    @ThreeUKSupport They told me they would call me back at 5pm I’m Tuesday. I’ve filed a complaint too and still not heard back. My iPad contract ended in January and three continued to charge me money without my consent and without communication and I want to speak to somebody about this.

    @ThreeUKSupport changed to a dual SIM phone can't login into 3+ rewards, 20mins to cust servs and all they've done is ask for my phone no. & SIM number - useless

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 5G home broadband but there are network issues. How long until those in the Enfield area are fixed? Having to come off wifi to watch videos in my own library on my iPhone is a bit ridiculous. I’m a new customer so wondering whether it’s even worth staying!

    No one should EVER get an account with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. They are THE WORST network, I’ve called several times each month since last October and nothing has changed. Now when I’m leaving the network within the cooling off period, they’re trying to levy me with charges 🙃

    @Pseudomorph81 @ThreeUKSupport To be fair, I have a lot of time for people who work support - they're usually doing the best they can to help, even when the actual systems the services rely on are full of issues. Glad it's getting somewhere at least!

    @ThreeUKSupport I am a long time customer of Three and have phone and 5g broadband. I have had virtually non-existent access to data services on either for more than a week and am now looking at getting a pay as you go SIM from O2. I doubt I will ever use Three again after this.

    @ThreeUK I’ve just been out in the jungle in Thailand & on boats in the ocean & still had perfect 5G coverage on AIS. Yet it amazes me that I barely get a 3G network & only 4G (also barely) in Notts city centre. Do I need to find a new provider as your coverage is dire!?
