Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

@ThreeUKSupport This is claiming a watch. Seriously I have spoken to 14 different reps. Promised resolution time and time again. I bought my phone on the 12th Jan. My contract date is the 10th Feb. I need proof of purchase which yous can't provide so I can't claim the watch... I spoke to Samsung

@ThreeUKSupport No, I was advised that I could pay off the balance and then he services would be reconnected, I arranged this with 3 even after they sent it to debt collection, they said I could do that. Deepak, from customer service has escalated it to a complaint and I'm hoping to 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport To also cut people and lose work.. meaning in turn that they don't earn money to pay the bill three want paying! Self isolation too didn't help! Then to tell people to go to somewhere to call is against the law. 2/2

@ThreeUKSupport we then got told that's it just bad luck that our pre ordered phones are now out of stock.. on resolve offered was pick different phones 🙄 Advised on call this would make things so much easier at your end...you should be honouring our original deal with the phones we selected 😡

@ThreeUK this is getting painful. I lost my phone on Sunday morning. I ordered a second phone via 3 on a new contract Sunday evening. Same time my old phone turned up. I ring up to cancel my new phone arriving. Sorry we can't do that as your contract doesn't start till Tuesday ..
