@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

  • psicorps2000 David H-T 🏈⛴🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺🇳🇴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@psicorps2000) reported from Andover, England

@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

@ThreeUK I don't know who you've sold your customer contact details to, but stop it. I keep getting calls from your telemarketers, even though I tell them to stop. Every day for the past 2 weeks. Just stop.

  • _Jason_Warren_ Jason Warren (@_Jason_Warren_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We have no data signal in YO41 1QY. The network checker says there are works on the mast. Can you confirm when the work will be completed today and whether this is likely to happen again this week as I work from home and I will need to make other plans.

  • GavParf Gavros2000 (@GavParf) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi There, Do you have any update on when 5G Broadband will be available? The link provided doesn't help much other than allowing me to register my interest. 5G Mobile is now fully working in my area. Thanks, Gav

  • OnkeBlack I Have Alot To Say💭 (@OnkeBlack) reported

@ArneMagnus @bernardooooV3 @CFCMod_ We are sourcing brand new sponsorship for our sleeve and shirt fronts… the nice thing about having an American owner is the network of companies available to them for a deal worth £60M to replace ThreeUK is actually not that difficult to get, no need to manufacture sponsors 😝😝

  • xNUFCx1892 JS (@xNUFCx1892) reported

@ThreeUKSupport any reason why your broadband’s network connection constantly drops and disconnects regularly throughout the day? It does this during my work day throughout important meetings.

  • shpsid Sam Haines (@shpsid) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can't pay my bill with you new app its just not working

  • OfficialTealFox Teal 🦊 🔜 CFz'23 #397 (@OfficialTealFox) reported

@guyrleech @jonhoneyball @ThreeUK If he's looking for something to work from and play games, using mobile broadband for home WAN is about the worst possible option. The speeds can be lucrative at times, but nowhere near as stable or low-latency as a proper broadband connection.

  • jimnogi4 Nim Non (@jimnogi4) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Received no txt with the info but I would like to understand why offshore support cannot provide tracking number for me to track myself

  • foonxtgirl Jibbering dolphin (@foonxtgirl) reported

@ThreeUK customer service - so many options, but none that will physically put you through to an agent 👍

  • LycoApollo Dale Matthew Hudson (@LycoApollo) reported

@thetrader1989 @ThreeUK This really made a mess of our travel plans when trying to pay for hotels! Never had such a problem with O2.
