Hi @ThreeUK 👋🏼 New customer for a week now and I’m still waiting for my number to be transferred to my new phone. Had a text two days ago to say it’ll be done that night, still hasn’t. I’m missing vital texts as a key worker, this needs sorting ASAP.

@ThreeUK Whomever I dial, I get an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." How can you fix this? Been happening for a few days now.

@ThreeUKSupport The "floor walker" who called me following my negative feedback was very good. Open and honest, didn't set unreasonable expectations and told me what the planned upgrade was. Now I know it isn't a straightforward fix I can reset my expectations and plan accordingly.

@ThreeUK I have had numerous emails going back and fourth with ThreeUK with no satisfaction, they asked for information to reset my account and then they tell me to go online and reset it, are they stupid? YES I THINK SO. @R_Finnegan_UK @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport I am not calling again. I get the same story every time. I know I’m not alone. ThreeUK is clearly in breach of its contracts with customers. I would like advice on how to cancel ALL my contracts and receive refund

@ThreeUKSupport PE13 5LH Interestingly when on the mobile network it connects at H+ but if you switch to airplane mode and back it connects at 4G. Will try it in King's Lynn tomorrow as I have to go there for an appointment.
