    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport you have the cheek to send me an email stating I been sent to debt collection agency when I been complaining about slow internet and the fact two people can’t use it at the same time !I want to cancel it but because I don’t remember my memorable word I am stuck!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the quick reply. The issue is with home internet - i'm with a different provider for phone. I've reset my router multiple times. Do you know when these issues will be fixed?

    @ThreeUK are the worst network provider in the UK, they mostly target students for a reason. Discounted deals etc because they know they’re piss poor at everything and have no customer service department located in the UK 🥴
