    @ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

    @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

    @ThreeUKSupport so me and the partner will not be renewing our contracts with three because of the lack of decent service over the last 6 months. I've been Constantly told there are issues in my area that will be fixed "within the next week"... Obviously not... 😡😔

    @ThreeUK avoid this company its a joke once again I’ve been on the phone to them and they rudely put the phone down . They have stolen £437 of my account and they won’t help really bad service !!!!!@ThreeUK

    @TeriLeighHall1 @NEEZU5 @ThreeUK Incredible isn't it. Had two advisors check earlier today, tell me everything was okay and delivery was promised today. Now after 5pm they tell me it was never on order?! I'm on their website and can see it upgraded with the delivery date and the new contract details 🤡🤯
