@ThreeUKSupport everytime I call because my service is slow I am given a different excuse. Today I was told to "force stop on apps then your Internet will definitely work" so I've had to take the time to do that and nothing has been resolved. Its ridiculous. @ThreeUK is the worst

@ThreeUKSupport It happens in many areas on the M4 on the way to Reading from LHR and in Wembley too. I'm sure other areas are affected. The only fix I can think of is to not allow 5g connection but what's the point? This has been happening for months.

@ThreeUKSupport Prior to 5g I used 4g mainly without problems. It does get frustrating when it happens this much. I believe I have had my sim card for 4 yrs or more. 5g is only a problem when moving around like driving or cycling as it won't give an accurate location and switches between 5 & 4g.
