@ThreeUKSupport I got a notification “no sim” while using my 4G, as it was just renewed earlier today. All service has been dropped, I’ve turned my phone on power off and restarted. Can’t ring anybody, nor answer calls and 4G isn’t available to turn on via settings. I need help.

@ThreeUK Hi, I’m a very loyal Three customer for years with many contracts. However I’m getting frustrated at the delay in your e-sim rollout. I was told at the beginning of the year that it would be ‘soon’ and here we are October! 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Three cannot help me as all you’ve done is make my life miserable.tell me to pay a certain amount and although phone was disconnected u then put another payment on top,now I am back at square one,no connected phone and still in debt,I cannot wait to end this contract

I move from Giffgaff to @ThreeUK on PAYG and signal and speed is great, I get PAC code and transfer number so now I'm happy with the service,so I want to move to a monthly plan, so I speak to sales who tell me the Three number they are calling me on is terminated. So I give up.
