@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport I have managed to get through, but now I'm being told I have to call back to cancel my insurance as I've requested a new sim card, which I need to get the number to get through more easily 😑

@ThreeUKSupport The so called 4G Internet never worked indoors but probably we were used to it, it has stopped working outdoors as well for the past week. DM you the area/postcode.
