Worst part is it's still not a bad price for anyone with only a semi-regular need of the actual phone aspects of a phone... for people like me who relied on the absolute cheapest phone tariff for when it's truly necessary, yeah, this is a 5x rate hike.

@ThreeUK I was with this company for a number of years. You would expect them to treat there customers well but this is not the case. I have had additional charges with no explanation and no evidence was put forward. #bewareofthiscompany

@ThreeUKSupport Took a pac never worked rang twice once November then again December to queries bill and customer advisor didnt cancel instead lied and said we rang up to reinstate the contracts! farcical ! We will see what the ombudsman thinks of your practices !!! #thieves #liars
