@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

@ThreeUKSupport Pathetic service no signals. And charged me for nothing. Still chasing me to pay for something I didn't use. I will tweet all the time until they sort the matter.

@ThreeUKSupport Letter saying his next bill is £38, my older sister had then called up whilst I was at work as I’m usually the one who sorts it out for my dad any issues. She was told because we asked for a PAC code that means the contract started again? So my sister paid as my dad didn’t want

@ThreeUKSupport why do u “need” to update ur masts for 5G when 4G masts were perfectly fine, I have no signal at home and have to drive 30 miles out of town to get a measly 1 bar 3G signal. What if I have an emergency? How would I call 4 help?

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to customer services again and wasted another hour for the number 078281125096. I never used this number and cancelled on the 5th day in lockdown when they had no customer services calls and I had to do online. Am not paying 265.12.I want my £18 back

@ThreeUKSupport No I’m using my new contract and number. Although it wasn’t until I called someone and a different number that I saw it was an issue. Disappointing to hear it’s not worked as it was explained that it would when I upgraded.

@ThreeUK Why are you so bad to your loyal customers. I'm getting an early renewal offer from you of £23 per month! Your website has it for £17! Just a rip off. If been with you since 2015. But it's time to try and find a provider that wants to keep its customers.
