@ThreeUKSupport Its been this way for 12 months I've been through this rigmarole many times. Postcode checks reveal no works in the area and you say there's full coverage I can't even make a call inside my home. I have 7 contracts with 3. Never spending another penny after these are up

Just switched back to @e_emobile from @ThreeUK for the customer experience quality.... oof. Somehow in a week of buying a phone plan online with them I have had more pain points than my customer experience design consultant brain thought was possible. Truly a feat, EE. 👏

We have @ThreeUKSupport 5G b/band. The router has to be close to a window to get good reception! Trouble is, at end of the house the Wi-Fi signal is poor or non existent! I’ve tried 3 different extenders and they don’t work well as the speed drops or cuts off! What can I do?

@ThreeUKSupport Charging for international roaming is ridiculous and not what I "signed" up for, when back from holiday I'll be calling to cancel this contract as you've changed it mid term and I'm neither happy nor satisfied with that.

@ThreeUKSupport But this is not an issue localised to just today. It’s been like this for a long time. Your network coverage here it just awful. I phone people and they can’t hear me their end. I lose connection within minutes. I’ve been a longtime customer of yours.
