@ThreeUKSupport i upgraded with your phone company a couple months ago.. i was promised that as i’ve been a long serving customer for a number of years that i would get to keep my free world roaming benefits (for anywhere). however, this seems to not be true!

@ThreeUKSupport That's the thing. I haven't got the phone. Ordered 26th of December. Bill came into effect 1st of Jan including the price of the handset. Direct debit date 20th Jan ( including phone ) 1st Feb phone may be delivered. And no solution has been offered

Absolutely appalling customer service from @ThreeUK and DPD.. received email 15:16 stating parcel delivered 21:59 on that same day.. didn’t know they could deliver to the future. This was 2 weeks ago and I’ve still not received my handset, despite several unhelpful calls.

Changed from @VodafoneUK to @ThreeUK and gosh, feels so nice to have some signal and to be able to make calls and use the Internet without any issues. Vodafone is really the worst service provider I have ever been with. No signal in my own house, ever. Changed to 3 and all fine!
