@ThreeUK we have planned network outage. I cannot do any work. I've had to leave the area to send this. Can you confirm you'll cover cost of temporary SIM from another provider?

@ThreeUKSupport Your network check page doesn't say an issue is in the area. I managed to call 333 using WiFi calling, spoke to someone then heard a mobile ringing on his end and he hung up (I guess his personal call was more important then helping me). Can you set up a live chat please?

@ThreeUKSupport And still I do not have my phone. I have paid the upfront cost and paid three months towards a contract for a phone I do not have. I wonder how Three will remedy this situation? Do you really care about your customers? Let’s see. Customer for over 10 years.

@ThreeUKSupport Why does it take over a week to get my pac code from you? Each time I phone you all your staff say is we'll call you in 48 hours and then you don't bother supplying my pac code. It's because of complete failures of service like this that I'm trying to leave you.

@ThreeUKSupport I was passing by and stopped getting Internet access. There seems to be an awful lot of issues with 4G in the Manchester area. Another point of issue is M15 6PB, where it's needed to track buses.
