  • jlbouchot Jean-Luc Bouchot (@jlbouchot) reported

@ThreeUK It's incredible. I didn't think it was possible to be as bad at delivering jokes as you are at providing service.

  • TeeteeMr Mark (@TeeteeMr) reported

@ThreeUKSupport There's no additional charges at all and it appears you're just making it up as you go along and as for calling 333 i'd rather stub my toe tbh, nevertheless it won't be long until i'm out now of what is the worst so called 'business' i've ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with.

  • LazyMichaelL Michael (@LazyMichaelL) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I requested to cancel my contract, partly because I wanted a NEW number. Supports rep hounded me to take a PAC, and when I asked "So, I can use it, or not use it if I don't want, and my contract still ends?" and they said Yes. Yet, the contract continued?

  • twatbadger101 Thundertwonk (@twatbadger101) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yep. Same postcode. I think you know what’s going on, your network is not fit for purpose. There’s nothing wrong with my device or my settings so please don’t insult me going through all that garbage. Just sort it out or I’m off.
