@ThreeUKSupport I was expecting a callback from manager today about my complaint. The phone just rang for barely 2 seconds, not even enough time to answer the call (and I was on my phone) if you think this counts as calling back 😡

@ThreeUKSupport I set up my new 5G router yesterday All my devices work fine except for my sky Q Box I have done some research and found that there seems to be an issue between sky and 3 please can you confirm that this is true and is there any sign of this issue being resolved

@ThreeUK @geegeemidnight Put them eyes away, thrilled to see the back of you!! Customer service and complaints team have been the worst I've ever dealt with. CS given incorrect info, complaints team have marked the case as closed and not told me... no resolution provided! MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!. UNHAPPY!

@ThreeUKSupport Spent hours on it over last week .. the support team could do absolutely nothing.. and were completely robotic, repetitive and rude..and believed that just because I have connection I need to pay in spite of knowing full well that there's a known issue

@KarlMuirhead @ThreeUK Even in the town centre it doesn’t work. Used to get really decent signal with vodafone. Three are a very poor network.
