It's difficult to articulate how completely useless the @ThreeUK website log-in or mobile App is. Most times I try to use it, it doesn't work. Considering this is the primary way of interacting with them as a service provider, it really isn't acceptable. #Hopeless

@ThreeUKSupport Is there an issue with website? Keep getting a "We're having some problems" message when I login. Then I get a text with a security code, but nowhere to enter it and no idea what it's for. Did a live chat, and was told to reset my password which hasn't helped

@ThreeUKSupport Managed to fix finally, think it's something to do with latest android update, I had to go into Play store and update Samsung Webview, maybe worth putting something out there from your side as its happening to loads of people

@ThreeUK can't access my account without the number, to get the number I need to input my email address, every time I do that it says 'technical issues'. Do you have a number I can call without again, needing the number?
