@ThreeUKSupport The manager couldn't waive the fee, so it would be £29 fee for an early upgrade. My app has said I can do it tomorrow no fee, so they suggested going back tomorrow. I have chanced my luck going a day early but I've gone before and had better options. Customer since early 2000s!

@ThreeUK I am a bit disappointed, long term customer since the Superdrug store stand days. Went in store for an upgrade 1 day early and they wanted me to pay an early upgrade fee. Where's the incentive to keep the long term customers?
