I could never complain about @ThreeUK signal but lately it’s been atrocious. When I restart the phone the Internet works great - for five seconds! Then it’s back to nothing loading again. What’s going on!

With one half of my family group being US based, Go Roam was the reason I stuck with @ThreeUK , even though I’ve not been able to make it back to the states for a few years and the service for the past year has been unusable at times where I live. Time to start looking around now

@ThreeUKSupport @Gus_preston Nope, they're not. I'll be leaving asap even if you were. I don't want to be a customer of a supplier that lies to me

@ThreeUK Every day moments like back stabbing your UK customers by reintroducing roaming charges in the EU when the stance previously was you wouldn’t. Money grabbers just like the Tory government. Same ****, different name.

Damn @ThreeUK has decided to end “Go Roam” now there’s really no point in me staying with them anymore

@ThreeUKSupport @popeter_ So you’re taking away the only reason to stay with Three? Service in UK has been horrendous last few years. Without Go Roam, there is literally no reason to stay. I can finally move to a network where I will get decent signal. Goodbye!

@ThreeUKSupport when were you planning to tell us you were scrapping Go Roam? I’ve been with you a long time now and honestly, you’re gradually taking the things away that made you stand out, that made you unique. You’ve lost what made you you. Poor form guys 🙁

@Gledster @ThreeUK however, that is charges over 25 Gigabytes, which is quite a lot, so O2's offering is not so bad, on reflection. I'd still consider moving if they maintain this

@ThreeUK I read today 3 are introducing roaming charges within the EU. Despite the poor coverage the only reason I went abs stuck with 3 was their go roam package. Nor that’s is ending I will take my business to an operator with better coverage. Thanks for nothing.
