@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK I still have not received my money back, I’m nearly overdraft and the ‘customer relations’ team can only give copy & pasted pretty words with no real action.

@RichBratby1 @ThreeUKSupport You pay for the service also. You're still getting the service. The contract is for 24 months. You pay for 24 months. If it takes a month to arrive, they don't start charging you from then. So it means you only have 23 months left. You're not losing money.

@ThreeUKSupport When I lost my phone- I tried calling it and there was no reception, hence why I couldn’t find it, I was out in town. But this wasn’t the first time I’d had network issues, every now and then my network would just go down? I’d told 3 about this issue many times

@ThreeUKSupport You’re happy enough to continue charging me full price for my new contract though whilst I’m still using my old phone. Are you going to compensate myself and many others who appear to be having this so issue with you?
