    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you advise if there is any issues with home 5g broadband in Durham as mines getting worse and worse and has been off for up to an hour today and still struggling to even load iPlayer yet my phone is fine and getting 280mb on 5g but the internet is 10mb if luck

    Hey @ThreeUK. I’m really tired of your service, my signal is shocking and I can’t even load 30 second videos or send texts because of it. If I am unable to change my phone, price tarrif, or arrange a way for it to improve. I won’t pay my bill because it is absolutely awful.

    @ThreeUK when multiple calls fail and I don’t ever get 5G whilst working as a community NHS worker but can’t get the email for customer support or arrange a scheduled call to discuss 🙄

    @ThreeUK Despite being a customer for 10+ years, we are leaving because of how appalling your live chat service is. Our business depends on our numbers and you've failed 5 separate times to transfer a number WITHIN Three. Spelling mistakes on letters, ground hog day conversations

    @ThreeUKSupport someone has obtained service from Three mobile using my postal address. This is fraud. I have tried to call you, but told contact section could not pass me through to pay as you go, or your fraud section. I should be working. Public sector work.
