@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK do not use these! never received service like it. Had my phone nearly 9 months and paying roughly £80 per month for me to not get service 95% of the time. Phoned up over 10 times and always say the same things. Told me the phone was @Apple s fault.

Very excited to leave Virgin Media for a cheaper, more reliable, and FASTER 5g service from @ThreeUK - not to don't let me down lads 🙏 If I have to live with another unstable broadband for 24 months I may well tear my hair out

@ExertisUK @ThreeUK why is there no contact number to speak to a human ? Email has been sent with pictures and video. I’m looking for a swift resolution ideally with delivery communication this time around, as I’m no longer working from home.

@joethewizzard @ThreeUK Reviews online are about the same for Virgin and Three tbh. But like I said, the positives of being with Three at least outweigh that of Virgin, even if they are just as unstable I might as well get faster speeds and pay less at the same time

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, are there 5G signal issues at the moment? I’ve had one bar on 4G in several locations in the last couple or days.
