    @ThreeUKSupport Where is my money? Where is the phone call from Complains department?After alls theses years with 3 contracts on three, they are treating me like a ****. I will issue a SAR and see no alternative but the take it to ombudsman.

    @ThreeUK I was told by 2 sales reps that your Home Broadband service supports static IP. I ordered the product and as advised called up to arrange static IP to be told it is not an option? This is a deal breaker for me can it be done as promised?

    @A138967 @ThreeUK Made a promise to myself in 2013 that I’d never go with them ever again after their awful service for 2 years and haven’t looked back since. @EE have had my back since. Worth paying extra for decent service.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please confirm that there will be no 4G reception in the Paddington (London W2) area until May. Customer services were not very clear nor helpful.
