  @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took £140 out of my account when I was told it wouldn’t go out, 5 times I’ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waiting…

  @ThreeUKSupport I’m getting a ‘working on the network in your area’ msg for SL2. We’ve not been able to use the internet since Saturday… meaning no tv or wfh. I want to know how long this is expected to go on for? Days? weeks? And why would you not reach out to us to warn us?

  @ThreeUK it’s time to say farewell after 15+ years. I just cannot deal with the poor service any longer. I’ve been patient but finally had enough. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter these days sadly. Any suggestions for different provider would be welcome. Thank you in advance🙏

  @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends
