@ThreeUKSupport You’re literally talking nonsense. It’s not the sim, it’s your over subscribed and under specified network that is the issue. Google it. Plenty of information on just how crap your network is. Bye.

  • cycleoptic cycleoptic💙💚 (@cycleoptic) reported

@watchvideosoul @ThreeUK maybe a problem with the three DNS servers which are often flaky, IP address or via a VPN often get through.

  • cycleoptic cycleoptic💙💚 (@cycleoptic) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @CarloPhoto71 the reply is: no problem with the 4or5 G signal, which is true! it’s the interest connection carried on it that is often the problem, which you seem to find possible to monitor! ( even your 2nd line indian engineering support can’t ! ) we need a STATUS page for internet )

  • thassmad sym (@thassmad) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my signal in southampton has been really bad for the last couple days, 4g being slow and occasionally switching to 3g. internet was also bad in winchester but my friend on o2 also experienced the same there so i'm thinking it's more of a localised issue.
