@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport Everything was working how it should before, this started happening on/off since Tuesday, I got a message saying works were planned for Monday, so wasn't sure if it's because of that, this started. Yes done that multi times but doesn't help.

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, several times. Both first line and second line support. Done multiple router reboots and resets, on my second router now. Still terrible. Had my connection analysed, nothing found. It’s just an unusable mess of a service, however your mobile service seems to work perfectly…

@ThreeUKSupport So now you want to set the record straight but on the 1/9 Kim didn't. I want to log a complaint

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I'm not happy I called customer services and they said they got work to fixed and it hasn't been fixed

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, was at the end of March this year. Worked well for a few days to a week and then went to pot - literally nothing works properly, new Amazon Echos are a nightmare to set up, @blinkforhome cameras don’t work at all. Seems to be MTU issues on your network.

@Carlos_Adama @ThreeUK It's **** but £5 a day isn't the worst versus what it could really cost. Might have to shop around though now. Been with Three for years.

@ThreeUKSupport @wright_stacey1 Very disappointing given you have roam around the world as a selling point (why I joined the network in the first place). This is just to make profit our of brex it t.

@Fiona_M_Lee @garnerweb @ThreeUK Problem is there's no real alternative that I can see yet. I'm disappointed by this too, but it's not all that unexpected. Companies rarely stay true to their word, & will generally follow the rest of the market 😢

The most amazing thing about the whole situation, is that even after taking me to the point of screaming at the “advisor” & slamming the phone down, nobody at @ThreeUK has even contacted me to see if I’m ok. Been an hour now. Says it all.
