@PositiveLad @ThreeUKSupport I think @Ofcom needs to look at Three on this point. Three know there is a problem yet they continue to sell it. I'll look into drafting something.

  • PositiveLad Tom PositiveLad (@PositiveLad) reported

@zeitgeistlondon @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom I’d be happy to sign on to it if they don’t acknowledge the issue in the next week or so.

  • DivnaJ Dee-vna (@DivnaJ) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I did and unfortunately it made it worse. This is a new sim (not even a year old), so I shouldn't be having these problems. £35 has just come out of my account for this month's payment and I am not able to use it. I had better coverage in Spain than I do in the UK. This isn't on.

  • SueH1608 Sue (@SueH1608) reported

@ThreeUK @TheRealAC3 @ChelseaFC Can he fix the poor signal?

  • EmeraldHitman James Tumilty (@EmeraldHitman) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have cancelled an upgrade because the same phone and contract was being offered cheaper on your own website. When I rang to to query this was told I could cancel the upgrade. No attempt to make good made. Told I *might* get a better offer if I ring back on Monday

  • NinaRogat Nina Rogat (@NinaRogat) reported

@ThreeUKSupport its been 8 days with minimal mobile broadband over my three provided hub..when will this issue be resolved. #cantworklikethis

  • rhyspatten_ r h y s (@rhyspatten_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport changed my billing date and now i'm being charged twice a month. can you fix this?

  • RyanGraham984 Ryan Graham (@RyanGraham984) reported

@ThreeUKSupport the service is garbage again, 3rd time in as many weeks there is a problem being work on a mast. Service has been terrible all month. Not what I pay for— is it time to go with someone else? I’m not paying for this garbage every month.

  • GroundSourceUK Mathew Endersby (@GroundSourceUK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why am I only getting 0.5mbs with full 4g signal?!

  • EmeraldHitman James Tumilty (@EmeraldHitman) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Samsung Galaxy s20 FE 4g. On site for £30/m £29 upfront vs my offer of £32/m £0 upfront. Worse off by £19 across contract ((2x24)-29). Small amount, but its about the principle. Not exactly making a customer feel valued.
