    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport heya - my plan was supposed to auto-renew today; however that didn’t happen. I manually renewed my plan however no data coverage whatsoever, though I have the balance for the same. Please help?

    @ThreeUKSupport your wifi at Waterloo Underground Station (Northern line) hasn’t worked for months - the network doesn’t show up. Any plans to restore this?

    @ianvisits fwiw on your mobile provider poll, @ThreeUK does not currently provide WiFi on Elizabeth Line platforms, and there is no timeline to fix it (and it took them literally months to even acknowledge it).
