@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK hey. I have just had my elderly neighbor come round quite upset that she had driven all the way to the Gloucester store with a very basic query. She was told that as they are not trained in Wattsap (?) they couldn’t help her. Wouldn’t even look at her phone. Really poor.

@ThreeUK Instead of giving money away you need to improve the speed of your 4G network. I have a 4g+ router which you advertise as having speeds up to 100 Mbps. I barely get 30 Mbps and am in a Good coverage area!!
