  • psicorps2000 David H-T 🏈⛴🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺🇳🇴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@psicorps2000) reported from Andover, England

@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

  • horusafloat Clive Davies (@horusafloat) reported from Pewsey, England

@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@craigyk_1872 @ThreeUK It’s really bad now that I can’t wait to leave them

  • Olly97531 Olly (@Olly97531) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I need to know how much longer as I must tell my boss. If this goes on much longer, I am going to get sacked. The reduced service you have provided (when it works at all) is less than 1mbs. It takes ages just to send an email and Zoom/Teams is impossible.

  • CowenFaye Faye Cowen (@CowenFaye) reported

@ThreeUK can you help a sister out? We went in store and got a monthly mobile broadband hub and it’s still not activated and they can’t find our account when I call. We desperately need it up and running ASAP. Waited 24 hr. Still nothing

  • Olly97531 Olly (@Olly97531) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3 are a waste of time and space. Over 10 years loyalty and 4 contracts and they treat customers with utter contempt. Wasting 4 days leave means I now spend 4 days less with my kids in the summer. Thanks for that 3, very much appreciated.

  • Nolhom Nicholas Oliver (@Nolhom) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Ofcom it looks like during the process of purchasing a new contract I was given incorrect information about transferring a number. The information was not in line with OFCOM regulations. Live chat is just trying to upsell instead of help.

  • rfc1970 james miller (@rfc1970) reported

There no surprise that @ThreeUK has been voted the uk worst network coverage it’s true fact

  • Logan_iso Logan ○●● (@Logan_iso) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m still having the same issues despite the chat yesterday.

  • enbytv Henry Young (@enbytv) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s because your systems were down apparently. I’ve managed to do it this morning thankfully.

  • Nolhom Nicholas Oliver (@Nolhom) reported

@ThreeUKSupport There is an issue on the javascript for the enter button on the 2fa page.

  • avid__fan sushi (@avid__fan) reported

@Wilttwits @DeborahMeaden The same goes for 5G mobile coverage on a major network @ThreeUK I live in a large city on the midlands and I usually don’t have a 5G signal, in fact I often find that I have a 3G signal. Decades of under investment in infrastructure resulting in the UK being left behind.
