@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK Sort your retention team out.. would not offer me decent upgrade.. You offered s22 5G for £27 to new customer And if Existing customer want that as an upgrade its £34 for them? So where loyalty discount for existing customers ?
