    @ThreeUKSupport 7 weeks now just trying to cancel my dad's broadband since he died. Spoken with numerous people. Passed from pillar to post. Hands down the worst customer service ever. Don't bother with a reply about contacting your complaints team because they've done nothing

    @ThreeUK it’s quite painful trying to get a response about a repair from the support chat function. Apparently I can only get my phone repaired in an Apple store, none of which are open.

    @naindyffryn1 @NorthernLefty I thought he lived on a boat in the middle of the ocean so he could evade tax? I am not sure but I have heard something about just 12 miles offshore? I think Hutchinson-Whampoa own them, and are linked to the scummy @ThreeUK mobile network. I wonder if '3' pay UK taxes...

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark, I spoke to support and they told me the wrong SIM was sent. I received a PAYG instead of contract. You're apparently prioritising my SIM to send ASAP.
