@ThreeUKSupport Will do! When you put that postcode in on your website though, it still says you're fixing an issue in this area, so maybe your website needs to be updated?

@ThreeUK hey - I got a text to say my sim contract runs out tomorrow and I’ll get a email with some info in but I’ve never received. Logged into my3 and can see a unlimited sim 12 mth contract for £16 a month - can I just upgrade to this and keep my number? Thanks ✨

@ThreeUKSupport Tomorrow will be the third attempt to deliver my new hub from the awful DPD (even though I’ve been home during these so-called attempts). SIM card hasn’t arrived yet either. If this continues to cause me inconvenience I’ll cancel everything.

@ThreeUK good evening. Is there a 14 day cooling off period with your contracts? We took a tablet out on Monday and haven't used it so we'd like to cancel the contract. 3 on the phone have said you don't have a cooling off period and we need to go in store. Is this right?
