@ThreeUK I only received it when I had signal - it’s very rare that I have any bars of signal where I live so I rely on wifi calling. It seems the emergency alert system relies on phones actually having reliable signal.

@ThreeUK Both myself and my bf didn't receive the alert or text message we're both on your network both with Samsung phones but mine is a s20fe5g, his is the J3 , I'm on contact he is on payg. I have alerts enabled, and up to date os, not sure if his has this and can't update Os.
