    @ThreeUK planned off by ThreeUK saying we have a SIM card problem and then sending us a new sim. Don’t believe them and sure it is a network problem. Does anyone have problem with ThreeUK internet in the Northwest London area, specifically Golders Green / Hampstead area?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Unbelievable: I planned a 2nd trip (all while getting written confirmation via email that I could replace my SIM in-store) to visit a 3 UK store. I’m facing the same issue/blocker and now being told I cannot get a replacement SIM in-store
