@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@hendoph @EE Would rather pay for a service I can use than get one cheaper or free that I can’t. @ThreeUK is useless in #Manchester. Calls not connecting from family members, not ideal in an emergency. No data when out and about in the city. It’s shocking.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m waiting for the price to drop another £100 or so. So will be a while longer yet. Can’t justify buying myself out of the poor network service at that price sadly. But trying my best to warn off others from the same fate in #Manchester so people can avoid this problem.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have been trying to cancel my contract with you since the beginning of the year. I took out a sim contract and whoever processed it has clearly put down the wrong information so I cant proceed. Your customer service department is incompetent.

Having problems with the @ThreeUK network? Turn off #5g & it seems to stop your calls dropping & improves connectivity. It’s crazy that other networks provide 5G no problems, but it seems to have sorted some of my issues with this appalling network. #mobileData #iphone

@ThreeUKSupport My 86 year old Mum has transferred her pay as you go sim for a monthly sim and opted to transfer her original number. It has not transferred - I have phoned you 3 times about this!!! She needs her original number - this service is not good enough!

@ThreeUK I’ve been a customer for 10 years for the last 7 months I’ve been facing network issues. After numerous calls to yourselves I’ve been asked to leave the network with a 60% discount to cancel the contract early really after 10 years 😳
