    Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

    @soulrelocation @ThreeUK I'm experiencing the same problem , their signal has been getting steadily worse for the past year, areas that were fine before are now dead zones honestly thinking about changing network

    @ThreeUKSupport I was given assurance that my three+ access would be sorted for today but not surprising, your customer service assistant blatantly lied. I don’t understand how a known glitch stopping returning customers from accessing three+ hasn’t been sorted already

    @ThreeUKSupport Why did I ever try and refer my partner to Three!? After the website failed to accept address the phone call to support took a ridiculous 38 minutes!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to change my old number over to new phone since 17th January, continuously being mucked about from three, now they have disconnected my old number I’ve had 20 years and are refusing to help because they say my memorable work is wrong

    @ThreeUK your customer service sucks I wanted a PAYG sim for a back up All your guy in the phone wanted me to do was buy a contract. Kept telling him it was a back up I ended up hanging up & will take the 2 contracts I have away at the end of term No interest in your customers

    @ThreeUKSupport NO data or phone service from Three for 2 days and intermittent since the 24th March. UK South East (all you can eat plan). Three Network Support Team plan "it will take up to 7 days to investigate & use WiFi instead Stressful & time consuming ? customer service

    @ThreeUK Appaling customer services…new contract phone (not happy with it!) day 13 & 14“ sorry sir can’t validate account password so unable to process your return..day 15..BOOM i get through to be told validation fine but you’re now locked in..disgusting and very annoyed 🤬🤬🤬
