@ThreeUKSupport how much longer do I have to put up with a rubbish network while your engineers work on a mast?My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!

@ThreeUK continued – I'm happy to pay more or switch to a corporate account, but your support said there's nothing they can do and the parameters they provided involve: issuing a new sim in the UK, my flying back to connect to a Three network, or me shipping my Three sim.

@peasmoldia @ThreeUK I know. I thought it was bad here bc we’re ’up north’ and in the sticks but obviously that was just me being paranoid.

@ThreeUK hi, I've just ported my number from three to a different network, and have received a notification that I have voicemails with three. How do I listen to them? It's saying my pin is incorrect...

@paulnorwich @LesleyAtterwill @ThreeUK Spot on Paul. It’s ridiculous that I can be on the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve with a full 5G signal but the minute I get in the car & leave the birds & the beach to go inland the signal vanishes to next to nothing for mikes around Time to look at a different service methinks🤨

@ThreeUK what's going on in Fife? The network status has said "work is happening" for weeks now. It's like the bad old days when you first started. It's not even an effective 2G voice system. I'm going to have to leave soon if it doesn't get better it's effecting work

@ThreeUK And unfortunately, a lot of my UK-based accounts do not support having a non-UK phone number. This is quite literally an impossible situation to get out of short of hopping on a plane, or doing some rube-goldberg process by shipping my SIM to the UK to a friend.
