@ThreeUKSupport Not really. I make most of my calls at home or at work. But this morning a colleague on three had the same problem and said he experiences it all the time. Whi h makes me think its an issue with three and not the phone.

phone data package but router has been showing poor signal and blue light (indicating only 4G) all day and flicking between 1 and 2 lights instead of the usual 3 for signal strength. I currently have an okay 4G signal on my phone but it could drop again any time. @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Phone has been restarted so has home internet, still not working it’s effecting both mobile phones we have With you and home internet. This is day 4 and no one wants to help. My husband was told there was an issues 3 days ago!

Twitter, please help. Someone I know has been caught out by an SMS scam, receiving texts (which they did NOT sign up to) from 85222, costing £1.50 a time. They can’t unsubscribe or stop the texts, @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport say it’s not their problem. What can this person do?

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. I went to 3shop and shop assistant open new account for me.he ordered the phone and I paid £30 upfront.he told me that I can cancel my account in next 28days. I’ve cancelled the account next day but 3network hasn’t refunded me the money.
