@ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

  • AndrewsChamille Chamille Andrews (@AndrewsChamille) reported from Lennoxtown, Scotland

@ThreeUK guaranteed a call confirming my pac today, still an hour and a half to go so fingers crossed it comes. Can’t wait to get back to Vodafone, a company whose customer service is by far superior. #ineedmyphone #NeverAgain

  • AndrewsChamille Chamille Andrews (@AndrewsChamille) reported from Lennoxtown, Scotland

@ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

  • wullie Wullie Stewart (@wullie) reported

@MartinSLewis @ThreeUK had some problems - I was driving home with the wife - her EE phone went nuts at 14:59, two 3UK handsets - not a tweep all day.

  • AdamYou07898340 Adam Young (@AdamYou07898340) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Icing on the cake for 3. My 5G has to be turned off 80% of the time as it doesn't load anything whilst on 5G and the signal is constantly bad.

  • asjmcguire AJ (@asjmcguire) reported

@LinkofHyrule89 The UK had it's first test of its emergency alert system that uses cell broadcast to reach all 4G and 5G mobile devices. Sadly it seems a significant number of people on @ThreeUK did not receive the test, including me

  • asjmcguire AJ (@asjmcguire) reported

@LinkofHyrule89 @ThreeUK If it just failed completely for all Three customers (and everyone on a network that uses Three) - that would be fine, that's obviously fixable. But it only failed for a significant number, but not actually every Three customer - some of them received it

  • Richard5603270 Richard Legg (@Richard5603270) reported

@ThreeUK The single worst customer experience ever. Fault with porting my old number meant I got into an endless loop of explaining everything on chat to people of varying degrees of competen, from average to terrible. 3 weeks and still not sorted. Shocking.

  • mjclarke__ mjc. (@mjclarke__) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hello - i went in store on friday to switch my number over to you, gave my PAC code and activated the SIM by putting it in the phone - but the number is still active on my now old network - when will the change happen?

  • Jade_Pickering Jade Pickering (@Jade_Pickering) reported

@cMadan @chaospuss @ThreeUK Three users will be the first to die in a real emergency then. RIP us!

  • asjmcguire AJ (@asjmcguire) reported

@LinkofHyrule89 @ThreeUK That's a much harder fault to pin down. And Three saying "we are working with the Government to understand why" - is not reassuring either, I doubt anyone in Government even knows how to factory reset a phone, nevermind anything more technical

  • asjmcguire AJ (@asjmcguire) reported

@LinkofHyrule89 @ThreeUK We are assured that it will definitely work in a real emergency, but it's kinda hard to trust that, until there has been proof.

  • LisaRedlinski Redlinski, Lisa (@LisaRedlinski) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Your company representatives are very concerned about my feelings, they are very sorry I feel upset by being sent to a creditor but wouldn't tell me anything without knowing a secret pin number from the times gone past. Three customer service has a lot of concern for my feelings.
