    Totally regretting moving back to @EE, order made 10days ago & still no idea what is going on. Hours spent on hold, many false promises of calls back/confirmation emails that still haven't happened. Considering staying with @ThreeUK or going to @VodafoneUK now. Awful service #EE

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi! Are you having 4g issues in SW11 at the mo? My phone is working fine on 5g but although showing decent 4g signal my iPad isn’t connecting to the internet at all. Just stopped working about 30 mins or so ago.

    My internet's been down for 10 days, so I had a chat with my lovely provider @threeuk, and they are giving me 7 days credit. Why only 7 days? Because that's how long it's going to be before it comes back...Oh! Bless 'em, lol

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve messaged you but the two staff female in there need training. 2x new contacts taken out wire not working told I need to@pay for new wire to replace it. Contract taken out 4 days ago will be cancelling thanks to those two female employees in store today

    After some 14 years, looks like I’m leaving @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport, who’ve sneakily ‘upgraded’ me (onto a contract where I’m paying more, for less) without actually telling me. Incredibly poor customer service.
