    @ThreeUKSupport The software is up to date. The phone is only a couple of months old and I bought it directly from Three. This same issue happened on my last phone as well!

    @ThreeUKSupport Because I’m not getting constant feed of data or phone network coverage. If you can’t supply a constant need I will have to get a refund and go elsewhere. You can’t charge for something that’s not being given.

    @LauraLundahl @ThreeUK Cancelled it after a month of continuous complaints and staff members questioning the truth in them. "Here it shows normal coverage" - well, clearly it wasn't, darling. It was a struggle to cancel as I had a contract. Vowed to never deal with Three again

    @LauraLundahl When I moved to London, I had to go to the balcony if I wanted to use my mobile because @ThreeUK had no signal at all inside my flat. Zero. Nil.
