    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK In which world you are living when you are still not supporting e-sim? And if you cannot provide e-sim, then help your existing customer with alternate solution! Highly disappointed with customer support three network providing, not recommended at all!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have called and chatted and still met with no solution. Nobody in escalation or complaints teams call back. Shambolic and clearly breaching terms and conditions of policy for contract and insurance
