Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bulford and nearby locations:

  • horusafloat Clive Davies (@horusafloat) reported from Pewsey, England

@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

  • psicorps2000 David H-T 🏈⛴🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺🇳🇴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@psicorps2000) reported from Andover, England

@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

  • rejoinASAP Brexit Disaster (@rejoinASAP) reported

@kjb2106 @KayBurley @ThreeUK Their **** arguments are becoming thinner and thinner.

  • FPLAndy_ Andrew (@FPLAndy_) reported

@DanM_FPL @ThreeUK I’d check out @VOXI_UK personally mate, not sure about if they do roaming charges but it’s a class network

  • Nkb26 NKB (@Nkb26) reported

@ThreeUK signal rubbish in Aberdeen even when I have 3-4 bars of signal. Cuts out while on the phone daily.

  • paula_jst Paula Sears Talpaert (@paula_jst) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Everytime I enter my road my phone signal goes. Hit and miss in my house if the person on other end can hear me. Have reported before. Each time told you are aware of the problem and it’s being sorted. Ok for couple of days then back to square one. Why?

  • markosamuli MSK (@markosamuli) reported

Just finished my forthnightly tech support call with @ThreeUKSupport — I'm getting the hang of these wireless network debugging sessions now and it almost beats the Netflix classics I could watch if my connection was working.

  • luca_photo Luca Marino (@luca_photo) reported

@ThreeUK worse 4G/5Gcoverage ever. Constantly waiting for images to load on my social feeds…should have never left EE.

  • BobsCousin Bob Smith (@BobsCousin) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport Am I confused? Is this not a support account? Nobody seems to want to reply.

  • NRManc Neil (@NRManc) reported

@techandy @ThreeUK Agree. The main reasons I’ve stayed has been the Go Roam offer. Needless to say as soon as my contract is up I’ll be moving to a provider who is able to assemble the words “customer” and “service” into a meaningful sentence rather than untrained offshore staff

  • MarkBeerstar58 norman tunna (@MarkBeerstar58) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @bobgeorge7912 Slow speeds and poor signal is everywhere

  • tomcassidy_ Tom Cassidy (@tomcassidy_) reported

Well @ThreeUK have probably the worst customer service and support I've ever seen.
