    Great the @ThreeUK app has updated now can’t login again, just Hope difficult is it for these developers to actually I don’t know test the app before they release it

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm in Italy. Have been on the phone to your customer support who have told me I need to purchase a £5 a day data package. I deliberately signed on to a 24 month contract I'm October last year so I could access Go Roam. I've been sold a lie by Three

    @ThreeUKSupport You have already and didn’t come back with a satisfactory solution. I’ll Dm you the postcode. It’s been going on for days now. I’ve got three contracts with you and all three have signalling and data issues. No one is being helpful and rather cancel contracts than fix it!!

    @ThreeUK Any chance of a one month rolling contract for the 4G Home Broadband package, whilst @VodafoneUK decides if they are going to fix my broadband or not? It's been over a week of tethering my whole house to my three mobile.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoke to three customer support via the chat and twice I’ve been told different versions, uk law states any phone sold after 1st jan 2014 should be unlocked, it’s the carriers responsibility to remove any restrictions.

    @ThreeUK I have not ever encountered a more useless customer service. I have lost a phone and simply asked you for a new SIM but you won’t send it to me as I can’t remember a password I set up 5 years back. Your useless rep would not let me speak to manager or register complaint
