@SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK I live in York YO31 7EJ. My signal has all but vanished. Smarty support says work is going on on the mast. I’ve been on a very week signal for 10 days now. Can you tell me what kind of mast work takes this long?

  • assharab Ali Sharabiani (@assharab) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Just pls let me know how to cancel the order

  • Danger_Mike Mike Lovell (@Danger_Mike) reported

The problem with being a UX/CRO guy is that I get exasperated when I come across terrible UX design in the wild. I’m looking at you @ThreeUK

  • jurrjurrtbull GRT (@jurrjurrtbull) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve then applied twice for a replacement SIM online just to cancel my account, only for them to not arrive

  • buzzinh Ollie ‘BuzzinH’ Allpress (@buzzinh) reported

I really don’t think I have ever experienced such poor customer support from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport as I have done this week. Long term customer considering leaving as a result.

  • ExoTitan EXOTITAN (@ExoTitan) reported

Been with EE for like 10 years now not sure when it happened but they’ve become the most expensive network now, £98 a month with £330 upfront for iPhone 14 pro max, can get the same deal from @ThreeUK for £69 with £80 upfront.

  • liamnorris1001 liam norris (@liamnorris1001) reported

@ThreeUKSupport "Yikes" ever since I went over to your network I've only been able to use Internet effectively if I'm connected to WiFi.... I've had calls cut off when I'm actually in the city centre. Not to mention "no Internet connection" notifications.

  • JamesJo32152672 James Johnson (@JamesJo32152672) reported

Come on @ThreeUK sort your network problems out! Very unreliable mobile internet. Its a disgrace you want £35 a month for so called "Unlimited Data". Sort it out before i leave for a more reliable, stable and profesional network provider like BT or EE.

  • TRS1986 Tracey86 (@TRS1986) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I took out a contract in store with a phone on pre order. I now want to change or cancel the contract but I’ve been told I can only do this in the same store as I took it out! I wish I’d been told that, it’s not local, I presumed I’d be able to go into any store!
