@henry_sister @pmphillips @ThreeUKSupport Yep. I (or rather the family) had six phones with them at one point and there was always a problem. We all migrated to another provider and we’re much happier.

  • itsmeandyg Andy G ⚫⚪ (@itsmeandyg) reported

@ThreeUK Literally no excuse, every other network got it right months of notice given

  • BeresfordSue Sue Beresford (@BeresfordSue) reported

@ThreeUK I’ll tell you why - it’s because your network coverage is bloody useless and SO SO inconsistent.

  • AngE14751034 Ang E (@AngE14751034) reported

@ThreeUK It's disgusting. You claim our area has 4G (and we did have it for a day once, (but it went back to H+ and has stayed there ever since). I assume that's why we didn't get our emergency alert. You lie on your coverage page by saying we're 4G.

  • jj2102 JJ Penney (@jj2102) reported

I'm on @ThreeUK and didn't get the Emergency Alert today @BBCNews. The alert did go off on my work phone, as well as the other devices in the house at 2.59. Didn't think it was that loud but did the job ok

  • Jackie_10079290 Jackie (@Jackie_10079290) reported

@ThreeUK 2 of 2 phones in the home . Both using 3’s network and 4G , with emergency alerts allowed . Neither received emergency alert siren or message.

  • p0welly Andy Powell @p0welly@mastodon.me.uk (@p0welly) reported

@JaxxAI @ThreeUK Yeah but their unlimited data is cheap so it’s not all bad.

  • NedHartley Ned Hartley (@NedHartley) reported

@MikeRobcharlton @ThreeUK Pretty sure that’s not the only form of emergency

  • TerryWr43131492 Terry Wright (@TerryWr43131492) reported

@BBCNews @ThreeUK no alerts on our household phones. We have clear signal. Nothing on Three website about it

  • JessRabbit78 Jess Hall (@JessRabbit78) reported

@ThreeUK Four people in my household are Smarty which I believe uses the Three network. None of us received the alert.
