@ThreeUKSupport Amazing the amount of junk emails I used to receive but not one text or email re approaching the 180 days buried in your T&C which you wouldn’t require during normal travel. You’d rather steal the £20 than keep a long term (I think 8 years at least) customer...

@ThreeUKSupport This has always been an issue, it’s constant. When I purchased the contract via the phone talking to one of your staff they assured me that the signal will be strong as I am in a city centre. This is a home postcode and and I work remotely.

@ThreeUKSupport No problem I’m switching to a better provider at 1/10th the cost when the pandemic is over with better top up and support infrastructure in place @1pMobile I think they are the way forward. Keep my £20 and put it to improving your customer service instead of ripping them off

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 support is closed (phones, live chat, everything) so I have no-one at Three to follow up on this false information I've been provided by Three. I can even see an article on the Guardian about you cutting off and stranding customers. Reconnect my SIM immediately please.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes gimmie a sec let me just publicly post my address online to give an incompetent company my address. *Flips open phone book* Your 'planned work' text you sent was "finished" the 7th this month. I personally have always had issues. I'll contact u again... whenever you bother

@ThreeUKSupport Last time this happened I had to wait 3 days to get through and the problem hasn’t been sorted. I’m paying £20 a month for this and it’s awful.
