  • tgcalabaca Tiago (@tgcalabaca) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. I will. Thanks. And I am sorry if I am sounding rude. I know it’s not your fault, but still, it’s frustrating to know I am paying everything on time, no problems and not having access to a service I am paying, especially regarding communication which is necessary for me.

  • jorodayoffa georgi prodanov (@jorodayoffa) reported

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK The only issue with Three is that sily 3G you often get stuck on when 4G800 is available. EE will easy move you from 4G1800 to 4G800 and vice versa. In area where EE/3 have 4G1800 and 4G800 EE will keep you on Band 3 until its really useless but 3 will get you on to 3G for ages

  • stan_butler84 RichT (@stan_butler84) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well isn't that a stupid system, I should be allowed to login to either of my accounts regardless of the connection, what a silly silly system you have

  • jacksondanield4 Daniel Jackson (@jacksondanield4) reported

@ThreeUKSupport recently I’m having constant problems with my 4g internet connection while out and about and I’m having to constantly reboot my phone to try and get it to work. Is there a reason it wouldn’t be working as well as it should be

  • JoelDidcott Joel Didcott (@JoelDidcott) reported

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I had contacted you previously, I was told that you offer no guarantee of service indoors. Despite stating that other family members were suffering from the same issue across multiple locations, I was advised to factory reset MY phone... I will DM you though, no harm in trying.

  • burmz83 Victor Burmeister (@burmz83) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It just comes up with a message saying that my address is not recognised. Not a new build, and the first time I’ve had this issue with anyone so I suspect it’s a glitch somewhere. Can I DM my address to someone perhaps?
