@ThreeUK I have been on hold with your customer support team for 27 mins and after someone finally getting back to me was told “I need to disconnect the call to receive a call back” and have not been called back. Absolutely absurd, will be cancelling my upgrade.

@NAlexWhite @ThreeUK Well @ThreeUK you won at something, maybe you need to think about giving our money back as it's been awful and what we pay it's not a great service I hear ombudsman getting many calls!!

@carphonecapital Phoned today by one of your operatives trying to sell me phone accessories. He said he worked for you and got my number from my network @ThreeUK. I asked him if this was obtained illegally and he said yes. Thoughts?? Call was at 10.05am.
