@ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

@ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

Now after 5pm they tell me it was never on order?! I'm on their website and can see it upgraded with the delivery date and the new contract details 🤡🤯
