    @ThreeUK Hi there. I noticed in My3 that I’m eligible to upgrade. Tempting as the price for the Samsung S20 is pretty good. Question is, if I take out the deal, does it come with any warranty or repair service just in case? What if I don’t like the phone within 2-4 weeks of use?

    What's going on @ThreeUK no signal when I trying to call people they can't hear me but I can hear them this is now 2 days running

    @ThreeUKSupport At bh20 5du you doing "maintenance" since Monday...MONDAY! 4 days I can not make or receive calls or use the internet at least daytime....May I ask wtf are you doing? Rebuilding the mast from scratch?

    @Fergal_Davis @ThreeUK Thanks Ferguson. I’m actually currently on Three too as it happens, but will most likely be switching back to EE when this contract ends as I often find the reception fairly terrible compared to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport useless signal and speed in Hemel Hempstead 0.86mbps. So frustrating that this issue continues year after year after year.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not really unless I have full bars it's like it's not even connected, this isn't just in one spot either Would ordering a new sim card help seeing as 3g got me no where
