    @ThreeUKSupport I tried live chat on Monday and yesterday; about as useful as a wet paper bag. Nothing about why my signal is still appalling; nothing about the estimated completion time of the works in Moray; and nothing about the type of work going on and why it’s taking so long. Shocking.

    @ThreeUKSupport after several nightmare chats I eventually ordered a beer contract as I was told phone would arrive on 30th Dec, days later get an email saying the 4th Jan...still not arrived. Service over the years has got so bad it’s unreal.

    @ThreeUKSupport The envelope was addressed to me but the covering letter had someone elses name and address on it. Can I assume the letter that was meant for me has gone to that customer?
