    Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

    @ThreeUKSupport My dad took out a broadband contract last week and has had nothing but trouble setting it up. He’s been back to the store twice only to be told ‘you’re not giving it enough time to activate’, even though it is passed the activation date...

    @ThreeUKSupport Did that last week . Was told issues would be resolved by 4th April . I can’t work from@home , can’t watch tv . I’ve had an absolute gutsful of your service

    @ThreeUKSupport No just told me I hadn't made the request when I've got the email evidence and general been rude and dismissive about it. Saying its an automated service that they can't change yet won't make any attempt to compensate or make up for their mistake

    @ThreeUKSupport He went back today to cancel the contract and take the hub back to the store. The customer assistant REFUSED to take it back. He said he HAS to go back on Monday!? Meaning he’ll accrue 2 more days of charges for something he is well within his consumer rights to take back...

    For the last three months or so I haven't been able to make phone calls or use data. What's more is that @ThreeUK are ignoring my complaints. So basically there service is horrid, customer and otherwise.

    @ThreeUKSupport So Scott, this Is why I don't enjoy services like Three's, I have not reviewed a single message or email, and the device I was told would originally arrive today was apparently delivered on March 19 by "me"... I can garentee it wasn't. Your process is terrible.

    @JamesMitchDJ @ThreeUK I’ve always been with o2 and never had any trouble. Even got compensated when the local mast had problems and my signal wasn’t too good while they fixed it

    @ThreeUK hey, why is Three being so slow and the signal is so off? Swansea based.
