time been told it’s on its way and nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport S42 7LF - What frustrates me most is trying to report it, your support team simply transfer me around until they drop the call. I have 3 contracts with Three and feel like it’s the worst decision I ever made.

@SarahRi81170844 @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Provide extra funds and resources so schools can use outside agencies when lock down is lifted, so not all the extra work is piled on the teaching staff maybe.

I cannot wait to free myself from the shackles of @ThreeUK. Never in my life have I experienced days without any service as frequently as I have with this shambles of a company. I've had no broadband all day because of 'signal disruption' and I can't keep living like this 🤬😤

@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with the mast that serves the le131nd area. 4g has always been non-existent however 2g and 3g I get afull signal however the data stalls and I have to disconnect and reconnect the mobile to get it to work
